Packers have hired Chris Gizzi as their strength and conditioning coach. Also word is they have signed DB Kyle Sebetic.

From my recollection, the Packers have only had two white safeties make the roster since Mike Prior left the team in 1998, that being Matt Bowen (2001-2002) and Matt Giordano (2009)...

CAPTION: Giordano's Short-Lived Packer Career

Let's hope Sebetic makes the roster.

Indeed he's from my hometown and a former teammate of mine. Hope he finds a way to stick around! it's about time the Pack give another white safety a chance .

Green Bay got an absolute bargain by selecting LB Jake Ryan in 4th round. Great college resume ,ideal size, speed, and production. He will compete for one of GBs 2 MLB spots.

Ryan has good prospects of making the team and getting playing time. He's athletic and was productive in college. He was a solid pick for the Pack.

I read some of the comments and the DWFs were bashing AJ Hawk. Hawk was a good player for the Packers for years and their criticism was unfair, inaccurate and undoubtedly racially motivated.

Someone named Darin Gantt should be in the running for 2015 Caste Clown of the Year award. He manages the feat of describing Jeff Janis purely in Caste terms -- Janis "exudes scrappiness and grit" and he's a "lunch pail" draft pick. Not a word about his size and speed.

Unheralded wideout Jeff Janis trying to impress Aaron Rodgers

The indoctrination is relentless...they are hoping the average dwf is still asleep at the wheel! Wouldn't expect anything else from the neutered NBC...sure these cookie-cutter Code Words are not because he was a 7th Round pick...nah!

Janis is an elite athlete...if his name was Jaquizz Janis i'm sure explosiveness & upside would have been the code words...

But Nice comments by some of the posters in article...They know the real deal!

Gantt is the typical jock sniffing anti-white "journalist" over at profootballtalk. He thinks purely in caste terms and does his best to push the agenda. He has had several stories that I just shake my head at. I have called him out in the comments section as well. He is totally indoctrinated. In fact that whole site is a joke from that tool florio right on down the line.

Early reports out if training camp is that Tolzien has looked stellar as backup to Rodgers! Also former D3 star Matt Blanchard is out performing Brett Huntley so far for that 3rd QB spot. Interesting huh?! Hundleys best shot at pros would be a position switch to RB.

thats great to hear. Hundley was a total hype job. His ucla career consisted of short screen passes or running the ball. He was never impressive as a true Qb, sure he could run some but we all know that skill is not as effective in the NFL. His fall from projected 1st rounder to the 5th round was very fun to watch especially with all the BSPN hype behind him during the season last year.

Although he was technically a "dual threat" QB at UCLA, his running ability is not good enough to be a true RB. But then again, many NFL RBs aren't good enough to be true RBs. But their melanin content gives them a pass.

I read a few scouting reports about Hundley and based on them he didn't seem that good of a prospect.

It was surprising to see the Pack, not only draft him, but trade up to do so.

Hundley looks like this year's Tajh Boyd.

Or this year's Logan Thomas, another QB with supposedly all the upside imaginable -- except for the most important one -- a low IQ for the position.

The cardinals blind faith in thomas is baffling. I expected them to get someone like Mettenberger or Petty but Arians and the anti-white gm keim seem intent on making the arizona roster as similar in racial make up to the steelers so they can live up to the "steelers west" moniker.

As for Hundley - Stanford always seemed to chew him up and spit him out. Last year he took himself
out of the game when it became clear they were going to lose and blamed a hand injury as to why he left the game.

Yes, I was expecting Arizona to take Tom Savage or Zach Mettenberger in the 2013 draft. Instead they took Thomas, a player who never topped a 60% completion percentage in his college career.

They took him because he was black, not because he was a better prospect.

In Green Bay Matt Blanchard is competing with Hundley for the number 3 spot. Blanchard was a Division III star who came out in 2012.

Even if Blanchard outplays Hundley by a wide margin more than likely the team will keep Hundley. The fact that the team traded up to draft Hundley shows they think he has "upside" and as we know NFL teams don't think white players have that magical "upside."

Janis clearly isn't a "student of the game," unlike his black competition. Don't be surprised if Jordy is the only paleface receiver on the regular season roster.

According to Packer Report, second-year WR Jeff Janis "hasn't even taken a small step" in his second NFL training camp.

Coach Mike McCarthy predicted Janis would take a "big step forward" at the NFL Combine, but Janis' development ostensibly hasn't gone as quickly as hoped. Janis is competing with third-round pick Ty Montgomery and slot type Myles White for the Packers' fourth and fifth receiver jobs with Jared Abbrederis (concussion) on the shelf. Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, and Davante Adams remain locked in as Green Bay's top-three wideouts.

From all the reports I have read, Janis is still in the running for the third receiver position but Ty Montgomery is supposedly the favorite. From walterfootball

Ty Montgomery is the favorite to be the third receiver in Green Bay, according to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. According to Silverstein, Jeff Janis has been "too inconsistent."

It appears that Aaron Rodgers is a graduate of the "Carson Palmer School of How to Undermine Fellow White Players". Who needs the media or scouts when we have QBs who don't hesitate to throw white players under the bus. Recall that even Jordy Nelson hasn't escaped this unfortunate trend, as Rodgers has mocked Jordy's speed on more than one occasion in the past. He would never, ever single out a black player like this, especially a young talent who is battling to make the team. Shameful.

From Rotoworld:

Packers second-year WR Jeff Janis is behind rookie Ty Montgomery because Janis "hasn't fully won over his quarterback yet."
Trust is critical between pass catchers and their quarterbacks. Aaron Rodgers apparently doesn't yet trust Janis enough for him to have a significant role in Green Bay's offense. "Jeff will have some great days and some days where mentally he's making too many mistakes," Rodgers said. "The talent and athleticism is there. We just need to see from all those guys battling for those two spots just some more consistency." Janis has a higher ceiling than Montgomery, but needs to start climbing the depth chart to make any 2015 fantasy noise.
