he might be the most overrated defender with tiago silva but at least he's not the worst, he still is a decent defender

Yes,his deficiencies are highlighted time and again.He's being made the scapegoat by the DWFs,media.


We'll have a good laugh here,if say,Sakho was ever to come under the same scrutiny as him.

That is what's pissed me off about the lineup as well. Maybe he has compromising photos of Loew? Also, he probably didn't want to drop him now because his metrosexual twin Khedira (and maybe Boateng) wouldn't take too kindly to that, and might not give maximum effort...

Looks like Khedira is not starting, so 9 whites for Germany. Argentina looks pretty white too, maybe 2 mestizos and an Amerindian? This is great stuff, hoping for a great match!
 
I counted at least 4 or 5 visible non whites in Argentinas starting line up. Not sure why some here would support them over Germany

0-0 at the half! Higuain missed a sitter for Argentina, and Howedes missed an easy header on the other end. It will be interesting to see how this 2nd half pans out!

Those of us who do not have the fortune of living in a Tundra region,are prone to a thing called tan.There are two(the same as Germany,mind you) documented non-whites in the Argentina line up of today - Marcos Rojo,the left-back and the goalie Romero.Can you please tell me who else look non-white to your eyes?I think it must be Masceranho,but he's 100% white,has cousins in Spain.He's just ugly.

In the US, we have White, Black, Asian, or Hispanic. I know "Hispanic" is not technically a race, but that's how most Argentinians would be classified. From this perspective, Germany is the Whiter team.
 
Rooting for Germany but they are playing with a very high defensive line and have been exposed a few times.They cant lose concentration.The Germans are dominating possession but have to remain concentrated at the back.
