Watching 20 year old Canadian, Eugenie Bouchard in a French Open tuneup. A real up and coming talent, and a sleeper pick for the women's title. Also, she''s very easy on the eyes.

Djokovic is poised to take the men's title this year after losing the epic 5 setter to Rafa last year. He recently beat Nadal in a 3 setter on clay. What stood out to me was that Djokovic was getting stronger as the match progressed. He can match Nadal's physicality and is the fresher player at this stage of their careers.

Australian Open winner Wawrinka eliminated in the first round.

Disconcerting fact of the day: There is only one American man (John Isner) in the top 60. He won his first round match as did Donald Young and Sam Querrey.

Both Williams brothers knocked out in the second round. Serena got destroyed by a Spaniard garbine muguruza, 6-2, 6-2. Serena tried to overpower the slow clay with brute force. Certainly her worst surface, but still hasn't learned to move on the clay, she digs trenches when she slides into a shot.

Good news for sure. Every time Serena doesn't win a Grand Slam event I rejoice, as I don't want her to get the record any more than I want to see Tiger Woods surpass Jack Nicklaus in golf. Venus has been just a shell of her former self for a long time now, no threat to win anything of importance again.

Serena is a bulked up freak of nature (or more likely a freak of steroids or a transgendered freak), so even at 32 she might have several good years left, but her fondness for food and lack of fondness for conditioning should cause her body to begin to break down for good soon, much like what's happened to Tiger Woods.

Well, now there's a new black hope for female tennis in America. 18 year old Taylor Townsend, the fattest professional tennis player I've ever seen. This tub of lard is so full of affleticism, speed and power. She has advanced to the 3rd round.

American commentator just said when Jo-Wilfred Tsonga is in good form there may be no more exciting player to watch. Huh? How about Federer or Djokovic? I see Monfils is still in it. They usually call him a "super athlete" and a "showman". I'm tempted to say those are euphemisms for "unskilled as a tennis player" and "clown" respectively.

The manginas on the Tennis Channel are raving about Taylor Townsend. As way of introduction to a snippet from a press conference, one referred to her "contagious smile."

And "all the weapons she has," and her "unique playing style," blah, blah. Sounds identical to the hype surrounding Sloane Stephens two years ago, and lots of other Great Black Hopes who have failed to come remotely close to their "limitless upside" in recent years.

Edit: Just now I was in another room when I heard an announcer referring to the "excellent tactical match being played by the Frenchman." I knew it had to be either Monfils or Tsonga, as blacks are not only always superior athletes to Whites, they are also more heady. Turns out it was Tsonga.

Taylor Townsend OUT in the third round in straight sets (6-2, 6-2) courtesy of Spaniard Carla Suarez Navarro.

An Ode to Taylor Townsend:

Great Black Hope?
Nope.
More like Great Black Dope.

Monfils just quit on the court down 0-4 in the 4th set. Hitting lobs on every shot and letting the ball go by without trying to hit it. Now down 0-5 calls for a trainer...TNB, even for a Euro-negro.

Nadal is a beast, however it must be noted in any GOAT debate, that 44 of his 63 career titles have been won on clay.

Now he starts the 5th set and he's just fine.

during the gasquet - berlocq match, french TV had teddy riner (black) and nicolas batum (black NBA player) in the studios that are located above the stadium

teddy riner throwed a tennis ball on the court while gasquet was playing
the game had to be interrupted
he didn't apologise
batum joked about it

it wasn't bad enough, so then during the same match they asked a mixed black "humorist" who was in the stands about gasquet's match
he said he didn't really like gasquet, he said he prefered black tennis players like monfils or tsonga

please someone nuke this country :yuck:

They are so obviously racist against whites yet most white people act like they don't notice.

The French crowd aren't in a good mood right now as their hero Tsonga is getting spanked by Djokovic.

Blacks can openly say they prefer black players, but a white person who said he preferred white players would be accused of "hate" and "bigotry."

Maria Sharapova hung tough against Sam Stosur and won going away in the 3RD . She was down a set and a break in the 2ND and fought and gained control playing outstanding. I was impressed where many times I would shake my head at Sharapova’s game plan in these types of situations. She takes on Spanish prospect Garbine Muruguza next, looking forward to that match. Muruguza caught my attention when she took out Caroline Wozniacki at this year’s Australian Open.

Sloane Stephens knocked out in straight sets by Romania's Simona Halep. Of the non-whites only Super Athlete Gael Monfils is still alive.

Here's ESPN's headline right now: "Halep trumps U.S. teen Stephens at French". Only problem is, Stephens is 21. Now why would ESPN make such a "mistake" which would be so easy to fact check? I think it was done intentionally to craft a narrative to the casual fan who's just reading headlines. They think, "oh, this Stephens sure is great. She lost but she's only a teen loaded with upside. In a few years she'll dominate". Meanwhile, Halep herself is only 22 and ranked #4 right now. I'd say she's got all the upside. See evidence below.

Excellent catch and an impeccable elucidation of the logic they most certainly employed to “justifyâ€￾ yet another loss by a black athlete. I especially enjoyed the fact that her white Romanian opponent (who is undoubtedly viewed as an “adultâ€￾) was born in September of 1991 and the poor, little black “teenâ€￾ she defeated was born some 1 year and 5 months later in March of 1993.

Despite the fact that they are always given the benefit of the doubt for every conceivable personal deficiency (physical, emotional, spiritual, intillectual), sociopathic act, or communal proclivity for law-breaking, the most sheltered, coddled, pampered, babied, handed-to, and condescended-to race in world history is still convinced that whites are “holding them down.â€￾

Three of the four black American females -- Townsend, Stephens and Brutus Williams -- are fat. I wonder if there is any other player in the field, male or female, who also is fat. It's hard for me to comprehend how someone can play the very demanding sport of tennis for a living and still manage to be overweight.

Leftists, particularly feminists, have been complaining that Taylor Townsend is a victim of "fat shaming". It would never happen to a man they say. Rubbish! When Andre Agassi put on some weight then lost first round at the US Open to Thomas Enqvist he was fat-shamed. John McEnroe, commentating joked as Agassi left the court, "he's on his way to McDonald's" or words to that effect. Darren Cahill on ESPN called Argentinian David Nalbandian "Teletubby". There have been others. Tennis requires stamina as well as power - though not as much in the women's game - and knee injuries are very common. I've never seen Taylor Townsend play but I'm confident she won't accomplished much in tennis if she does not lose weight:

She isn't just overweight she is obese even for a sedentary person. Well at least she looks like an anatomically correct female unlike Serena.....:scared:

Funny listening to the American commentators, particularly Brad Gilbert, expressing disappointment and frustration with Gael Monfils for his bad body language and lack of effort. They even compared his performance to Tsonga's against Djokovic. The Super Athlete is about to get bagelled in the second set. So Monfils is two sets down and as BG reminded us, he lacks stamina.
