Laskey injured his shoulder last week and was sitting out due to his injury.

I really hope PSU can pull out this victory somehow.

Honestly I have no clue dwid. I tune out all of that stuff because it's mostly BSPN hype and all they do is talk up the SEC. Kansas St is a team I really like. If they win out I would have to think their chance would be pretty good. They are a solid football team and play fundamental, sound football. I think Snyder is one of the better college football coaches and has been fair to white players (I don't really remember his initial tenure but since he returned in 2009).

Poor two-minute drill play calling by PSU's Franklin. Can't really accomplish anything with these plays.

Again, poor game management by Franklin.

to clarify for anyone watching, they spiked the ball on 1st and 10, when they had already gone out of bounds to stop the clock..to go along with the timeout that wasn't called but still charged with.

Yeah I would imagine K State could get in if they win out but ppl I talk to say Alabama has to lose another one or something, I don't pay too much attention either. They get written off regardless with people saying they won't win all of them, as if any of the other teams are unbeatable.

Totally agree with you on this too. Franklin seems to be way overmatched, the playcalling is bad and the team looks really disorganized. I will say that the PSU defense has played really well. Ohio st was given a gift with that non interception at the beginning of the game.

BSPN tries to come up with scenarios to put as many SEC teams in the playoff. I think the SEC fatigue is beginning to settle in with the more casual viewer and more people are getting fed up with it - kind of like how BSPN covers anything that fits the agenda they are trying to push.

The SEC is extremely overrated - they schedule mostly cupcake out of conference games and then the best argument the DWFs can give is that "they beat each other up each week". Well of course one team is going to lose to another team, that is how football works. They try to somehow put some sort of arbitrary value on losing to another SEC team.

Don't forget that the Chairman of the Playoff committee is an SEC athletic director (funny how that worked out, huh?). I'm sure SEC teams will be given full consideration and then some when it comes to the final four.

Welp that sums up PSU's night - an rb picks up Joey Bosa as a blocking assignment and Bosa sacks Hackenberg.

PSU RB Zach Zwinak out for the year (and career) with a leg injury.........

Damn that sucks. He would have been regulated to FB in NFL anyway. Best of luck in healing up though!
