2013 White Wide Receivers

Some of you may personally feel that we are currently fighting a losing battle, since sometimes it may feel that no progress has been made towards our cause.
But let's not forget that since the year 2003, we have seen the re-emergence of successful white skilled position athletes. Examples include a white RB running over 1,000 yards, many white WRs topping 1,000 yards, all around white athletic TEs revolutionizing the TE position, white DEs leading in sacks, white ball hawking pro-bowl safeties, and even a white converted QB who played corner back for a short span in 2011.)
Yes, it is widely accepted here that the changes are not signifcant enough to impact the fixed mindset of the masses, but I am sure we can all agree that the last three consecutive years have been more productive towards our cause than any 3 consecutive years within the last 25 years.
Just to put it in layman's terms, I'm glad it's the year 2013 & not the year 2003 or the year 1993.
Anyhow, before the 2013 version of the white purging begins, here's a list of White NFL wide receivers who are currently signed on with a team.
I currently listed 39 players, maybe there's a few more I'd missed. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Whites love football and are far and away the best football players. The Caste System is a crime, but what about our society isn't? Whites get screwed from every institution in every way, the uptick in star White players is in spite of the best designs of the ruling Cultural Marxist dictatorship.

Whites will continue to play football and excel at it, and the black talent pool will continue to decline. If just 10 or 20 percent of Whites would wake up and realize that the current system -- in spite of having so many "Whites" seemingly at the controls -- is all about replacing them, the Caste System will fall. Brandon Kaufman, the tall receiver out of Eastern Washington, is in camp with the Buffalo Bills.

Josh Cooper is still with the Cleveland Browns I think.

Bryan Walters is with the Seahawks (where he has no chance). So is Charly Martin.

David Douglas is with the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Dan DePalma is with the Chargers apparently.

I'm sure there are a few more but most of these guys will be cut so I won't depress myself searching for them.

That's 14 players, less than 10% of the wide receivers out there. Everything else is up in the air. Austin Collie is a free agent and most likely out of the league.

There is a bit of a silver lining. Some of our guys have been very productive in their careers so far, much more so than anyone in the 90's or early 2000's

Great thread. This is the kind of news we need to hear because so much of what we talk about is negative. It wears you down after a while and makes us feel like we are fighting a losing battle. I agree with Don that we need to continue to fight to wake up more of the dwf's. It can and will happen but not without hard work.

The Denver Broncos could be a team to help continue to promote change. They will have Eric Decker, and Wes Welker tearing up every secondary out there on the way to a possible super bowl. They also will probably resign Stokley and then you have 2 or 3 white tightends on that team two. The Pats will still use Edelman and now Amendola so it won't be too bad.

I really want to see Philly continue to get whiter on offense and they are moving in the right direction.

AZ will fall in love wih Swope and Fitzgerald is an excellent teacher to help him adjust to the NFL. His hopes look a lot better with Carson Palmer to get him the ball.

I'm hoping Jordy Nelson can remain healthy and lead the nfl in receiving. No doubt that he has all the talent in the world!

 

[Extra Point]

I'm interested to see how TJ Moe does at New England. I think he has a real shot there.

Moe has everything you want in a receiver except long speed. He's a prototypical slot receiver.

I can see him spending time on the practice squad and getting a shot in case of injury or next season.

With the departure of Wes Welker the Patriots will be looking for a reliable slot receiver for the long term. Moe could fill the bill.

Unfortunately I could see as few as 10 of them making teams (not counting practice squaders) -- Welker, Decker, Nelson, Shipley, Wylie, Hartline, Amendola, Edelman or Moe, Walter, and Vernon. And Vernon and Wylie are far from sure things, and Walter is near the end of his career. I'll root for all 48, but every year there are a number of deserving White receivers who never get the opportunity they deserve. It's a lot like safety, a fair amount of Whites on the fringes of rosters but usually getting few or no opportunities.

Not trying to be negative but revisit this thread after the annual white purge in August. 80% of these guys are more than likely going to be cut. The only good part is that later in the season is that some are able to catch on with teams due to injury.

I dont know, these are the guys from last year (some have been in for more then a few years) that managed to hang around. I think we see a good deal of the first year guys go practice squads.
Tim Toone, Ryan Whalen, Dane Sanzenbacher, Josh Cooper, Danny Coale, Cole Beasely, Kris Durham, Jeff Maehl, Griff and Ryan Whalen, Devon Wylie, Andy Tanner, Riley Cooper, Aaron Pflugrad, Connor Dixon, Chad Hall, Charly Martin, Brett Swain, Marc Mariani have all managed to hang around, some with actual regular season play like Josh Cooper, Beasely, Wylie, Mariani, Riley Cooper.

Then the obvious Welker, Nelson, Decker, Hartline, Amendola, Shipley and Walter.

Then there are guys like Swope and Moe that might make an immediate impact. I think realistically, we have a shot at seeing 5 to 6 White guys get 1k. Then again that number could likely be 0 if Welker and Decker cut into each other's receptions and fall just short of 1k, Amendola doesn't stay healthy and Hartline is inconsistent, Swope doesn't get a real shot and Nelson continues to have nagging hamstring issues. It will be interesting to see what Chip Kelly does with all of those White receivers, it seems like Philly has been hoarding a bunch every year and again have the most this year with 4.

Great to see Tyler Shoemaker on a team

I think thats pretty good considering the uphill battle our guys have to face just to get into the league, not to mention the battle they have to face to stay in the league, thats 48 guys that have been put into the league over the years, only one of them being drafted high ( Nelson), if you wanted consider 3rd round high then Decker, but I don't think its high. There are about 25 to 30 black wide receivers drafted every year, with more getting shots as UDFA's, probably well over 48 new faces each year when you consider UDFA's, I think the only notable black udfa wr is Victor Cruz. Probably about 10 black wide receivers drafted high every year, there is usually a run on them in the 2nd round. Only 16 blacks had 1k last season, very low number compared to how many are put in the league year after year. 3 Whites. An UDFA led the way, followed by a 4th round pick and a 3rd round pick. Considering the circumstances, that is pretty high.

Jeremy Ebert to the Jags. Not likely he'll make the team, but if Shipley has an injury problem he could have a shot.
Also, with Crabtree likely now out for the year for the 49ers, Chad Hall's chances to make the team might have increased.

Yeah I thought that would happen for Andy Tanner with The Saints having Joe Morgan going down but then they signed washed up Steve Breaston, this is when the competition for the last spots was already intense before Morgan was injured.
