Looking forward to seeing what Stoneburner can to. He could be used in many different ways.

The Packers started 8 white men on offense their last game.

They started Rodgers at QB, Kuhn at FB and Nelson at WR. Their entire offensive line was white.

And their offense played very well. :arms:

Rodgers may be out for the season. The Packers need to sign a QB. Matt Flynn would be a good choice.

Also, while it's not likely to happen, they should consider Tim Tebow.

It seems as if the pack are apprehensive about bringing flynn in because of his elbow. That should explain why he hasnt been able to hold a Roster spot since he left green bay. He couldnt be as bad as the media made him out to be. Hopefully he can heal up and try again next season.

Tim Tebow led the last team that started him to the playoffs.

Green Bay should consider signing him.

Comments have generally been in favor of Matt. Some have raised questions and in fairness they have a point, but McCarthy did say in today's paper that Matt's arm looks fine. Problem with the Pack is not enough whites on the D side of the ball, the sense of entitlement by the black players on that side is giving in to TNB. At least the GM could go for the Toby Gerhart effect and have a good white player behind them on the depth chart to scare them, but its just a gang of black buddies becoming black and not even any Ray Lewis style "leadership" to correct them.

Green Bay has signed former Stanford LB Chase Thomas to a future contract. He could be a good step to improving this awful defense if they give him a fair shake next preseason.

Great news as long as he can stick around for long enough. I won't hold my breath.

Predictably, WeenieWorld states that he sucks because he only ran a 4.91 40 at the combine and only has a future as a WSTD.
Packers signed LB Chase Thomas and OT Jeremy Vujnovich to reserve/future contracts.

Vujnovich is an undrafted free agent out of small-school Louisiana College. Thomas was a "name" UDFA last spring after racking up huge numbers at Stanford, but is severely limited by his 4.91 speed. He'll compete for one of the Packers' final special teams spots in training camp.
Nevermind that 4.91 is blazing fast compared to very productive starting NFL linebackers such as Vontaze Burfict and Brandon Spikes
