2013 College Football Season Week 4

ZZ Tops, early in the second half, 20 carries for 200 yards. wow!

I watched much of that game. Despite the loss, Fales looked fantastic. He's the best looking NFL prospect I've seen since Luck. Leidner has great foot speed and strength. I enjoyed watching him drop his shoulder into the defense on runs rather than sliding down.
Hey Riddlewire, could you tell me if Leidner has any passing ability or is he more of a running back playing QB?

I've also heard many scouts talking up Fales despite playing on a pretty poor program. The fact that he wasn't even in Todd McGay's top 10 shows how much of a joke that guy is.

Arkansas' freshman tight end Hunter Henry has emerged as the most consistent receiving threat the Hogs utilize (where is freshman wideout Drew Morgan?), and he is now back from an ankle injury that limited him the past two games. against Rutgers, he currently leads the Razorbacks with 2 catches for 37 yards and 1 touchdown.

the affletic wide receiving corps of the Hogs is dreadful.

Awesome! And against that all-black Nebraska defense too!!

For those wondering, Gerry and Banderas had a couple of bad plays very early, and it seems as though they were benched. Their affletic replacements continue to get toasted by Zenner, but guess what? They're still on the field. Must be that unlimited upside, that, if given enough time, will inevitably show itself. Especially Banderas' replacement, David Santos. This guy has screwed up a lot; even the commentators pointed out he just doesn't have the speed to catch up with Zenner, but yet, there he is, still in the game.

They didn't throw enough to give me any idea of his passing abilities. He looks like a classic Jerry Kill QB (Harnish, Lynch). I'm not even sure if he'll play any more. I don't think Nelson will be out for an extended period of time.

Wow, didn't even realize that he's the back-up. Minnesota has got a good problem on their hands it seems. Thanks RW for your incite.

What a great day of football so far! Stanford is rolling 27-0 over ASU. Zach Zenner ran wild today going over 200 yards. Iowa looked very good in a blowout. Wake Forest keeps feeding their superstar receiver. Now Johnny Football is putting on a show too. He is so fun to watch. SMU already took a cheap shot on him and I think we will see alot of that this year. I know alot of guys at work who hate him because he is white. No doubt about it. So much jealousy. Haha. He is a superstar and will dominate at this level and on to the NFL. He is too damn good to ignore. Let's keep it rolling Texas A & M. Go Johnny Football.

A very white UConn team just tied Michigan right before halftime. Col. State is very white and hanging tough with Alabama too.

Good grief! Tennessee vs. Florida may as well have been Grambling vs. Bethune Cookman at times. I think I saw 22 blacks on the field at one point. Oh, and both teams are awful.:afro:

I was watching Tajh Groyd's performance from Thursday and I have to say I was not impressed. Only in a watered down NFL would a guy like this even be considered as a legit QB prospect. He was thoroughly pedestrian throughout the day. Right now as it stands, the only elite QB coming out in next years draft is Manziel. There could be some under the radar type guys coming in as well such as McCarron and Fales, but I think Manziel is the only sure bet.

well since they have two White linemen listed on the line up, Driskel going down won't leave them all black for the year, if this had happened last year, they would be starting 22 blacks all season, now its 2.

They are hyping up some black qb who had a "Manziel like" play against Bethune Cookman. Try doing it ainst a real defense and then you would get some props.

Most of these majority black teams struggle with smaller teams. I mean USC barely won against Utah St. It was close for a while with Alabama (supposedly number 1) against Colorado. I honestly think Manziel took a lot out of them, which is why pretty much every sec team has like 3 ot 4 cup cake teams a year. At least Texas A&M scheduled SMU who is pretty good for a C-USA team. Still dominated them. A White db picked of Manziel but it was due to the receiver letting it bounce off his hands. Too bad Manziel didn't get to face Bama later on in the season.

Michigan black quarterback with his third turnover. UConn up 21-7.

This might be the quickest quotablack implosion in history. A few weeks ago DWFs were acting like he was the second coming of Christ.

Northern Illinois is having a devil of a time dealing with Eastern Illinois. 43-39 late in the 4th. Erik Lora is uncoverable. 14 rec 198yds 3TD.
Lynch is being Lynch. 20 of 29, 214yds 1TD (although 2INT). 22 carries 190yds.
