Thursday's festivities will feature two incompetent rivals playing an irrelevant game in a division that belongs to the Broncos. Look forward to a bore fest.

I see that Peyton picked up a 3 and 1. Then Weddle stuffed Charles for a loss of 5. Then the very overrated Dwyane Bowe coughs up the ball while the Chiefs are in field goal range. What a joke Romeo's bunch are.

Btw, can anyone PM me a stream off the game?

Jarret Johnson strip sacks Cassel in the endzone! TD SD.

The Chiefs are now getting drubbed. Forget about Hillis, this offense can't do anything. Romeo might be the worst of all the AA hires. He was abysmal as the Browns head coach and is equally clueless now. His firing should come now but will probably wait until the off-season.

The coal black defense of the Chiefs is pretty pathetic as well.

Why is an AA mediocrity like Draughn getting ANY touches in this offense? They underutilize Charles, and of course snub Hillis. I wasn't watching the game- is Draughn now the goal line back over Hillis?

This game featured one of the worst of the continuously bad coaching matchups. Even in a league filled to the brim with coaches who are barely junior high school level gym teacher material, Romeo Crennel and Norv Turner really stand out. Turner is THE teflon coach- it's inexplicable how he is still on the job. And Crennel certainly represents affirmative action at its finest.

he was in on a last meaningless drive, he had two touches, scored on a carry

Yes, under Homeo Crennel the Chefs have gone from mediocre to abysmal. It really is a shame that Draughn gets gametime at all. Nate Eachus, who is surprisingly still on the roster, should be the number three back, while Draughn and Cyrus Gray (who was SO GOOD at Texas A&M that they moved Ryan Swope to receiver:icon_rolleyes:) should be on the waiver wire. Here is how the depth chart stacks up on offense:

Jordy Nelson hasn't practiced all week because of his hamstring issue and like last week is being called a "game time decision." Given that the Packers have their bye next week it's highly unlikely that Nelson will play.

And Brian Hartline suddenly popped up on the injury report yesterday with a groin injury. Then today he now has a hamstring issue as well, so it looks like he won't be playing either as he's also being called a game time decision. (Which screws my fantasy teams that feature Nelson and Hartline.)

Welker and Woodhead are off with a bye, as is Amendola, who should be back playing in Week 10. Decker and Walter may be the only White starters at WR to root for on Sunday. Of course Gerhart will get his 1 or 2 carries, whoopee! It'll be like a throwback to the early and mid 90s when there were no White RBs and almost no White receivers.

Leonard gets two straight carries, first one for 6 yards and on the second one he plowed his way through for a first down. Bet he doesn't get any more carries.

They subbed Leonard out for Lawfirm and then tried to do some cute trick play which netted them with a 2 yard loss.

Hartline already has 2 receptions for 48 yards. I don't care how he does it, but he needs a 1,000 yards this season.

Jordy looks done, they won't risk him nursing both hamstring and ankle injuries, i don't think.

let's hope Leonard gets more carries, and it seems like Hartline is healthy, looking good out there!

for Broncos, looks like Thomas got injured (on a nice route he caught, i give him that), so more worjk for Decker and Stokley, if he doesn't come back in!

Urlacher with a pick 6 on Hasselback!

Decker 13 yard TD!

Barwin with a sack!

Chris Conte with a recovered fumble!

Wish I screencapped Marvin Lewis's face just now. Hilarious.

well in his 6th and 7th seasons in the NFL Reggie Bush is finally doing well and worthy of being called a good back, not living up to his draft pick but a good back. If only Sam McGuffie could get that kind of time to show his worth at runningback.

Unfortunately he didn't go to a school that provided wide open holes to run through like Bush at USC, if he did we would have seen tons of highlight runs. McGuffie's looked the best when he was at Michigan which had decent blocking although a little shaky with richrod implementing his option offense.

At Rice the blocking was terrible, instead of holes he got creases, which is more of how things will be in the NFL, it looked like he struggled with vision because he was best in space and on receptions out of the backfield, and seemed like an identical role to what Bush had with the Saints.

I am sure if he had more time to
work on his problems he would wind up just like Bush, probably better, but unfortunately he wont and they already gave up on him at rb at Rice putting him at wr, using more physical backs that can plow through the line with more force. You would think he could get at least a Percy Harvin type role

edit: backrow beat me to it

JJ Watt is a beast

an afflete just drops a sure 40 yard bomb that would have been a td from Andrew Luck. yeah he "benefits from having Wayne". Wayne has lost a step and is a reliable possession receiver that may go deep occasionally, if hes the best guy out there and so great then he will be double covered forcing Luck to throw to these pathetic receivers

On the kick return one of the black bronco special teamers attempts to pick the ball up at the 1 yard line, misses it, trips over and cradles the ball. Unbelievable
