From what I've read, after the deal is completed sometime today, the regular refs will begin work week 5, not this weekend.

That's not how I understand it, all news reports are indicating they are back tonight with the lockout over.

My understanding is they were coming back in week five, but after further review they decided on week four. But that's also under review at the moment, because some people think week four is too soon.
So right now it's a tough call.
