Second year HC Randy Edsall leads the Terps following a dismal 2-10 campaign last season. From a White starters prospective, the Terps started 8 in 2011, 10 in 2010, 4 in 2009, 4 in 2008, 5 in 2007, 5 in 2006 & 4 in 2005.

On offense, last year's starting QB Danny O'Brien transferred to Wisconsin. With that, the starting QB job will likely be C.J. Brown's, as he threw for 7 TDs and ran for 5 last season . Other White starters should include LT Nick Klemm, C Bennett Fulper, RG Josh Cary and TE Matt Furstenburg . Also seeing reps on offense should be RT Ryan Doyle, LT Justin Gilbert, T Andrew Zeller, G Gary Harraka, C Sal Conaboy, and RT Jake Wheeler

On defense, the sole White starter looks to be DE Joe Vellano + LB Cole Farrand. Also seeing PT on defense should be LB Lukas Foreman. The "Fairyland Twerps" don't too White friendly on their pro-caste defense.

Well, it looks like Maryland will have one more white starter this year in RT Nick Klemm.

Some other good news; it looks like former FB Tyler Cierski is now the 2nd string Tailback for Maryland! Look for him to get some carries for the Terps this year!

He will be replaced by either Perry Hills or Caleb Rowe (both white).

From the Terps 7-6 squeaker victory versus W&M, QB Perry Hills passed for 145 yards and ran for 20 more. TE Matt Furstenburg had 2 catches for 11 yards. :icon_rolleyes:

On defense, DL Joe Vellano had 11 tackles...2 TFLs :yo:. LB Cole Farrand had 6 tackles (2 TFL) and TE Ryan Schlothauer also added a tackle.

During Saturday's 36-27 win against Temple, QB Perry Hills was 11 of 21 for 190 yards and 2 TDs w/ 1 rushing TD. TE Matt Furstenberg had a TD catch (22 yards).

On defense, LB Cole Farrand lead the team w/ 6 tackles...including 1 TFL. DE Joe Vellano added 4 tackles...2 TFLs + 1 sack, and TE Ryan Schlothauer & P Brad Craddock added a tackle each.
