I just Googled this guy and there have been a bunch of positive (glowing?) articles about his play heading into preseason games. The fact that the Caste Cowboys are fervently attempting to talk an undrafted white WR only "listed" at 5' 8" into not leaving the team tells a lot. In this Cowboys.com article from 3 days ago, it seemed like he was resolute about making the team and coaches were thrilled to have him.

P.S. Checkout what some chump DWF, who's likely 43 years old (screen name danfoutsbeard
69) wrote at Pro Football Talk. He's scared of white WR's, because they might take the place of the "real athletes". Even though the Chargers record has plummeted as their roster has gotten much darker since 2007, we find out the real problem is they are too white...Also, I wonder how many hrs. per day danfoutsbeard(19)69 and his butt-buddy (polarbear71) spend checking out interracial gay porn sites, looking for nude photos of their ebony heroes? By the way, if he's gonna mention Walters, why doesn't he mentioned Danny Amendola, who was cut by Dallas after have a sparkling pre-season just a few years ago?
do you have the link to where they said that? Yeah Amendola is a perfect way to shut him up. He has been the most consistent receiver for the Rams. People are acting like his size is small at 175, which is what DeSean Jackson weighs at a few inches taller, so less muscle.
I will laugh when theyh see that Robinson's production was a fluke. He got 5 seasons to prove himself and still never cracked 1k but is treated like an elite receiver because he might have scored a bunch of fantasy points.
By the way it should. be mentioned during those 5 years, 2 were with the Rams, where he couldn't beat out Amendola in 09 and 10. White receivers usually don't have the luxury of taking so long to perform or suck during practice, but blacks can make a few good plays and kept on the roster, getting paid for nothing really. Every team has a guy. The Saints have Adrian Arrington who is supposedly going to break out any year now, all based on one great game he had against Florida in 2007, the dbs were good but freshman and made many mistakes that year which is why UF lost a few games during Tebow's Heisman season.
Jaguars | Want more from Laurent Robinson :
Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey has not been impressed with WR Laurent Robinson early on in training camp. Mularkey wants Robinson to make more plays in practice
Impressive start by a "real receiver". Matt Jones had had less than 100 yards receiving in his 4th year, playing 12 games, he had to make the switch to wr and had a crappy qb, dink and dunk.
Also, I wonder if it has occured to them that their tight end Jason Witten led the team in receiving yards.
I also what are the odds of a White receiver having one great season playing in FCS (1400 yards) and then less than 900 the other two, managing to get drafted in the 3rd round, allowed 5 years to develop (he did bounce around but apparently there was still "upside"), have one good season, less than 900 yards but 11 tds and then wind up getting a 32 million dollar contract for that with another team....
I would love to make those dwfs look stupid.
I hope Cole comes back because he has a shot, they are weak at wr.
