2012-2013 NCAA Basketball Season

I just stumbled across this story on Yahoo sports news about Liberty University being possibly the worst team ever to qualify for the tournament. The message from the photo adorning the story is crystal clear, however, they're only bad because of the players they have are the wrong color:

Of course, this article probably makes absolutely NO mention of Liberty's black players, who do make up some of the team.

Anyway, nearly all-white Davidson is playing a diverse College of Charleston team on ESPN2 right now. Davidson is a pretty fun team to watch; I'd recommend turning them on.

Also, later tonight, some very white friendly teams in Gonzaga and Saint Mary's square off in the WCC Championship on ESPN. This game will feature Matthew Delavadova(sp?) and Kelly Olynyk, two great white players for the Gaels and Zags, respectively.

If you haven't seen South Dakota State and their do everything guard Nate Wolters play, I suggest you do so tonight. Wolters and the Jackrabbits will be playing North Dakota State (with 2 white starters) on ESPN2 at 9 Eastern Time. The Jacks of course have 5 white starters, and only one black player even sees the court for them (under 10 minutes easily). When South Dakota State is on, they are very fun to watch, and can just plain bury teams with the 3 pointer. I hope the Jackrabbits make it back to the Big Dance tonight.
