Rory McIlroy is totally dominating through two rounds, shooting an Open record -11. He's been in the lead in most recent majors before falling back, spectacularly so on the back nine at Augusta. But he's shown great resiliency and toughness to go with his tremendous talent and I think he'll close the deal this time and become a full-fledged superstar at the age of 22.

You're pretty much correct, however the U.S. golf media and U.S. golf fans aren't as bad as in other sports when it comes to recognizing non-U.S. talent, in large part because other than the media's idol Tiger Woods all the top players are White other than a few Asians. Phil Mickelson made $57 million in endorsements last year and is now nipping at Woods' heels ($60 million in endorsements in '10 and dropping). Lots of golfers do commercials for golf equipment companies, and non-Americans pop up frequently on them. Gary Player and Greg Norman were extremely popular in the U.S. during their careers, and playerssuch asPadraig Harrington, Sergio Garcia, Luke Donald, Ernie Els, Adam Scott and others are quite popular on the PGA Tour. The galleries at the U.S. Open are cheering on McIlroy like crazy, so although the U.S. media will never give him anywhere near the hype Woods has received -- and will continue to receive for a long time even if he never wins another tournament -- McIlory will become a golfing star in the U.S. if he wins the Open after making his mark in majors over the past year.Edited by: Don Wassall

McIlroy continues to tear up the record book. He has an 8 shot lead at -14 after three rounds. No one had ever been more than -12 at any point in a U.S. Open before.

The galleries love him. Tomorrow should be the coronation of a present star and possible future all-time great. Rory may just be the breakthrough White star that we have been waiting for ever since the emergence of Tiger Woods.

I know he's considered "black" by everyone outside of Thailand, but I still believe that if his dad had married another black woman, all things else being equal, he may have ended up as an above average golfer, but nowhere near the level he attained.

I agree. Woods should be referred to either as mixed or Asian. There's not another major sport that highlights the deficiencies of black athleticismas does golf. If Woods was of pure negro blood he wouldn't be good enough to be a pro golfer.

I think it's safe to say that golf's next superstar was born today. I don't want to get too carried away and start any Jack Nicklaus or Woods comparisons, but this kid is extremely talented. I was also impressed the way he was treated by the fans, that was good stuff.

As for the pledge of allegiance, sure they didn't mean to offend anyone by their intentional editing out of the dreaded phrase "under God." Horsefeathers! They did it on purpose just to slap Christians in the face. Most Christians won't think a thing about it, just as usual. Sad.

On the rare occasion when I do say the pledge, I never say "indivisible" because I don't believe it. I probably shouldn't say "with liberty and justice for all" either, because I don't believe that is the case. To me, the U.S. flag is little more than a tainted, disgraced rag anyway.

It was rather amusing to watch the Affirmative Action ESPN anchors stutter and squirm with revulsion as they half-heartedly made statements such as: "Rory McIlroy is the future of golf,"Â￾ "McIlroy is the heir apparent to Tiger,"Â￾ and "McIlroy is a young phenom the likes of which hasn't been seen since, well, Tiger Woods burst onto the scene."Â￾ Their remarks rang true; however, it's fascinating to observe the fact that every golf-related statement, no matter how unrelated, must be inherently complimentary of Tiger's achievements (now his distant past).

In the aftermath of the 2011 U.S. Open, the mainstream media News-Jews must be soundly frightened of the extraterrestrial potential of the youthful white Irishman. When a young Tiger Woods "burst onto the scene,"Â￾ his competition was mostly American golfers well past their prime (with much fewer Europeans, Asians, South Americans, White South Africans, etc.). McIlroy is now playing a global game, against global competition, in which any player whatsoever could potentially dominate the field at any given tournament. But, of course, given his age, McIlroy appears to have the most potential of all.

McIlroy's most recent ascendancy is in conspicuous contrast to their 1/8th Afro-sweetheart, who has fallen so very far from his contrived, heavenly roost. Winless in Majors since the 2008 U.S. Open, winless in invitational play since the 2009 Bridgestone, appropriately disgraced in colossal tabloid-style scandals, dropped from corporate sponsorships and perpetually-injured"¦"Tiger, Inc."Â￾ is vanishing into the gray void of artificial mass-consciousness. Should he continue on such a course, the extinction of the Black Tiger will be imminent. Considering his gargantuan fury of self-absorption, I strongly doubt that this corporate hooker will wither (like the weed he truly is) without a fight for dignity.

I was watching the end of the tourniment and cheering Rory on, my son came by (hates golf like many kids his age) and saw a young white guy similar to himself winning big, he asked me what does he get for winning? Besides the trophy? That and a million dollars plus I told him. He then asked if we could go to the driving range.

I read today it had the worst US ratings of a US Open final day since at least 1996. No suspense, no Americans, no Tiger. Rory has a good personality though and is sure to win more so maybe in time he'll become an attraction to ordinary Americans. Or...maybe the DWFs will hate him for taking Tiger's place.

Yet another example of US Military worship involved in yet another US sporting event, just like the NFL, MLB, etc. Funny how I don't remember seeing any of this stuff 10, 20, 30, etc. years ago. How about a backdrop scrolling the Bill of Rights of our Constitution while these kids were taking this pledge instead? This was not unintentional. They simply felt they could get away with it, without any complaints by the sheeple, by doing it this way. The question is why they did it and who authorized it?
