I wonder how much attention the massacre of whites gets in the main stream media. If they were black people being killed,we would hear about it everyday. South Africa had 500,000 tickets go unsold, so they started to sell them to locals.Many people don't want to go there.

I am sick of all the foreign players in Europe,especially the Africans and Brazilians. England has the most Africans it seems. Italy and Spain have more Brazilians and Argentinians.

Lueger, What do you think of Inter Milan with almost no Italians on the team. I really hate them and they complained that MU and Chelsea had few English players when they were both in the CL Final even though combined I believe they had at least 10 and maybe 11 starters who were English.

I wouldn't pay money to watch Africans or Brazilians and frankly I think the leagues should go back to their own countries talent and forbid most foreign players.

im from Holland.The picture of Holland is a bit old I think, probably we will start if there not to much injurys with 7 or 8 whites during the world Cup.Our best players are all white: van Persie,sneijder,van der Vaart,Robben,van Bommel,Mathijsen.Being a small counry we do great at sports( most of the time in the top -10 medals olympics) we have a lot of world records but in soccer we have never been World champion we have been often in the semi final and 2 times in the final(74,78)but we did win the '88 european championchips.Last chamionchips (european) we did great in the beginning with 3-0 against italy and 4-1 against france but against Russia we didn't ,maybe because a kid of a holland player did close before the match..

Johannesburg, May 2 (ANI): The safety of white tourists visiting South Africa for the upcoming FIFA World Cup is under a cloud. There are fear that they could be this summer's easy targets of racial violence and may even lose their lives in the process.

The brutal murder of white supremacist leader Eugene Terreblanche has brought South Africa's simmering racial tensions to the fore.

Over 900,000 white people have fled the country since the onset of racial violence, though there are a few who hace decided to stay behind and fight.

Fifty-one-year-old Lita Fourie is one of those who stayed. She maintains a memorial in remembrance of white farmers who have been murdered as a result of racial violence. Over 3,400 crosses stand sepulchrally along a hillside bearing testimony to years of racial slaughter.

Her own parents were brutally murdered by farm-hands and she lives in constant state of fear so much so, that she has even taught her five-year-old son Neels how to use a hunting rifle. She warns tourists to stay away from the world cup extravaganza for the sake of safety.

"I want everyone to know what is really going on, I think FIFA want to keep this quiet. Every day there is a murder, sometimes three a day. We don't feel safe here. And it is irresponsible of the organisers to play down the risks and dangers to white football fans." She told News of The World.

Another victim of racial brutality, Sophia Aucamp, echoes Lita's view, she recognizes that the violence is not just racially motivated, a lot of the time the perpetrators are looking to make a quick buck at the expense of someone's life.

"Football fans will come with lots of money, cameras and mobile phones and people here won't give your life a second thought for a nice watch," she told the paper. "South Africa is not safe for anyone right now. It could turn nasty. FIFA could end up with a very embarrassing situation if fans are murdered." she concludes forebodingly. (ANI)</font>

Of course, if you watch that ESPN commercial about the World Cup in South Africa, all you see is made-up old footage of blacks in South Africa having to play soccer under White military rule. I don't think France is 30-40%black. I'll be it's 1 or 2 percent. Some Frenchman on this sight a while ago said at most there should be 1 black starter. There are more Algerians in France than blacks I think.

Even Germany is being taken over. They announced their 27 provisional team and they have 3 blacks, 2 turks and 3 Polish. That's about 30%.

3 ****(1 won't make the 23 man squad) and 2 turks + 1 arab.

Klose and Podolski are accepted as germans(both have german ancestors), Trochowski sucks and won't make the squad.

As long as our squad doesn't look like France,England,Netherlands,USA,Brazil or some african country it's ok.

As long as our squad doesn't look like France,England,Netherlands,USA,Brazil or some african country it's ok.

England isn't going to be too bad. They could have 8 starters who are white and 3 mixed. I don't know if mixed is good or not. It might mean that a white woman couldn't get a white man for various reasons like 3-4% of men are gay or she is really ugly.

Blacks are getting to be overrepresented again and Latinos are underrepresented even though soccer is their big sport.But, 12-20 million Latinos are illegal here so they can't qualify for the national team, so maybe they aren't too underrepresented based on legal status.
Soccer is going to get worse for the US whites, you're right. They'll be nothing left to watch for American whites. It will be all foreigner whites and minorities in American sports.

Sadly, the French team is a disgrace that looks to be 75% black and North African. How the heck did all these people get into France.It's frightening. France doesn't keep an ethnic breakdown in their census, so it's hard to tell what the demographics are of the entity formerly resembling a European country.

France is the biggest sh*thole in Europe. 5-6 mio. muslims and 3-4 mio. blacks.

When you look at the french league rosters(Paris,Lyon,Bordeaux,Marseille etc.) then you know why the national team is so dark.

The blacks and north africans prefer soccer, the whites rugby.

American soccer's million-dollar baby saw his World Cup dream extinguished on Tuesday, a full month before the sport's greatest showpiece has even begun.


Based on how Freddy Adu's career has faltered in recent years, it was no shock that he was left off the United States' preliminary World Cup roster, ensuring him a summer spent in front of a television screen instead of packed stadiums in South Africa.


Yet given the outlandish projections made for Adu in 2003 â€" when, as a 13-year-old, he was handed a million-dollar endorsement deal with Nike and touted as the future of the national team â€" the decline has been both sad and dramatic.


By now, according to the experts, Adu was supposed to be one of the best players in the world â€" the first American to become a global star. Instead, he is floundering in the lowly regarded Greek league, and Tuesday's announcement means U.S. head coach Bob Bradley does not even rate him among this country's 30 best players.


Adu's backstory used to resemble the first few chapters of a fairy tale but is now little more than a cautionary tale against overhyping young phenomena. He emigrated to the States from Ghana as an 8-year-old after his mother won the Green Card lottery, and was quickly spotted in the junior ranks in Maryland.


Observers could barely believe their eyes when witnessing such skills in one so young, and the soccer world soon caught on. Giant Italian club Inter Milan offered him a contract as a 10-year-old. US Soccer chiefs positively salivated at the prospect of a future superstar.


In 2004, Adu made U.S. sports history by becoming the top overall pick in the Major League Soccer draft and making his debut for D.C. United at age 14. In hindsight, such acceleration into the senior ranks smacks of madness. Back then, it was seen as merely the first stepping stone on the path to greatness.


Growing up in the spotlight didn't do Adu much good, with the big contract, big expectations and constant scrutiny weighing heavily on his shoulders.


Since 2006, he has resembled a soccer nomad, bouncing from D.C. to Real Salt Lake and then Benfica, the Portuguese club that retains his rights but has now farmed him out on loan to three separate clubs in three years. Some positive performances for the national team in age-restricted events were interspersed, in the Under 20 World Cup in 2007 and the Beijing Olympics (where most players must be 23 or younger) the following year.


The regular spot on the senior team never came, a decision effectively taken out of the hands of Bradley by Adu's failure to lock down regular playing time for his European clubs.


Back when the draw for the World Cup was made in December, Adu still retained some hope of being selected for Bradley's squad.


"I'm gonna say something right now," he wrote on his Twitter account. "I have never wanted to be a part of something as bad as I wanna be in this World Cup. Work and prayer."


This year's World Cup was earmarked as Adu's time to stamp his mark on the world game. From that time years earlier, when Nike hurled cash in his direction and his future looked golden, there was always an eye on 2010.


The 2006 World Cup was seen as too soon. This one, on the African continent of his birth, was perfect.


In the end, it just wasn't to be. The culmination of that plan did not take place in Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg, where the United States will meet England on June 12. It was instead in Adu's club apartment in Thessaloniki, with the announcement of a roster that didn't feature his name. Back to the drawing board.


So where did it all go wrong for Adu? Were the hype and expectations too much to handle? Or was he just never destined for stardom?


"It is difficult when young players do not have enough time to develop, when too much is asked too soon," said Hector Cuper, a well-respected Argentinean coach now in charge of Adu's Greek team, Aris. "Extra time allows for a more well-rounded game. He has ability, we can all see that."


Yet if Adu is ever to ascend to the heights he still dreams of, it will be a grind through the ranks and a constant battle to overturn perception of him as a bust. European soccer is a cutthroat world, and there won't be anything easy about it.


"I want to be one of the best players to play this sport one day," Adu said in a recent interview with Sports Illustrated. "I still have the chance to do that, and I want to work hard to get there."


"Getting there" is no longer a given. Recent signs have been reasonable, with some solid performances for Aris taking him to the brink of the 30-man U.S. squad after he was barely in contention months earlier. However, there is still a long and uncertain way to go.


"Freddy is still young and he will tell you there are things along the way he did right and things he did wrong," Bradley said. "Now he has to take all those things to the situation he is in and show he is continuing to grow."


Adu's Twitter account was silent early Tuesday, perhaps a reflection of the bitter disappointment he must have seen coming.


Freddy Adu is 20 years old and he feels like yesterday's man. Maybe his time will still come, but it won't be this summer.
