2010 week 5

another blown route by Garcon stalls a Colts drive and forces a field goal. what a "surprise." even Dan Dierdorf noticed it and made a comment. ha!

"That wasn't just anyone he ran over" - regarding Peyton Hillis - I've never seen him in action before today - man when that guy hits people they move backwards - been a while since I've seen a RB with such power.

Why do they keep forcing the ball to Garcon?

Hillis fumbled early because about three Falcon defenders hit him right about the same time. They were aiming for the ball and one of them popped it out.

truthfully, i'd take Wallace over Delhomme, at least he has one thing down:

HAND OFF to Hillis. FFS, what a cardinal mistake.

well, i am rooting for a guy that can hand it off to a white running back first and foremost. Delhomme's blunder could cost them a game and it costed Peyton a rushing TD.

Kuhn only has 2 carries so far, Jackson broke loose for a long yardage once, other than that he's been just as bad if not worse as usual. Now John is back in the game, got 7 yards and now 1 more. go John!

Jon McGraw just intercepted Manning.

damn, incomplete end zone pass to Nelson. Edited by: backrow

Another forced pass to Garcon results in an interception this time, great play by Jon McGraw.

good question ...

Manning just forced another pass toward Garcon, and it was picked off. on the plus side, it was Jon McGraw who made the interception. so at least Manning threw it to a White man.

back-to-back-to-back drops by KC affletes. hahaha!!!

Cassel is visibly pissed.

Hillis stonewalls a blitzer. he's the complete running back ... even when he's playing hurt.

i hate the fact that they don't let him run, if he's healthy enough to be on the field, he should be used as something more than a decoy.

EDIT: well, now he's out. Edited by: backrow

Garcon with 7 targets and 3 catches. Collie 1 target. Collie played at an All-Pro level while Garcon was out. Nice pick 6 for Cody Grimm. Two sacks for Clay Matthews, including one where he ran McNabb down like he was stading still.

the only way to cover Collie is to commit pass interference.

another forced pass to Garcon who isn't remotely open ... what the crap?

Hillis is injured, I would rather him sit out the rest of this game and get healthy for the Pittsburgh game.

Hillis with another great, bruising 9 yard run. then off for a little treatment on the sidelines. haha, what a player!

Hillis is back in ... and right on cue has an awesome bone-rattling run!

and now it appears that Garcon drops a pass. seriously, sit him down and put in the real receivers ... you know, the guys who can actually get open and catch the ball: Collie and White.

Jake Delhomme is particularly terrible today. At least with Wallace in the game, the Browns barely attempt to pass to their wretched WR corps.

this post made me think of the mispronunciation by "our" President ... Obongo could rightly say about Cleveland's passing game, "The Browns receiving corpse."

because, after all, it is where quarterback careers go to die.

what a catch by Collie!!!
