Since '05, Tulsa has started 11, 10, 8, 9, and 10 Whites. Some White backups to look for are WR Brett Davis, WR Tyler Pistoia, TE Matt Hesterberg, TE Nathan Largen, TE Michael Britton, LT Jared Grigg, LG Gabe Moyer, C Eric Sproal, RG Nick Gates, RT David Lazenby, SPUR Trent Wilkins, SPUR Hayden Dupell, LE Jack Jewell, RE Alex Pace, RE Jared St. John, SLB Cody Wilson, MLB Alan Dock, FS Trent Wilkins, BAN Harry Hatch. Needless to say, Tulsa would be much Whiter if they had some injuries.

Not much of an update, but during the ECU game today, Trent Wilkins started at the SPUR position, bumping the total up to eight.

Well, we have a little bit of an improvement with Tulsa, as they take on Greg Salas and the Hawaii Warriors. They're up to 9 now.

Bad news for Roberson, Langer, and any future white hopefuls for Tulsa. The Hurricane have hired AA fraud Garrick "No White Recruits From Oklahoma" McGee from Arkansas to be the new head coach. This guy has no coaching history. He's basically a logo. He doesn't coordinate the offense at Arkansas any more than he did at Northwestern. And Ryan Mallett isn't any more polished now than he was the day he set foot on campus.

Well, that was a fast turnaround.
McGee is no longer the coach.
Now it's official that Bill Blankenship has been promoted to head coach. Blankenship had been a multi-position coach under Graham.
This is a much better hire as it maintains continuity with the Graham era.
