The NFL Network is reporting that the only head coaching job Jon Gruden is interested in is that of the Browns, due to Gruden having Ohio roots, and being close to Mikey Holmgren. Based on his past virtuoso Caste coaching performances, we can only hope Chucky decides to stay in the MNF booth, where he does a good job in spite of his shameless flattering of practically every player on both teams of each MNF game.

I sure hope Gruden stays put. That could put an end to Hillis' career or at least his career in Cleveland.

<div></div>Mangini fired...

The Caste system at its finest, isn't it? First time poster here although i've been reading for months. Long story short I sort of took on the Browns as an adopted team last season because of Eric Manginis philosophy of everyone having to EARN their spot and building via smart, disciplined, high character players. Reading between the lines that meant less affletes and more hardworking white kids finally getting a shot.

Apparently not anymore though. Gotta love the NFL where affirmative action hires such as Romeo Crennel get 4 years minimum, Marvin Lewis gets 8 years, Herm Edwards seven years with two teams and an inept coordinator such as Leslie Frazier being hired as permanent HC after accomplishing nothing yet Eric Mangini gets two seasons to rebuild an entire me first, afflete roster into a disciplined football team and make the Superbowl.

Sadly the writing seemed to be on the wall the moment the Browns owner replaced their 1st year GM with Caste Warriors Mike Holmgren and Tom Heckert. Eric Mangini didn't stand a chance.

It's poetic considering the team too. The Browns once being the most dominate team in history until Co-Owner/GM/Head Coach Paul Brown started hiring affletes who in turn quit on the team until he was fired. Flash forward 48 years later and the guy who learned from that mistake is quickly dismissed by Management for returning the Browns franchise back towards what made it dominate in the first place.

It was nice knowing ya Eric, sadly I don't see you getting the same amount of chances the affirmative action HC's of the NFL receive. Get out of the NFL and coach College brother, because any chance you may receive will have the same window of opportunity, win it all right now or hit the road with your white football players.

I wonder if Mangini will be replaced by a Black moron, or a self-hating White moron?

Maybe the Browns will throw us a curve and hire some Mexican dude.

Any White man who gets a shot will have to be the self-deprecating, apologist sort who lets his undertalented Black thug players tell him what to do.

Yep, the hiring of Holmgren sealed Mangini's fate. The Browns played a very tough schedule and almost got on a roll there mid-season, beating New England and New Orleans back to back and playing other teams tough, but gave up down the stretch. Their offensive scheme and play calling was awful, it's amazing Hillis stood up to the pounding as well as he did.

There's no reason to have any faith in Holmgren, but everywhere Hillis goes the black RBs ahead of him on the depth chartgo down like bowling pins.

Well early reports are the first candidate Holmgren has requested an interview with is the Giants black DC Perry Fewell who has already failed once as an interim head coach. ESPN is also reporting Marty Mornhinweg, another failed head coach is high up on the shortlist. Keep in mind Marty M is the OC for the 99% caste Eagles and back on the radar thanks to the Mike Vick love affair.

Early indications are it doesn't look good for the Browns situation, or Hillis, or Colt McCoy for that matter if Mornhinweg is the choice. The guys claim to redemption is working with two black quarterbacks, creatively scheming around their lack of talent while running a vanilla offense for Kevin Kolb. My prediction would be if he is hired either Mike Vick follows him to Cleveland thus providing the media with a new means of kissing his ass 24/7 or they draft Mike Vick 2.0 in Cam Newton. Holmgren has already came out saying nothing is official in regards to Colt McCoy.

On Hillis: I've been browsing the various Browns forums today and some of the DWF's(or racist blacks) are calling for Hillis to be traded. Things aren't looking good at all.

Hillis will be forever branded by the media and DWFs as "fumble-prone" and not durable enough to carry the load by himself. A smart organization would build around Hillis by significantly upgrading the receiving corps and fine-tuning Hillis's ball-handling skills, but Holmgren drafted Montario Hardesty in the second round in April right after taking over, so it will take at least one injury again for Hillis to be the featured back in '11. Other possible scenarios are even bleaker.

Wow, what a-holes. Schefter is a typical Cultural Marxist tribesman, he's young so we can look forward to his ubiquitous presence for at least another 30 years.

If Hillis is traded orreleased, my new favorite team...along with the Patriots...will be wherever he goes. If he ends up elsewhere, I hope he'll be an integral part of the offense, though its beyond frustrating how much even the most talented white players in skill positionsneed to always be looking over their shoulders. How many black RB's with a 1,100+ yard season would be concerned about being demoted or traded...? I've long stopped giving a sh*t about the NBA, and don't even watchfinals. I can imagine getting to this point with the NFL as well.

When Mangini was hired to coach the Jets his first draft was the whitest in the league that year, but he seemed to veer away from that direction and kept the team pretty much the coal black entity it hadbeen for so long, so I didn't like him but came to respect what he did in Cleveland. Mangini and Belichick are the only two NFL coaches that strike me as relativelyold school hard asses. I hope he gets another head coaching job.

Of course there is an agenda at work here. I'm hoping for the best for Peyton Hillis, but I'm going to prep myself for the worst. You never can tell what might happen to a White skill player in the caste era NFL.

This is unbelievable. You have to wonder. It doesn't look good for Hillis. I have never in my life seen sportscasters high fiving the firing of a coach. Is there an agenda here? You bet there is.

Absolutely there is. ESPN, the employer of Shefter and that broad have been trying to usher in the full on era of the afflete for several years now. Each season without fail they hype up the "new NFL" and the need for black quarterbacks who can run and pass to their afflete WR's. They want the NFL to be a 24/7 reality show with the headcases, the supastars and the redemption projects showcased for all to see.

Mangini obviously is antithema of all of the above. He's a throwback to the golden age of pro football with high character, hardworking and selfless players comprising the roster. He's a throwback to the mindset of players earning their positions. They've been on his back for several years now, reaching a boiling point of hatred towards the man when he shipped off wannabe gangbanger Braylon Edwards.

They're happy as can be he's again been screwed over. To tell you the truth? IMO they view him as a danger. The system he runs is effective. Mangini was at risk of creating a 3rd AFC team full of selfless white athletes dominating the NFL. Go back and look at the breakdowns of games this season, that team is or was 3 or 4 players away from being a 13-3/14-2 team. Manginis system dictated they would have likely been more white players brought in to turn that corner and we can't have that now can we?

Don,

I hear you there. Playing devils advocate though Mangini said he didn't have full personnel control in NY, Tannebaum did and all he could do was ask for certain types of players. I mean I get what you're saying and was somewhat the same way. After he left though and seeing the whole picture it appears to be different that it appeared. Especially when you look at since he left, the only white player he nurtured and gave a shot to that is left is Mike DeVito. They've benched and/or shipped off the rest of the white players.

Which just reminded me of another fact regarding Mangini and ESPN's hatred for him. This is more for my last post: Peyton Hillis and Danny Woodhead. He lobbied for Hillis in Cleveland and wanted him since last year. Woodhead? The Caste clowns let it slip during a MNF game that Mangini recruited him, got him signed and took him on as a pet project of his in NY(alongside white defensive back Eric Smith, white passrushing DE Mike Devito and Jason Trusnik).

Agenda? Nah, pure coincidence they hate the same guy who brought back the endangered white runningback TWICE now. Btw if I could bet on it? If Holmgren hadn't have shown up Woodhead and Hillis would be a dynamic white duo in Cleveland right now.

i just hope that OC goes as well, he did have flashes of good play calls, some trickery, but he couldn't grasp some of the most basic concepts of football.

If, as it seems, Mangini is responsible for both Hillis and Woodhead then he should be the anti-caste hero of the year, or maybe decade, or 50 years! The only two white RB's in the game, and he's partly responsible. I have to wish the guy well.

Yeah, you gotta wish him well for that.

I just hope that he hasn't "learned" from his "mistakes" that got him fired in NY and CLE. But seeing what Belichick has done with all the white players on his roster firsthand, I doubt he will. If he gets another job, I hope he persists in being fair to white players. I hope he gets another oppurtunity soon. Maybe in Denver if Harbaugh doesn't get the job.Edited by: Jack Lambert

When coaches are sacked usually all of the subordinates are canned too. Mangini looked haggard near the end. I think he knew the writing was on the wall for his hiring. I can't see Hillis having to fight for a starting a job, but I'm a glass is half full type poster on this board. He might have to do 60/40 split scenario though....Edited by: white is right

They are hoping for a saviour like Cowher, it only took the guy like 14 years to win a Superbowl.Mangini fired after 2 years with only a few weapons on offense. Browns fans thought Bellicheck wouldn't be able to coach himself out of a paper bag, or something to that effect.
If you look at the top backs, most of them declined towards the end of the season, MJD missed time, Darren McFadden missed time, as well as 2 games earlier in the season. Adrian Peterson missed time. Hillis is the only back in his division to average over 4 yards per carry. Ray Rice is listed at 4, but it is 3.97, so pretty close, but it just goes to show how tough it was to run against the teams they played this year, and Hillis was surrounded by the least amount of talent on offense. Cedric Benson had 7 fumbles and averaged 3.5 ypc, I wonder if he has to worry about getting carries next year. Ahmad Bradhsaw had 7 fumbles, and was injured the past 3 games of the season, avging 1.5 ypc against a pathetic defense his last game. I still stand by my stance thatat least 1of the fumbleswas not a fumblein the Bills game, and that only fumbles lost should be counted, espescially if you recover it yourself, they don't count "almost interceptions", but it doesn't matter, at the end of the day people are just going to look at the stat sheets and listen to what the haters say. I am going to stay optomistic about his role next year. He has to get at least 200 touches.Edited by: snow

We are all very grateful to Mangini for doing what no other coach in the the NFL has dared to do for a quarter-century. He gave a white running back the opportunity to be the primary ball carrier for the entire season and of course Hillis delivered. For that alone, (and thanks for reminding us that he was also responsible for giving Danny the chance with the Jets), I wish him and his family the best in the future. I really hope he lands somewhere, first as an assistant perhaps, and then gets another HC position. He's only 39, so I'm hopeful he'll be back.

As for what happens now, I think the interview with this Perry fellow is just to conform with the Rooney rule. I'm going to predict that if Walrus Holmgren cannot bring Jon Gruden over, he'll step in to coach the team himself. For Hillis, that will be the nail in the coffin. Holmgren's teams have always stuck to the following formula, when you examine his Green Bay and Seattle years:

a white QB
2-3 white OL
a nearly coal-black defense, with 1-2 token whites
an occasional white TE
...and a nearly 100% black composition on the skill positions (WR/RB)

So, there's virtually no room for Hillis in a Holmgren team/system. Ironically, as bad as Gruden is, his past history with Mike Alstott shows that he's not 100% against a white RB getting carries. Sure, he never fully utilized Alstott while at TB, but I know I'll be happy to see Hillis have a similar career, with getting 40% of the carries, a few near-1000 yard seasons, and being an integral part of the offense. It's far better than the alternative of being jerked around and traded to some other team and forgotten.

I think we'll all be following the situation in CLE very closely the next few days.

I agree completely about Holmgren; unless he's somehow "seen the light" the outlook for Hillis and many of the Browns' White defensive players is not good.

As far as Gruden, his first year as coach at Tampa (2002) was also the last year Alstott had a significant role in the offense. Alstott was injured for almost all of '03 and when he came back the next year Gruden pretty much phased out his running and receiving role.

Gruden also never gave an opportunity to Danny Farmer, Chas Gessner, and some other White WRs I can't think of at the moment. Joe Jurevicius signed with Tampa as a FA after the '01 season and after being one of the stars of the Bucs' playoff run to a Super Bowl win, had just 12 catches in '03 and 27 in '04 before signing, ironically enough, with Holmgren's Seahawks. Injuries contributed to the low reception count, but Jurevicius was used less by Gruden thanby any of the three other NFL teams he played for.

I just don't see anything in Gruden's coaching career at Oakland or Tampa that indicates anything other than his being a reliable Caste lackey. My theory on "Chucky" is that he is so Germanic (Aryan) looking that he makes doubly sure not to be perceived as favoring White players in any way.

Yep, Alstott had less than 140+ carries in 2002 with Gruden, helped them win a Superbowl, I think he had 2 games with more than 10 carries after that.

Too bad Holmgreen doesn't seem interested in Jim Harbaugh, that would be a nice fit. He did say he didn't expect Hillis to have this type of season, so maybe he did see "the light". I thinkpart ofit was a matter of a coach having the balls to be the first one to have a white feature back. Mangini couldve signed a bunch of scrubs to fill the role but he stuck withHillis. So hopefullyit can open up doors like Welker did at wide receiver.
