2010-2011 Bowl Matchups

Herbstreit just describeda play that picked up approximately 8 yardsby using the word"great" 4 times. wow.

what a play by the Oregon punter! wow! he showed more poise under the pass rush than the 2 starting quotabcks.

why not run a power play there? oh thats right none of the runners including the qb is more than 200 pounds. I like some gimmick football but sometimes you need to just be able to run old school power football.

Interesting that we are told that TyBolt Taylor is "NFL material".. but that a beast like Greg McElroy somehow "isn't"..

McElroy was interviewed (via phone) on "First Take" yesterday.. and he did a GREAT job! The interviewer was trying to "bait him" into saying that Newton is somehow unstoppable, but McElroy was having none of it! Instead, he gave Oregon the plan against Auburn! I loved it! Alabama beat Alabama and everyone knows it.

Oregon could certainly lose, of course, and they have a black quarterback that hasn't impressed me and he could get frazzled in this game IMO.. Oregon has produced vile thugs (from Florida) like Blount, so I wouldn't cry for them, and.. Just think, if Auburn wins, there's more of a chance that the "NFL-unready" Newton will jump to the pros! JaMarcus redux because Newton ISN'T an "athletic freak" and his 40-time on Rivals is 4.61! Athletically, there's no doubt in my mind that Vince Young is ahead of him in that regard... and what has happened there?

I said at the beginning of the season, "screw Oregon" - because they started the black quarterback over Costa, and I ain't going to change my view about that now. I'm not "paranoid" of the SEC, and "Oregon's fans" are just as obnoxious as Auburn's girly-boy fans.

I also loathe Oregon's "importation"..

The main problem I have with it is if Auburn wins, that is 5 straight national championships for the SEC.

I love this DirectTV commercial. It shows a bunch of thugs wrecking havoc on the street, but not one black amongst them. I mean, that's how it usually plays out in real life. A pack of White men running through the streets, lighting things on fire and robbing people, right? They dont use the token black in those commercials. Odd?

"If they'd have hooked up on that, it would have been a big gain."

Thanks, Brent.

Moron.

I have some respect for Auburn's "power defense".. and how it's destroying "Oregon's speed"..

WTF?
Mussbumbler actually thinks this game makes Cam look more like a first round NFL prospect?
What game is he watching?

yes and the dwfs are eating it up. Thousands are screaming "SEC SPEED" right now. They think the SEC is the only conference with speed and no other conference can match up, and most believe its because the have the most black players. It doesn't matter what their bowl record is, if they keep winning national titles then the myth will continue.

Its obvious the msm wants Auburn to win, the announcers just said "Auburn is 6 minutes away from the national championship"

According to the Caste Media, all you need to do is put a "big guy with a strong arm at QB" -- and it's all roses and wine!!

casey matthews is a beast, just possibly saved the game by forcing newton to fumble

Oregon's O-line is nothing-special, and, as for Auburn, they have 3-Whites on the line which helps Newton immensely and gives him tons of time.

And White men can play "power defense".. and not every black is a Jay Ratliff or Nick Fairley.. FAR FROM IT.

Of course Nick Fairley can take games over, Kirk. Offensive players know that he can assault them and cause injuries and the refs constantly look the other way.

Did anybody catch Brent calling Jeff Maehl sneaky fast? These punks are too predictable anymore. Matthews made a hell of a play. Looked like his brother smacking the ball out of Brandon Jacobs hands.

What an idiot. How do you burn 20 seconds then burn a timeout without even snapping the ball?! This game is a show of true black quarterback affletecism.

Do you think the typical dwf notices these types of things? Like how white Auburn's line is? No they remember Maehl running for 81 yards and getting open all day and Casey Matthews forcing a fumble, if Oregon wins that is. They think all of their affletes are on a Fairley level or close to it.

How did I know once they threw it in Maehl's direction that he would catch it?<div>
</div><div>Game is tied. Two big plays, one by Matthew's to create the turnover and Maehl to tie the game.</div>

Wow, on a VERY DARK night the White stars are shining!!!

No they don't.
They remember whatever the MSM tells them to remember. Which, if Oregon wins, will be that "LaMichael James comes up with clutch TD to save Oregon."
And if Auburn wins, "Newton dominates Oregon!"

DWFs are sheep.

true

The wrist is down! He is down!

The NCAA has a serious consistency problem with their rules. Oregon has grounds for appeal.
