I heard that Blacksonville's game last Sunday was blacked out locally because of lack of ticket sales. I think this team wants to have a horrible season and pick up local saviour and franchise player Tim Tebow in the draft and ride that horse for the next decade.

Tim Tebow will be a superstar in the league for years. If he ends up in Jacksonville they had better get him some decent receivers otherwise he will struggle.

Really though, the fact that he IS insanely popular in the South might force a team like Jacksonville to keep him at QB, much the way the black fans in Atlanta kept Vick on the field - he put butts in the seats, as they say.

Its been a great couple of days for white players getting signed, with Lynch going to Bucs, Giordano to Packers, Estandia to Browns, Amendola to Rams and Senn back with Colts, but Jags have to break our momentum and sign Tiquan Underwood as WR when more talented white WR's are waiting for the call.

Estandia was a backup tight end (to the great Mercedes Lewis) who was cut by Jax right after the game Sunday after making a drive stalling penalty. I guess you could call him Jack Del Rio's lesser known team scapegoat for 2009, or maybe a poor man's Matt Jones. Either way I hope this is Del Rio's last year as coach. Given how much trouble the team has selling tickets it should be.

This pitiful franchise is now 0-2, 5-14 in their last 19 games, and are destined to suck again this year. They are playing in front of empty seats at home each week, which serves them well. They obviously have not heard of a simple formula that breeds success in the NFL (and can get their fans back in the game). It's called having more white players on your roster. But this has been a foreign concept in "Blacksonville" for many years.

I hope that "Black Jack" Del Rio is indeed done after this season and does not get another opportunity to coach in the NFL again.

The Jaguars not only lack white players....but "star" quality black players, too.

Former players like WR's Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell, and Mark Brunell are the only players your average DWF have ever heard of.

Former "troubled youngster" RB Jones-Drew is a good player, probably their best overall...but he recieves little hype.

If I remember correctly the Jaguars were more white friendly during the 90's. They actually had some whites on defense too.

they had DT Paul Frase, LB Bryan Schwartz, DE Jeff Lageman. Monty Grow was a white converted LB from Florida who got some pt at safety. i am probably missing a player or two, but yeah, it was a little better.

This team should resign Matt Jones. They stuck with him last year, he had a great season and then they cut him for drinking beers. The Jags receivers royally suck. Tiquan Underwood will not help as much as Eric Peterman, John Matthews, Nate Swift or Kole Heckendorf would either.
