Paul Posluszny is out for upwards of half the season after breaking his arm during Monday night's game. He would have been among the league leaders in tackles if healthy.

Derek Schouman who started the year real well was put on IR (knee injury). Jonathan Stupar was promoted in his spot.

here's to Derek's full recovery! he's still only 24 so hopefully Bills will keep him in mind for the next season.

Saw the Bills today. They held the Saints offense -- which scored 80+ points in the first two weeks -- to only 27 points, due in large part to the play of the D-Line. Kyle Williams and Aaron Schobel harassed Drew Brees all game. Ryan Denney got a TD catch-and-run on a fake FG.

The Bills defense played great until they finally wore down in the fourth quarter. The Buffalo offense didn't do much of anything the whole game otherwise the Bills would have had a good chance to win.

Expect to see this team unravel like a cheap sweater in a few weeks if they don't go on a winning streak. TO was at his churlish best at the post game press conference. He was about 1 question away from exploding. His fuse is lit and is waiting to destroy team chemistry.....

Jauron might have lost the team when he chose to punt in his own end of the field on 4th and 1 with about 6 minutes left and the Bills losing 20-7. Their D was clearly worn out, and expecting them to hold the Saints to a three and out and then march down the field for two touchdowns was unreasonable to put it kindly. Very bad coaching decision. . .

T.O. said it all without saying anything at his post-game press conference. Why even talk to the media then? Because it's all about constant attention for Owens and so many others.

FS Donte Whitner (thumb) and SS Bryan Scott (ankle) have been out for two weeks. If Johnson suits up on game day, he'll play special teams and provide depth at safety.

Coach Dick Jauron has been fired by the Buffalo Bills following the team's 3-6 start.

The Bills said in a statement that a replacement would be announced later.

Jauron's firing Tuesday comes two days after Buffalo was beaten 41-17 by the Tennessee Titans.

Bills owner Ralph Wilson says it was "a difficult decision,"Â￾ but one he felt he needed to make in the "best interest of our team."Â￾

Jauron finishes with a 24-33 record over three-plus seasons.

A possible replacement could be defensive co-ordinator Perry Fewell.

I like how Jauron gave some white players a chance on defense, and belatedly on the o-line, but the Bills have been spinning their wheels for years. The offense needs much better coaching and scheming.

I'd say a net lose for those seeking to combat the Caste system. The recent Bills have employed more then the Caste comfortable # of White starting defenders - which tends to hover around 1 or 2.

The Bills seemed to give White players a fair shot.

A few more sumos on the OL, but perhaps this is why their offense mostly stinks.

Hopefully the replacement won't be totally castified.

The Bills have signed Brian Brohm off the Packers practice squad. Maybe his pro career will finally get going.Brohm was at one time considered a number one overall draft pick but ended up going to Green Bay in the second round. He's got the brains and talent to be a very successful NFL quarterback.

On one hand, I do feel bad for Jauron, although not a caste buster my any means, he has shown that he is somewhat willing to give white players a chance of offense and defense. He was the one who gave Brock Forsey a chance in Chicago and has likewise done some positive with White players in Buffalo. However, I can't say much more positive stuff about him. He was also responsible for letting the Kordell Stewart debacle go on for NINE games. He is doesn't seem like he is cut out to be a head coach. The same things that plagued him in Chicago seem like they also followed him to Buffalo. Jauron is stoic to the point of being almost statue like and he always seems to allow things to quietly spiral out of control without being able to take charge and shake things up if necessary. I remember something odd. When Jauron was at Chicago, Terry Bradshaw emphatically stated that he was being set-up to fail by front office moves (personnel decisions). The comment came across as the effort being intentional rather than by incompetence.

Brohm, I hope, will be a good fit with the right team. With the Packers, however, he was bested by Matt Flynn, who is himself a helluva QB. Maybe Brohm will find a home, as Brett Favre did (first being drafted by the Falcons, then being traded to the Packers).

Yeah, he was responsible for drafting Urlacher. Had a very good defense in Chicago for a spell. He's an example of the Peter Prinicple.
Best suited as a defensive co-ordinator. Probably too nice a guy.

Despite missing two games with an injury, DT Kyle Williams leads the NFLin tackles at his position with 51 in just 10 games. He also has 3 sacks and a forced fumble.

Kelly Gregg, one of the very few other Whites "allowed" to play DT, annually ranks among the leaders in tackles at his position, yet DT is maybe the least White position of any after cornerback and running back, the bailiwick of morbidly obese blacks who magically are also "great athletes."Edited by: Don Wassall

Incognito gets blasted by one of his new "teammates." He has been typecast in one of those villain roles always reserved for Whites. The supposedly two "dirtiest" offensive linemen in the league just happen to be Incognito and Harvey Dahl of the Falcons. How convenient. Too bad Kyle Turley isn't still around to make it a triumverate. Conrad Doblermust be proud.

The Bills on Wednesday claimed Incognito, a guard with a filthy reputation, off waivers from the St. Louis Rams.

One of the Bills' captains was livid with the move.

Bills linebacker Kawika Mitchell, on injured reserve since mid-October with a shredded knee, tweeted a resounding blast about Incognito. Mitchell's passage was confirmed as authentic by a source close to Mitchell.


"BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT THIS YR. THE GUYS A BUM. DIRTY AND ALWAYS WILL BE. REALLY WISH I WAS PLAYIN RITE NOW. SERIOUSLY... I KNO WE'RE N NEED OF OLINE BUT THIS GUY ..."Mitchell finished his thought with an accusation not suitable for a family blog -- or a nightclub restroom wall.

Mitchell later apologized on his Twitter page, writing (not in all caps, so he must have been calmer):


"I said what I said bout iggy and it's over. Everything else will b handled n house. We've had our moments b4 when KC played SL. I was wrong 4 startin sumthin. Shouldve saved it."Incognito has committed 11 personal fouls since 2006. The Rams had enough of his act when he was called for two personal fouls in Sunday's game and engaged in a verbal confrontation with head coach Steve Spagnuolo.

Incognito's contract is up after the season, so there's a good chance he and Mitchell never will square off on the practice field.

Guards have always been viewed as the most dirty players because of the drive blocking. Back when Dobler played almost all the Guards were White and most of the guys that they blocked were were White. It seemed like Steve Wisniewski inherited that mantle in the 90's. It's funny but the two dirties linemen I have ever seen were Guy Mcintrye and Erik Williams. Both were notorious for rolling like a log and taking out opposing linemen. Williams basically ended the career of John Jurkovic as top lineman with a leg whip.
