Bowling Green receiver Corey Partridge played despite being injured today, and had 7 catches for 71 yards. he looks and plays a lot like Wayne Chrebet: he'smore quick than fast, is very tough, fearless over the middle, and has exceptional hands.

Staton Jobe a WR for Virginia caught a 26 yard TD today so you can add him to your list.

the two white tight ends for Virginia are now the leading receivers for the teamon the year. they both had good games today against Georgia Tech.

Tom Santi had 5 catches for 90 yards, and Jonathan Stupar had 6 catches for 48 yards.

redshirt freshman wide receiver Staton Jobe (who of course had to walk-on) has won a starting spot for the Cavaliers. his lone catch on the day went for26 yards and atouchdown.

Danny Amendola and Graham Harrel are really tearing it, Danny's got 14 catches for 232 and a TD and Graham is closing in to the 600 yards, got 5 TDs and no INT. I hope this one goes to overtime.

I just have a feeling that Amendola is going to get snubbed by the NFL. He is only 5'11 and isn't a blazer. His scout.com profile had his 40 time at 4.55. You would think with the amazing year he is having and the success of Wes Welker who is even smaller and runs about the same 40 time that he might get a chance, but I am fearing the worst. I just think he is going to get the Mike Hass treatment.

I know its really a shame that a stupid little 40 time overshadows great stats and production ON the field.

And 4.55 isn't all that slow..There are "plenty" of black guys "who start" in the NFL who run slower. Ernest Wilford is the slowest WR in the NFL, he ran a 4.79 at the NFL combine and a 4.76 Proday, that is "much slower" than Amendola. Amendola could be a star in the NFL if given a chance.

I hate to say it, but UGA's TE Chandler dropped/missed 4 other passes, so Coach Bobo had tried to use him more this week. I was glad to see underused WR Kris Durham get a big catch...he has good size (6'5) and hands...alotta potential/upside.

This doesn't surprise me, but didn't you mean to post this in the white RB thread?

Listening to Kansas State's radio crew tonight, I couldn't help but notice the emphasis they put on getting their black RB 100 yards for the 5th time of the year, but no desire to throw one more time to Jordy Nelson for 7 yards so he could have another 100 yard game. Still, some impressive performances today. Good job men!
