Another one down, Pauli gets screwed

Paulie has a legitimate beef. The scoring was ridiculous. Even Juan Diaz admitted that the judge who scored the fight 118-110 was no watching the same fight that he was in.

    The Biggest Racist

Barkley may be smarter than you think.......this "speaks his mind" image that he projects has enabled him to make a very nice living after his basketball career ended..... I, too find him amusing and think that he says a lot of things just for the shock value.......but I would rather have...

    Steve Nash

That's an excellent point. And if you look at the won lost record of the Suns with and without Nash, it is even more apparent. In my opinion, Steve Nash is having an even better year this year than last year, with Stoudemire out. I would give Billups an advantage as far as one on one...

    Dirk Nowitzki

Bradley had a lot of athetic ability....especially for a man that size. The knock on him was a lack of strength and a reputation for playing "soft" which is often unjustly attributed to white players, but in his case might have been accurate.

    rb-peyton hillis

To increase his speed while maintaining that weight is pretty impressive. Of course, his versatilty....including his ability to catch passes down the field might hurt him at the next level when they ask him to bulk up some more and convert to tight end. [:)

    White cornerbacks

Fox has good size (listed at 6'ft, 190) as well as speed, which should be in demand considering the increase in the size of the receivers over the last couple of years and was a three year starter at a big time school, so the level of competition is not an issue..... You would think that...

    Larry Bird not very "athletic"

There was a big difference in Bird's athletic ability (and many other players) from when he was in college and the first couple of years in the league, before injuries began to wear him down. If you watch the tape of the 1979 NCAA final against Mich. State, there is one play where Bird...

    Larry Bird not very "athletic"

I agree. And people tend to forget how good Bernard King was before he blew out his knee. Think that what set players like Bird and Magic apart was that they did so much more than score. Maybe I am biased, because I grew up in the 80's watching these games, but I think the quality of play...

    Larry Bird not very "athletic"

Not sure when "athletic" came to be narrowly defined soley as the ability to run fast and jump high. Strength, hand eye coordination, quickness, etc....are all attributes of being an athlete.... Larry Bird was a great athlete for all of the reasons you mentioned above. And, for someone who...

    Anti Morrison/Redick Culumn

I too dislike comparisons of Morrison to Larry Bird. Morrison should be a very good NBA player, but Larry Bird was a once in a life time player. In fact, although Jordan was a better individual player, you could make the argument that Bird did more things better than almost anyone who ever...
