actually, i am worried about Palmer's arm strength, i don't want Jones to be nothing more than a qick slant guy, that will kill him as he's not as nimble as Welker or Amendola. he should be used to his best abilities as a deep threat but can CArson get him the ball? stay tuned!
i just noticed that on the rotoworld, surprisingly i agree with them:
The Titans have offered an undisclosed contract to free agent WR Matt Jones, who was out of the league last season.
We still have a hard time believing Jones couldn't find a suitor last season in a league that has...

i'd draft him on the basis of his name alone, think about the pun...
dd always seems to be rooting for an underdog, in that case maybe they see these mediocre QBs as underdogs? not sure, what's going on there.
they always stuck up for Toby, throughout the whole season. and there's a good article pro Riley Cooper. i am not sure if that's a change in their view or what is it that's happening.
from rotoworld:
49ers DE Justin Smith has been named to the NFC Pro Bowl roster as a replacement for Vikings DT Kevin Williams (knee).
Williams missed practice time last week with the knee injury. Perhaps the NFL's finest 3-4 defensive end in 2009, Smith was more than qualified for the Pro...
i think both Gerrard and Young are in the Pro Bowl as replacements as well. now we only need Jason Campbell to complete the black QB farce... even Orton was more deserving than Gerrard for crying out loud.
Blair White report:
Blair White (Michigan State) didn't have as good of a day today as he did yesterday. White was slipping on the field (see above about field conditions) and had a few uncharacteristic drops today. The best play of the day came when he slipped on a slant route. While on...
exactly dwid, the commentary is by roto's writer... f**ker.
Gerhart somehow, magically, is going to lose his ability to run around and through some of the very same people that were trying to stop him in the college... wtf
wow, this is from rotoworld:
Stanford RB Toby Gerhart will forgo his final year of eligibility at the school to enter the NFL Draft.
Gerhart could've applied for a fifth year at Stanford because he missed almost all of 2007 with a torn PCL in his left knee, but opted against it. The...
Tim could do with a year under a great QB. maybe Vikings? he'd have a year under Brett (if he ever retires) and would probably be used in some plays for his running ability if not as a relief passer straight away (not that he's not already way ahead of their former starter, Tavaris J...)
saw a few minutes of early games, Zbikowski's 30 yard interception return was neglected by a dumb penalty, too bad.
happy that Brad Hoover got some carries! that came out of nowhere.
Aaron Schobel was talking about hanging his shoes up after this season because he wasn't playing up to his...

i play flanker (with occasional foray into second row, yuck), but this season our team has been depleted by injuries and i had to play wing. totally different ball game!
Danny sets Rams return yards records, but of course to rotoworld he can't possibly be more than their number 4 receiver next year:
Danny Amendola has set a Rams franchise record with 1,643 total return yards and 1,435 kickoff return yards this season.
Amendola spent the first two weeks of...
