What I find very telling is that in Boling's heat, 4 out of the top 5 finishers set PBs (personal bests). Boling was the only one who did not.

According to his FB page, Tortu is happy with his 20.41 time, which I find strange. Perhaps there has been something going with him that we were not aware of...?

A good time of 10.21 into a -1.4w for Dominik Kopek of Poland. He was a clear winner over Rohan Browning, who clocked 10.32.

More disappointing news..... it seems that Gatlin Bair has withdrawn from this meet. He is no longer listed on the heat sheets.

Coby Hilton 10.36 in the heats, doesn't move on to the finals. Also Marybeth Price Sant and Hannah Cunliffe failed to qualify for the finals, running11.48 and 11.65 in the heats respectively. Rather disappointing performances from all of them. Btw, Hannah Cunliffe is listed as representing Italy.

Robin Ganter and Oliver Bromby, both ran 10.21 in Germany with -0.1w. Ganter ran 10.19 in the heats, and Bromby ran 10.22.

I agree - good runs by both Browning and Ceccarelli. Browning has been very consistent. Ceccarelli looked very good to me. Considering it's his first, big 100m race, and his first 100m of the season, I expect him to get better.

It's raining all week in Rome, including this weekend.
