pretty sad when your own sports federation works against you.
yep. Zoe Hobbs will never be the world's fastest woman but I'm really glad to have witnessed her as a sprinter. The NZ record was 11.32 from 1993 and Zoe's now done 4 sub 11s and an 11.00 to drag it up from the stone age.pretty sad when your own sports federation works against you.
I see Simon Wulff of Germany ran a 10.14 to win the B race in Italy today. I was looking up the stats on this guy. He has a PB of 10.06 and stands 6'-7" and weighs 235 lbs. He's a bobsledder on their Olympic team. Damn, he'd make one hell of tight end in the NFL.

how intriguing - so I researched him a little. A German bobsledder - the team are world and Olympic champions and Simon shattered the long-standing start time record. I'd say he gets quite some support financiallyI see Simon Wulff of Germany ran a 10.14 to win the B race in Italy today. I was looking up the stats on this guy. Yup, the dude won, Jaeger second. Klaver leading off the final bend but looked she was running in mud on the home stretch, perhaps because she's a mudshark.at the World Athletics Ultimate Championships I think Bol will beat Werro with Keely coming in third. Jaeger will come in second in the 400m to Paulino(elevated Testosterone).
Even though I was supporting Amy Hunt in the Commonwealth final, I was happy for Zoe Hobbs. Running a world class PB of 10.93 in a big final when it matters most is fantastic.yep. Gorgeous lady and not one ounce a show off.
