Since 2005, Kansas has started 10, 9, 9, 12, 11, 10, 7, 9, 5, 4, 4, 6, 5, 5, 2, 2, 7, 6, 5, 5 and 3 White athletes. In 2026 they are projected to start 7.

Under Lance Leipold the Jayhawks have been the definition of mediocre with only one winning season in his 5 years as head coach (27-35 record at KU). Prior to Kansas he was a serviceable head coach at Buffalo with a 37-33 career record and before that he was head coach at D3 Wisconsin-Whitewater and went an astounding 109-6 with 6 D3 championships. I've never delved into the demographics of those Wisconsin-Whitewater teams but I can imagine that from 2007-2014 in Wisconsin prior to the accelerated browning of Amerika he was fielding very White friendly teams. Needless to say he has a very similar region geographically to recruit from and has done nothing but disappoint at KU. Leipold loves his black QBs too.

Players to look out for are QB Cole Ballard, WR Keaton Kubecka, WR Tate Nagy, WR Bryson Hayes, DE Garrett Martin, DB Mason Ellis

Leipold makes me think once more about this question we’ve raised countless times over the years - do these coaches that sellout after they made their careers on the backs of White athletes at smaller programs do so on their own accord? It really makes me wonder, as we know every large state school and nationally known private university, are under harsh affirmative action / DEI policies set by their far left presidents and governing boards. Even with President Trump attempting to roll back the overt discrimination policies, we know the universities run by these anti-White crazies won’t simply stop. They’ll just go back to getting less Whites in the schools by the more covert means they did pre peak-woke. Athletic programs!

So I say all of that to say, how much control does someone like Leipold really have at controlling the demographics of his program? I’d wager, not too much, if he wants to keep his kushy multimillion dollar salary each year. Would it be a stretch that ADs are vetted for their commitment to fulfilling I&D goals of the university during the interview process, and therefore the same expectation passed on to the HC during his hiring process? Knowing how corporate America works firsthand, I’d say not at all.

I personally do not think that demographics of football teams are pushed/determined by the DEI policies or affirmative action by university presidents The caste system is mass formation psychosis, these head coaches think they have access to the best players as they work their way up through the ranks. After seeing the significant darkening of all European teams during the World Cup earlier this summer and all White fans going along with it the caste system is just a 70+ year old psyop pushed on the West. The vast majority of the West is completely goy brained when it comes to sports. I view head coaches (especially football and basketball) as a combination of neo-con cuckservatives that talk about protecting America etc. but shill for Israel, cite Martin Luther King to combat any attacks of racism, spew the "only race is the human race" lie with a dash of the White woman black savior complex to rescue low IQ blacks from their "situations and environment. It's fair to say I am generalizing but pretty much every high level football head coach fits this archetype.

At about the same time across the board their has been a noticeable decline in White starters. The proliferation of camps, clinics, academies etc. propped up a cottage industry for recruiting and in the 2000s while the self anointed recruiting services became databases for players. These camps are used as yet another filter for the caste system.

LF, thanks for the lengthy and thoughtful reply. I mostly agree and you are probably right. My theory probably doesn’t even need to be enacted to get most of these “goy brained” (I like the term) coaches to go along with White replacement willingly.

I will however push back a little. The top blue blood programs have access to the top 5 and 4 star recruits, who are overwhelmingly black. It makes sense that those programs match the demographics pushed by the crooked “scouting agencies”. However a bottom rung power 5 or mid majors aren’t getting those guys (as we’ve discussed often too). Unless by some miracle a top recruit is a local guy who wants to “stay home”. So in this example, Leipold has to make the conscious decision to use 4th or 5th tier blacks over Whites who have excelled at a high level from local states (good ratings or other). Since he dominated with mostly White teams for so long he can’t be a total cuck / dunce in this regard, can he? Therefore, this is where I would posit that some other force is at play.

And a final thought, Kansas would be terrified to schedule North Dakota State. The one time they did 16 years ago, they lost at home. If they played them every season, they’d probably lose 70% of the time. So they would have to know they can get superior players scouting the same territory that NDST does, but they won’t do it. Maybe that is the psychosis you mention?

PS - Kansas’ brief period of football success also coincided with the much higher White totals from our earlier days of tracking. Huge fatman Mark Mangino’s run culminated with a 12-1 season and a #2 ranking in the country. 2 years later he was forced out / fired after allegations of “verbal abuse”. He never had another head coaching position. Weird, huh?!
