Why Do So Many Posters Not Post?

I'll never understand why so many Caste Football posters are reluctant to do what forums need -- namely post!

The site is very slow now, but it's not because no members can be seen online. It's obvious that anyone who cares about Caste Football can help the cause by posting in forums like Hockey, Tennis, Golf, Baseball and UFC among others.

I'm watching the Stanley Cup playoffs, which I love, but haven't posted about them, waiting to see if anyone else will. Crickets. . . Am I the only person here who follows the Stanley Cup playoffs, perhaps the most exciting and strenuous event in sports?

We have a slew of posters who can be seen online but who rarely or never post anything. We have others who have been around a long time and accumulated a lot of posts in the past, but are content now to post once a month or so. We still get decent traffic, but most "posters" are no different than lurkers when it comes to helping CF by contributing to it.

Posters that don't post. It sounds like an oxymoron but isn't in this case.

I'm not issuing any ultimatums about the continuation of Caste Football, but just wondering -- is there nothing left to say? When the occasional new poster signs up and does a lot of posting, it's infectious. Unfortunately they tend to quickly disappear, another phenomenon I don't understand, and the site goes right back to sleep.

When we're ignored by search engines it's more important than ever for those interested to make an extra effort do post on a regular basis. Do we just have a lot of posters who are afraid to post for whatever reasons? I'm genuinely curious. If most posters aren't going to post other than occasionally at best, what's the point?

That's a good point. I will give my opinion as to my hypothesis about why more posters are not chiming in. Covid, Unemployment, Risng Gas Prices, Rising Food, Deaths
of family members or friends, depression, drinking or drugs is rampant now, etc. etc. This psychological operations that we are facing over the last two years is starting to
really take it's toll. The media just continues to poison the worlds brains. The suicide rates have never been higher. All these things and many others are what's facing people
at the moment. Then you can add it that we are on the verge of world war 3 all being planned and designed as a distraction as they destroy all the currencies of the world. This
is really happening. People are scared. Digital currency is total slavery.

My suggestion is for people to prepare for tough times. We are headed for the GREATER DEPRESSION.

Ok aside from that the best way forward is to do things we love. Spending time with family or friends. Posting on our FAVORITE MESSAGE BOARD of CASTEFOOTBALL.US

Watching sports, comedy, listening to music, volunteering, etc. etc. To fight depression is not an easy task. Many people feel alone and isolated. So post here more. Another thing great about this site is that we can talk about any topic openly and freely. I've said countless times that you guys here are my second family and a core group of friends that I trust
and care about. The fact that the site has lasted just about 2 decades speaks for itself. It's an amazing place to destress and enjoy sports and other life topics with brothers that for
the most part think alike. That is more valuable than anything you can buy.

So let's post more guys. The more posts the happier we will all be! Thanks for listening to my rant! :)

With me I post mainly during the football season. I don't follow basketball. Hockey doesn't really have that much racial politics, and baseball's problem is the promotion of Marxist values (Jackie Robinson black worship, Cleveland Indians name change, moving the all star game out of Atlanta) rather than the on the field product itself. Being that it's the NFL offseason right now well after the draft there isn't that much going on right now. We'll probably see an uptick in posts when the season starts, especially since there are some intriguing storylines going to play out. The main one being the Browns and DeShaun Watson. If they crash and burn like many are predicting, you'll see lots of posts about it.

If you're not interested in a sport or sports for whatever reasons, you're not interested. But in hockey for example, it doesn't matter if there isn't racial issues involved at any given time. We're here to root for White athletes, and there are lots of White warriors in hockey, as the annual Stanley Cup playoffs attest.

Everyone who cares about this site should go out of their way to post regularly about a sport or sports they follow closely. For example, I get daily Google Alerts emails on dozens of football players. When I come across something interesting and I have time I'll post it here. I also look at Rotoworld daily looking for interesting blurbs. In other words, I go out of my way looking for stuff to post here for others to read, learn from, and hopefully comment on or otherwise contribute to the conversation. Leonardfan, Bucky, and Extra Point also do a lot of this type of thing, but virtually no one else does anymore (White Lightning and others do the same in some sports, particularly track). But overall just about everyone seems content to just read the posts of others rather than contribute their own. To paraphrase JFK, ask not what Caste Football can do for you but what you can do for Caste Football.

Again, I'm not taking the site down, but if we're going to continue indefinitely with just a handful of regular posters and a hundred or more posters who come here and read posts but rarely post themselves, that to me does not make this a viable forum. This is a free site and members are anonymous, it's not asking much for more registered members to start contributing more. This is still the only site of its kind after all these years, and if we can't collectively make it a more active and lively place in spite of the obstacles placed in our path by Big Tech, well, that's pretty pathetic to put it mildly.

I log into the site almost every day. I post anytime I think I have a relevant contribution. Unfortunately, I’m clueless about hockey. I’ve never attended a live hockey game, even though we’ve had minor league hockey here for decades. I’m equally clueless about boxing, soccer, and track. But, I still enjoy and appreciate the posts in those forums by the knowledgeable posters.

I follow mainly Track, NFL and Mixed Martial arts. I also read many of the posts in other subjects. I log on everyday.

For me I have had a lot of trouble logging into the site. I’ve signed back up a bunch of times under different names. I finally got back in. Thanks for the kick in the pants

I think one of the reasons may be - it is for me - is not wanting to duplicate what's already been said.

For example, Luka Doncic had a great game 7, and Dallas destroyed the Phoenix Suns.
Once 2 or 3 people have said that, and posted his game stats, that basically covers it.
I was excited about it, but I am not going to post the same information on top of another member's post.
If I have something else related - why don't they play Boban - then I will add that to the conversation.

I guess I am trying to say that I feel each post should have something different or new to say, and if I don't have something new or different to add, then I just happily read the post and move on.

I've not been posting as much lately due to work and family. My business has really picked up over the last several years and requires a lot of attention. Being in my middle fifties, I am at a point in my life where I'm beginning to make really good money and I need to as I would like to retire in the next several years and dedicate even more time to my family. Hopefully, some grandchildren as one of my sons will be getting married in October. So, now life will get even busier with a wedding to help plan. I have five children and they are all at different points of their life. My two sons are in a pretty good place, but my three daughters are requiring a little more attention and I will be there for them and my wife first. I have always put my faith and family first, but I enjoy this site as much as anyone. If I didn't, I would be in bed right now instead of posting. Most of you know, I am a stage 4 throat cancer survivor, and I used to take a lot for granted. I try very hard not to do that anymore. I try to soak in every bit of life I have left on this planet.
This thread really got my attention. I would really like to post more and will as time will allow.
As always, thank you Don for continuing to keep Caste Football alive and to all of the knowledgeable posters here!

I'm a very sporadic poster - I should post more and would like to - but then again I am not very active on any of the forums I follow.

Following on from what jacknyc said, often times I feel like a lot of what I would add to a thread would be redundant, as someone else has already articulated it. However, I do love long-form/article writing, so I should be able to contribute to the site in that way.

The main two sports I am interested in are the NFL and rugby. Following it from New Zealand, while American sports are far more accessible than they have ever been before - time zones are a problem as almost every NFL game takes place on a weekday here. Thursday Night Football starts midday on Friday, Sunday games start from about 7am on Monday morning, and Monday Night Football starts midday on Tuesday. With the exception of the playoffs I rarely am able to watch a live game - so I watch the highlights on Youtube and catch up on individual performances on the game threads here. Outside of that I don't really follow College football (let alone High School football) except for the write-ups I read here, so don't have a lot to contribute when it comes to the NFL Draft discussions.

I would love to write more about rugby here, as there are a lot of similarities between rugby and football as sports - as well as what is happening with regards to the Caste System (New Zealand rugby has always had a strong Maori/Polynesian presence in its player base, but it seems over the past five years there has been a demographic shift in progress very similar to what happened to the NFL in the 1980s). Also of note is the news this week that the United States was granted hosting rights for the 2031 Rugby World Cup - which should result in the sport receiving a lot more media exposure in America over the 10 years.

I have tried to start up some rugby threads in the past, including a few match reviews of the 2019 Rugby World Cup, but gave up on that pretty quick as virtually no-one responded to them. I'd be happy to do more of that type of writing if anyone was interested - even if they didn't generate much conversation, it would still be worth it to me if they were well-read.

Things can feel hopeless sometimes with the way the world is going. But I agree, that shouldn't be an excuse not to post. In fact, we should post more to let like-minded people know that they're not alone. The woke are the loud minority, we normal White people are the silent majority.

I've tried to provide semi-regular news blurbs for the Covid-1984 thread. I never was much of a hockey fan (been to a couple games with work buddies, fun to experience but I don't know much about the players). One thing we can do is provide updates on our favorite players in other sports (Novak Djokovic, for example).

But yes, I too would love to see this message board more active.

I thought I post too much, just not the right content. I just have limited sports interest, I have watched one complete baseball game in my nearly 60 years, 2 hockey games, gave up on basketball after Kevin McHale's last game and now that the Caste System is on meth, football is a mockery of narrative and my interest in that one major sport is waning. I basically everyday go thru the Packers' team site, the Milwaukee Sentinel Journal and on occasion Outkick but I absolutely refuse to turn on ESPN, and since I am not into the usual "outrage of the day" I skip all the lesser click bait websites/television garbage.

When considering the time spent at work, pursuing a masters degree, having family time and doing chores it leaves very little free time for myself. And if I can spend that free time fishing, shooting or prepping that is hat I typically do.

That being said, I love reading these forums and have tried to post. I also enjoy the happy hour and current events talk. It might be nice to have a forum to talk preparation for the tribulations to come.

I've been only lurking the odd time, the last few months, just to get some news and reaction from the guys here.

Honestly, I quit watching the NFL towards the end of last year. No players on Defence and now the O-line (Especially T) is fast becoming no country for white men, QB has begun the decline too.

One Sunday my girlfriend came into the room and glanced at the TV, after 30 seconds, she asked - Is everyone black ? I answered yes, and she asked why the hell was I watching!

I just have zero interest in supporting the league or watching a bunch of wife beating blacks get drooled over.

The counter of course, is that there are a full range of sporting topics, but NFL is clearly the main one. Obviously with that attitude the other sections will never grow.

I need to be in a routine of doing something or I forget about it. That's my main problem.

Sounds like you've got a good one in that GF @Sean89 !

Yeah, hold on to that one!

I think it was a bad idea to make everyone post NFL news and happenings to the specific team forum. I understand why you wanted that but it used to be nice and easy to check NFL News thread for all the latest stuff going on and also comment on it. Now it’s all broken up and kind of a pain in the ass. Maybe shrink the whole forum down to make it easier to navigate? Don’t get me wrong, I like the old school forum formats. But things have changed and evolved. People want info fast. And the stone cold truth is no one really gives a **** about track and tennis and baseball. If it were me it’d only be football and miscellaneous until there’s a demand for other sports here.

I think this is likely to be my last post. I appreciate what you guys are trying to do here but it seems to me that the nfl and college football are already a lost cause and the other sports where YT still has a more dominant role are not the focus.

I’ve read a tremendous amount of interesting material here and I think Don has done a good job.

I hope you change your mind. Your one of our better posters despite not being here as long. We need more guys like you to help get this board cranked up with some energy. Please reconsider as there is no place like this on the internet!

Although I have to disagree about tennis and baseball, I understand where you're coming from. A few months ago I had to watch a poster make a vicious and hateful personal attack against Novak Djokovic, the greatest tennis player in the world, on a site that's supposed to be about supporting White athletes, and get away with it because he's supposedly a "good" poster about posting stuff about obscure track athletes or something.

We've been told multiple times that White quarterbacks' potentially liberal political views are off limits for criticism. That's all well and good, but if that's the case then Djokovic's anti-vaxx political views should absolutely be off-limits for criticism. The fact that some scumbag can bash him and still be considered a poster in good standing here makes me reluctant to invest too much time and energy into this site.

JR, I can't seem to locate the post you're speaking of. Where is it?

What exactly did Mastermulti "get away with"? Having a different political opinion than you? This is what I wrote in the thread you're referring to: "I agree they're excellent posts, and let's make sure to keep the ongoing discussion civil (not saying it hasn't been, just want to keep it that way). Mastermulti is a valued member who has been posting here for 16 years and is an expert on track. His viewpoint on the Covid agenda and how it's being implemented in his country is a minority one here but deserves to be treated respectfully."

Having civil discussion has always been the rule here. Check the posting guidelines. Anyone was free to respond, just not in the way you did above when you referred to him as a "scumbag."
