David Haye is actually not small - he's a medium-sized heavyweight, with similar proportions to Muhammed Ali.

During the past few years, Haye kept struggling to get his weight down to 200, because he knew he couldn't take a punch from men his own size at heavyweight. By his own admission, he moved up to heavyweight because he couldn't make cruiserweight anymore.

Haye won't fight a heavyweight contender like Dimitrenko or Arreola because he knows he'd be knocked out. So he's going for the one big payday against a Klitschko.

Haye got this fight because he brought a huge boxing market to the table and because he can sell the fight with his poor man's Ali act. Otherwise he would have had to run the gauntlet of contenders. I don't think his chin would have made it past a puncher like Peter or Arreola.

To give some perspective, I just finished watching Ali's 2nd fight with Spinks. He barely won that fight. All he did was grab/hold. If Wlad does the same thing to Haye, he won't hear the end of it. As usual the same standards don't apply to whites, they are reserved for affelets only.

Howard Cosell's lips were firmly wrapped around Ali's c..k for all of his fights. Damn, I hope Wlad ruins Haye and tell the MSM I told you so, and when in f..k are you guys going to start to give me credit!

Wald's not really a slugger, which Haye really is, if Wald fights into Haye's game plan, it might not look good. Dont worry...Wlad can control his emotions...hes not like Mike Tyson hehe. He is very smart and wont be sucked into any fighter's game plan. Haye probably thinks the same thing and that Wlad's stamina wont hold up. Wlad has come a long way, he knows what his strengths and weaknesses are, he sees boxing like a strategic chess match, he will not change strategy because some overrated boxer is running his mouth trying to get the best of his opponent.

While hes not the slugger he does have a knock out rate of 83 percent I believe (i think it was mentioned on this site, someone correct that if its wrong)

Just because Haye cut a bunch of weight and beat up on some old cruiserweights doesnt mean hes a legit contender. Didnt he lose a 40 year old? Aren't there better contenders out there?

Yep you are right Starwars. Whites are supposed to worship black athletes but white athletes are riduculed constantly. If Klitschko was black he would be call the "baddest man on the planet." I'm suprised Cosell didn't announce on his death bed Ali was his illegitimate son with his black gomar.....

I actually think this fight might be as easy as some of Wlad's easy defenses ie Jefferson and Austin. Haye is so small and only has a 10 percent chance to win by bum rushing Wlad early and getting lucky. If Haye tries to box Wlad he will get broken down, slowly but surely.Edited by: white is right

Very funny. Haye makes fun of Klitschko's jab, and says he's making T-shirts that say Klitschko and not specifically Wlad so it can apply to his brother. Then he states that it's unfortunate that the other t-shirts he made of the Klitschkos decapitated will be in the crowd at the fight.

Wlad then says that the "jab" Haye is making fun of will turn his face into pizza and that he will SLOWLY box him enjoying it until the 12th round so Haye gets punished before his KO.

If Wlad or Vitali ever threatened that to me I would fear for my life. Whatever, it's Haye's funeral.
