Tennis is a prejudice game. Well, I'm Black and I'm prejudiced, very prejudiced. I'll be always prejudiced as the White man. The White man hated me all my life and I hate him. That's no secret. I'm not even an American, it just so happens that I was born in America. People are prejudiced in tennis. I don't think Venus or Serena was ever accepted by tennis. They never will be. But if you get some little White no good trasher in America like Tracy Austin or Chris Evert who cannot hit the ball, they will claim this is great.

You know, his comments would be a lot more entertaining if he wore one of those little caps and carried a tin change cup while the greasy Italian guy with the Super Mario moustache grinds the organ and tells you his views on the Civil War in Spain.

The fact that his daughters have a bad case of jungle fever and prefer to date white men (Serena dated movie director Brett Ratner amongst others and Venus is currently dating former golfer Hanke Kuehne) makes it even funnier.

I just read the article and I think this statement by Williams,

"But if you get some little White no good trasher in America like Tracy Austin or Chris Evert who cannot hit the ball, they will claim this is great,"

is nothing but vile racism;a slanderous statement for which he should be prosecuted.

Yeah, let`s have a national media uproar when a couple of golf commentators makecomments about the need for men`s golfers tohave more guts, to compete harder, and to stand up to Tiger Woods are completely taken outof context, resulting in the suspension of one of the "offenders," butlet RichardWilliams spout his slanderoushate of former white champions like ChrisEvert and Tracy Austin, and the resulting punishment is...basically nothing. I know, I know, he`s not working for the WTA, but in some way a stand needs to be taken against Richard Williams and his virulent racism.

Richard Williams knows the careers of his daughters are near an end. I think a good job for him would be to replace Mr. Wright as the racist spokesman for the Barack Obama campaign.

It's interesting that he mentions Tracy Austin and Chris Evert. Both were All-American type girls, great athletes but still feminine in physique and personality. Austin was from California, Evert the blonde from Florida. They remind me that way of Martina Hingis, who was a great player but who couldn't compete when the manly power game came into full fruition on the women's tour.

Austin had a very short career, but Chris Evert is one of the five best women who have ever played. Even when lesbo-weight lifter Martina Navratilova had her very long run at the top, Evert was right there with her for a good portion of it. She's my second favorite female tennis player after Steffie Graf.

BTW, Dickie Williams once had his phone answering machine message demand that all those who practice (black-white) intermarriage be hanged. He's racially aware but a long time assclown with a severe persecution complex.

Richard Willaims is clearly just showing his frustrations at his daughters recent failures in a sport that they were ment to dominate for 10 years non stop. He's jealous that white women are outclassing the Williams sisters despite having half the muscle (men in disguise I've always thought).

Afro Americans are bad losers (as we all know) but using the race card as an excuse in this situation is so pathetic, especially in this day and age where Afro Americans acutally have the upper hand and extra opportunities compared to White Americans when it comes to sport. He's just embarrasing himself, so lets enjoy it.

It all goes back to what we all already know -- whites have to treat all other races (especially Blacks and Latinos) with kid gloves, but when it comes to Whites (particularly, White males), everyone can say the most vile, hateful, racist thing that comes to mind and there's no greater punishment than a slap on the wrist, if that, even.

Example: Two high school boys are arguing in class, one of them a white kid, the other a black kid. It starts to get out of control, and the black kid calls the white kid a "stupid f'ing cracker honkey fa#$ot," so the white kid replies with "f%^k you, ni66er."

Which one is going to get into more trouble?

Exactly.

After school, the black kid confronts the white kid and challenges him to fight. The white kid accepts, stupidly thinking the black kid will fight one on one.

Unfortunately, the black kid brought his "homies" and they all jump the white kid.

The media picks up on it, but excuses the black kid because at one point in the day the white kid called him the N word.

What a country, man.

Earlier today, ESPN covered this story. It was buried in between Sportscenters in the late afternoon. One of their black reporters read Williams's outburst, then he read the response by the WTA. The WTA's response was to reassure Williams that they will look into his claims. Then, to 'discuss' the issue, he brought on another black reporter. So the two of them proceeded to talk about race in tennis. Neither of them had any connection to professional tennis.
Someone refresh my memory. When Don Imus made his nebulous joke about the Rutgers women's basketball team, did ESPN have a 3 minute panel made up of all white NASCAR reporters to discuss the matter? Oh, wait a minute. That wouldn't have been possible. EPSN's NASCAR reporters are all suspiciously black. The point is, why wasn't there a white journalist asked to comment about Williams's racist comments?

Poor baby! Mr Williams, if tennis is so bad, why don't you quit and move to another country. I don't care where, just leave. (Go to Zimbawe, they need tennis instructors there.)
You are nothing but a whinny crybaby. Your daughters have reached the peak of their careers, there is no place to go but down. It is the same way in other sports. Despite this, I bet they made more money last year than I did in my lifetime of honest work.
Just shut up and get out of the country.

Riddlewire great analysis. It reminds me of how on the NFL network they have 3 black guys in the booth (Gumble, Faulk and Neon Deion) and not a single white. One of the black annalists made some sort of remark about a white guy who leaped into the end-zone something like "yeah that got all but a few inches off the ground, he must have those Larry Bird ups!" They all laughed, but there was no white even there to say something to counter this remark (although those spineless media whites probably would have laughed too).

Well since it will be an all Williams final. Expect this loudmouth to pontificate on his greatness and vision. He reminds me off Earl Woods without any education or any sense of grace. Also he sounds like he just polished off a bottle of Colt 45 and just finished smoking a rock...

I would have more respect for Serena and Venus if they would rein in their father and denounce his racist and hateful comments. I am not holding my breath, probably the most we will get is his views are not our views. Not good enough.

I have not heard one word about this story except right here at Caste Football. But they were quick to jump on Elena Dementiava for bringing up past problems concerning Williams finals matchups and the "family getting together" and deciding who wins. They quickly made her apologize for those remarks. I am not saying the Williams matchups are not lugitimate now but in the past the play was less than stellar(full of unforced errors) when those two matched up and it kinda looked at times that one of the sisters was tanking the match.

And they never will rein baby-dadd-day in, because, their views areexactly the same as his. And you know damn well, when they retire - which won't be for at least 15 more years, they'll really cut loose with the spewing of racism against Whites( And any other non-Black races ).

You can say their matchups against each other aren't, because it's actually happened it the past. So don't be surprised that this one - even one at Wimbledon, the Grandest of all the Grand Slam tournaments - also is.No class.Edited by: Weltner

Well I don't know what their actual views are but I will say they will not be in the game another 15 years. Nobody's career lasts that long anymore and the Williams sisters are not known for their ability to stay focused on the game for more than 18 months(if that) at a time. They will get out of shape again soon, probably right after the US Open and skip multiple tournaments and pursue their fashion and acting careers and they will both be out of the game by the time they are 30.If Henin, Clijsters and Davenport has stuck around, they might be gone sooner. Not to mention Hingis and Capriati.Edited by: guest301

One thing is certain: Wimbledon is the only GS tournament the thing is capable of winning anymore( The last GS title it won, other than Wimbledon,is the 2001 US )

Therefore, driven like the devils they are, she/it and her racist babay dadd-day, are going to try with every ounce, not to merely win Wimbledon many more times, but to break the record for the most Human Ladies Singles Titles, breaking Martina Navritalova's total of 9, breaking it for other reason than, like all Black racists,to get revenge on Whitey. Same racist mindset for every tournament, but especially,Wimbledon.

Every single White female player absolutely must be made aware of this( With the exception of Martina Hingis, who sees it,and has said so, as carefully as possible ), by whatever means we have. These devils must be stopped!!!!

I certainly hope they are stopped, though calling them "devils" and "the thing" sounds a lot like the rhetoric of a white Malcolm X. Not sure if it's helpful to our cause.

I've always thought that if Graf had played one more year, she could have diminished the confidence of the Williams sisters with a few more victories.

I agree: too bad the russian favorites were ousted early and the Belgians have retired. Maybe after each has had a baby, Clijsters and Henin will return.

Let's test the Williams sisters. that 127 mph serve is freakish.

I agree. Please review the posting guidelines because that type of language doesn't impress anyone but our opponents who will use it to discredit Caste Football.

Maybe they did reign in pops as he was supposedly on a boat in Florida. It's either that or was in celebrity rehab...

I was listening to a tennis analyst covering the Ryan Harrison match yesterday. He said that in all likelihood it was a mistake to keep giving Donald Young wildcard passes into the elite tournaments. There was a decision made"¦ I believe by USTA and Patrick Mcenroe, head of player development"¦to let Ryan Harrison earn his way in by competing in qualifying tournaments. If I had to venture a guess, Sam Querrey, a contemporary of Donald Young and a much more solid player at this point, received less passes then Young.

The USTA has a grant program that specifically targets minorities to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. A couple of years back, Zina Garrison was compiling Fed Cup teams of mostly non-white players. When the USTA let her go because of lack of results, she turned around and sued the USTA for racial discrimination.

However, no matter how hard the USTA pushes diversity, some folks will whine. Old man Richard wants black tennis academies.
