It's officially on for February the 22nd, the site is still to be determined but Las Vegas and the MGM Grand is the front runner.

Wilder has a short window to go back in training and the promotion has to start around Christmas, but the first narrative from the Wilder camp is that Fury was "knocked out" and was given a long count by Reiss. Total bs as the count is never a stop watch count but referees count that can be interrupted at any time if a fighter or his camp leave the corner or interfere with the referee. Yuge fight this weekend with Wilder and Fury. If Fury boxes like last time, easy peasy. But he says he is going for the KO in the 2nd round. They say Fury is in great shape at 270 lbs. We shall see.

Good news looking forward to seeing Fury in tip top shape. He should be able to outbox Wilder no problem again, just has to constantly be aware of Wilder's wild punches and KO Power.

Definitely perilous due to Deontays' ever-present "punchers chance", but Wilder can't hang with him in boxing ability and Fury is more ready than ever, unlike his supbar shape in the first fight. Not sure how much I would trust the Fury knockout narrative it sounds like talk but being as large as he is with fast hands it's possible despite his reputation for having mediocre power.

Fury needs to box Wilder from the outside and lean on him in close quarters like Lennox and Wlad did under Steward. This fight is a near pick'em at various sports books and judging from the officials working the fight if Fury boxes Wilder's ears off he should get the decision.

I agree with you completely White is Right. He was around 255 for the last fight, coming in at 270 kills his endurance and forces Fury to fight only one way. Less movement from Fury is very dangerous and does not make him a bigger puncher.

If any posters or lurkers care to bet the fight, the British sports books have Fury as slight favorite while the American books have Wilder a slight betting favorite. Same here. I have to believe he is conditioned and that he believes he has the power to KO Wilder if he sits down on his punches. Wilder is also up 18 lbs to 230 lbs. The heaviest he has been. For the fight to go Fury's way, his jab has to a telephone pole that batters Wilder's face and tires him. Which will set up the KO? Fury will use less movement to get this done.

Fury looks fine, as long as he his cardio is good. He has said in the past he fights better, when not having to be in a dieting state.

The fact that Wilder is up 18 pounds and has a six pack is concerning (green-lighted PED’s like any other big time bout involving these demographics). Andre Ward comes to mind, against Kovalev in the 2nd fight.

This should be a good one. Tyson needs to keep this one boring, as there isnt a (((judge))) that could really score against him if he toys with Wilder like last time. Just dont get cocky, and reckless. Easier said than done with the way he is wired.

Fury says that he has been carrying and training at 270 lbs for the last 3 months. If so, he should be fine and have the gas at the end.

Wilder and Fury put on a shoving match for the cameras. Fury almost put Wilder on his butt. He is clearly bigger and stronger. And more skilled. I give Wilder credit for coming back when he's been hurt but he can be had. I hope Fury can hurt him and finish him.

I'd rather see Fury (much more qualified for the cameras anyway) making the talk show rounds than Wilder.

As a fighter, I have nothing bad to say about Wilder, he brings it every time. And backs up everything he says. But, of course, here at CF we want Fury to win. If Fury has been training hard at 270 lbs and worked on his defense, power jab and power shots, he should dominate. We shall see.

I really hope Fury didn't put on too much weight. He is such a fine all around boxer. He just toys with people in the ring. Will he have enough endurance to avoid the big bombs
that Wilder is gonna throw. If it goes to the later rounds I think Wilder has the advantage but I hope I'm wront. Fury is 4 years younger. Hopefully youth will prevail. It would be
