My quick and incomplete look at the head to head boxing results to this point indicates that when it's black vs. white, the white fighters are dominating. I'll admit that it was a quick perusal of a handful of weight classes, and I was going on my own snap judgment of what constitutes "white" and "black". I have no idea how to classify some Tartar from Uzbekistan or anything like that. It just looks to me like black fighters aren't doing well, and that is probably the reason that boxing doesn't get as much coverage on television as it used to.

- Ireland's John Joe Nevin won his second fight of the 2012 Olympics and advances to the final 8. The UK's Luke Campbell also advanced.

- Russia's Artur Beterbiev defeated the overated Michael Hunter.

- Italy's Clemente Russo was awarded a win because the negro from Angola he was supposed to fight never showed up! :icon_lol:

- Kubrat Pulev's brother Tervel Pulev won.

- Magomed Omarov, another tough Avar, defeated Dominic Breazeale.

- Other winners included Ivan Dychko, the 6'7" boxer of Ukrainian heritage representing Kazakhstan; Italy's Roberto Cammarelle; and Canada's Simon Kean.

- And Magomedrasul Medzhidov (who looks white to me ) completely dominated his Congolese opponent, knocking him down twice.

Whites have been dominating at the heavier weight classes for the last eight years. What happens is one black guy or Mexican wins a gold in one of the lighter weight classes and he gets all the hype.

Number 1 seed Ievgen Khytrov from Ukraine was robbed against black Brit Anthony Agogo

The score was tied 18-18. The judges then awarded the fight to Agogo after a countback. He's the second black Brit to get a "gift" decision. The first was Anthony Joshua who lost all three rounds to Cuban Erislandy Savon yet was awarded the W.

Dychko and Medzhidov are the best two super heavyweights in my opinion. Cammarelle who is past his prime has a shot at bronze.

Also Medzhidov is related to heavyweight contender Magomed Abdusalamov

You guys need to try to stop seeing only the negatives. African boxing is on a steep decline. The boxing quality has been very good, there are many exciting white boxing prospects, yes the Ukranian got robbed by Ogogo. Whites have beaten ALL the sub-Saharan Africans they've fought, and nearly all the negroes from the Americas and elsewhere.

Sadly, despite the reality that whites usually do better than negroes in Olympic boxing, there are no white boxers on the American team.

The racist belief that negroes are athletically superior to whites weakens the American team, who have already had all their fighters except one eliminated.
