I don't think anyone on this forum is foolish enough to believe that this was an independent action. Random "fans" just DON'T get past the Secret Service and have body-contact with the President. It doesn't happen.
It's pretty obvious that this event was yet another extension of the Cloward-Piven strategy. The current administration is applying it in all sorts of political avenues. In this case, they conjure up a fake "crisis" of Presidential protection. That way, they can expand the size and power of the security for the Executive Office. Barack's been openly dreaming about his own private army ever since he started campaigning. They have now figured out a way to make it happen.

It's not really a "security breach" in a serious sense since the couple presumably passed through a thorough check and re-check for weapons. That to me is the paramount issue.

This paragraph from the story linkedby Riddlewirealludes to the most important aspect of the "breach":

The Secret Service has said President Obama was never in danger at the dinner, but declined to comment on whether anyone was screened for radiological or biological weapons.

If these people weren't screened for weapons then it's a huge breach. Otherwise how much genuine danger did they pose to the President and other politicians there?During Andrew Jackson's time, his inauguration being a good example, any American could walk into the White House and be in proximity to the President. Now, one can hardly walk into any governmental, "public"or commercial establishment no matter how insignificant with the same amount of freedom.

Great posts Riddlewire and Don. I don't doubt that Obama would use this incident to become even more isolated and "protected" from we the people. The increasing lack of exposure to "our leader" over the last 150 years parallels the erosion of freedom in this country. As the POTUS and other FedGov leaders are more cut off from the citizenry they are supposed to care about and represent, they have become more bold and brazen in their assaults against our freedoms. What has happened in the USA is not much different than an emerging or developing monarchy. The people at the top are insulated from the unwashed masses.

This issue is a welcome distraction(to Obama) with the Health Care freedom destroying bill being seriously debated in the Senate next week.

Heard that up until the Eisenhower years that Whites could go onto the White House lawn and have a picnic lunch! There has clearly been a loss of Freedom.

The current Presidents now-a-days are almost always described as 'distant' (Bush was even described as being in a bubble!) One suspects that perhaps they are under Black Magic/ Talmudic possession!
