Power Forwards - Ersan Ilyasova(Hawks) *Although plays for Turkey, is actually Uzbeki. Certain regions are European, others Asian and some mixed. The only official PF for the Southeast.

Small Forwards - Nicolas Brussino(Hawks), Luke Babbitt(Hawks)

So I counted 97 white players total, which includes the white looking Turks, and the Lopez brothers, but not guys like Fournier and Casspi. That includes 2 way contract players. In past years I remember the number 90 or thereabouts as the total white players, but not sure if that included players on 2 way contracts.

Thats a very low number .. There are indeed plenty of white Turks, they are usually found in Turkey's western European part! Casspi is an Israeli, I count him. As for Fournier he appears white, but I believe he is half Arab/half White (non-black) so he's a questionable one.
