Most of us have ancestors from multiple European countries so pick the one that best describes you. I'm half English, a quarter German, an eighth Scotch-Irish and an eighth Swedish.

I'm predominantly Italian. My mother is the first person married into my family that isn't 100% Italian. Don't really know percentages or anything, but that's how my family identifies in terms of culture, etc.

Wow, where to begin. I voted Scottish because my mom was born there, so 50% of that. However, parts of her family are Scandinavian. On dads side, English, German, Scandinavian. I go through my family tree often, trying to find new European heritage previously unknown. So far its all been Northern European, with one French name thrown in.

Five of the choices would actually fit me

Generally speaking, I'm 3/4 English, 1/8 Irish and1/8 Scottish.

A whole bunch of stuff. Czech is the largest at 25%. Then German, Belgian, and pretty much everything else in Western Europe.

I have four grandparents from four different European nations. Father's father was from Wales, father's mother was from Slovakia, mother's father was from Germany, mother's mother was from Italy. None of the descriptions really fit me from the poll as their is a equal distribution in me from all regions in Europe. I suppose I just identify myself as part of the Euro diaspora. My surname is obviosly Welsch though so I suppose strangers identify me as such.

Mostly English (Anglo-Saxon), with some Welsh & Scots-Irish.

Irish, Scotch, Jewish, Greek and a little Su Indian.

Good to see some fellow Scots here! Scots Wha Hae!

My father is Austrian (Gottscheer), having been born in Austria after his parents left Gottschee (what is now part of Slovenia) in the 1940's. My mother is 75% Irish and 25% Holland Dutch. Hence, I am Austrian, Irish and Dutch.

I am over 50% German, 25% Polish and a little English and Irish.

I honestly just guessed. My name is Lane. My moms name was Duty. Grandmas maiden names were Matthews, and Parm.So I said English. Edited by: P-NutLane

I know i am majority irish form my mothers side, but i do not know what my heritage is from my dad's side. He was adopted so hard to say.

I'm 15/16 french and 1/16 native american, don't know which tribe, don't care.

It's a shame i'm not 1/8 native, here in quebec I would be free of taxes...

50% Italian and 50% German!! Both my grandmothers are 100% Italian and so obviuosly my two grandfathers are both 100% German.

Wow I'm surprised there aren't as many that voted Irish. I'm more than half Irish, so that's what I indentify with.
