And he (Boomer) was going off on Randy Moss. Says he is missing in action and quitting on plays. Boomer mentioned three in particular which hurt the Patriots.
Moss, in spite of his great career, has always done this. He took the entire season off with the Raiders. On the last Brady interception, the one thrown directly to Darren Sharper, Moss quit on the route. Brady was just throwing to the spot where Moss was supposed to end up. Moss got bumped and then just stopped running.

Don, "Monday Night Commericals" was so boring and drawn-out, despite featuring two "high powered offenses."

Where is that troll who challenged my "rediculous" assertion that the Patriots defense is horrible this season? My god, they were burned on every single downfield route and got absolutely zero pressure.

I agree with Bigunreal, the Pats laid an egg in strange fashion, especially their weird play calling and godaweful execution.

What's with Julian Edelman? A white, small school, "nobody" rookie WR needs to play through all injuries within reason....especially since he was totally fine against the Jets and had a long week of rest. Soon his spot will be permanantly handed to absolute scrub-losers such as Sam Aiken or Isiah Stanback. After all, Billy-Boy is a "football guru."

it's not his decision, he was made an emergency (third) QB and couldn't enter the game before the 4th quarter.

The Patriots effort against the Saints tonight was pathetic.

I would agree. What has happened to New England?

Quote from on-line news source:

"The Patriots won the opening coin toss and, as is Bill Belichick's custom, elected to defer until the second half."

Huh? Has this been something Bill has been doing? I don't remember. Would it make sense to win the opening coin toss and not elect to receive? I mean, they're playing an offensive powerhouse on their home field. If that isn't bad enough they are up against Drew Brees, who is playing at an insane level. Not to mention NE can't stop the Little Sisters of the Poor on defense. Why give Brees the first shot and risk being put in a hole from the start? I don't get it. what am I missing here?

Does anyone here think Young's success will have a positive impact on Tebow's draft status and will make it more likely that NFL teams give him time to develop? They are almost the same player.

I too see some similarities in their games- with the dual threat action, but one important difference. Tebow is a smart young man, where Vince has a low IQ and a low EQ. Vince has some Terrell Pryor like qualities with his intellectual capacity (or lack there of)- except he's not a huge pr*ck like Pryor- so I won't hate on him the way I will Pryor. Vince came into a very low pressure situation this year, trying to save an 0-6 team. I could see Vince starting to play like a lame duck, when he sees pressure from the coaches and fans after a quick wild card playoff collapse this year, followed by a disappointing start next year (we'll see). Vince's delivery is quicker than Tebow's right now, but I think Tebow is more accurate on long throws. Vince is a better runner to the outside, where Tebow is better at bursting or powering through small seams up the middle.

I hope that whites will be "allowed" to be dual threat QBs. We have some great talents coming up (McCoy, Tebow, Lefevour, Looker, Ponder), some of which are already being marginalized. The white emasculators might try to prevent whites from being running threats in ANY capacity. More impending questions about the lack of white RBs may start, if white running wildcat type QBs become "allowed". I honestly think the NFL is getting weary of a lawsuit and will go to great lengths to prevent being exposed and protect their farce "product".
