The parts I did see it was a sparring session. Peter is built like a tank but also moves like one stuck in the Russian snow and mud...

Amazing comeback...

After four years of inactivity and despite all his injuries at age 37, Vitali returns to dominate the WBA champion and win back his heavyweight title!

Great performance by Vitali

I gotta admit I was worried because Vitali had his hands dangerously low at his waist for most of the fight but that makes Sam Peter look even worse

This fight makes me wonder what Vitali would have done without the injuries and the retirement. In those 4 years Vitali and Wlad would have totally cleaned out the division.

He made history coming out of a four year injury plagued retirement and won the Heavyweight title. Congrats to Vitali

Kevin Iole, Dan Rafael, and all the other PC clowns who led up to this fight by saying Klitschko's a quitter, Klitschko's fragile, I hope he doesn't trip and hurt himself. Well, now all these caste clowns have to eat their words. Klitschko absolutely dominated from start to finish. Peter was pathetic. Vitali Klitschko is not only back, he's back and the WBC Champion!

Thanks for the updates! I wanted to wait to watch on Showtime but I couldnt stand it. Peter is the biggest loudmouth pantywaste I've ever seen. This makes my day. All bark no bite. Send this bootlip back to Nigeria. Think of what Vitali could've done these last 4 years. Give Wladimir Vitalis demeanor and Wlad would be the best ever by far.

Also on the undercard if you didn't see, 6'7 prospect Alexander Ustinov from Belarus made quick work of 7' Julius Long knocking him out in the 1st round!

I always felt that if you merged these two into one fighter you would have the athleticism of Wlad with the better fighting heart and meanness of Vitali. Also at 37 this comeback is a first for boxing. He won every minute of every round and didn't looked gassed at any point. Compare this to Ali who was life and death with guys at 35 to 36. Just amazing.

I'm amazed at the lack of respect the U.S. media gives any white fighter compared to other countries. For those of you who watched the prefight stuff, you saw Bunce talking about how Klitschko has been an athlete since age 12, and by the time he hit 32 or 33 the contact of fighting that long will start taking its toll on a body. Compare that with Dan Raphael:

it's time to start praying that Vitali doesn't stub his toe, rip a cuticle or suffer a dislocated nose hair, any of which could force him to pull out with yet another injury.

See what I mean. The British analysts had nothing but good to say about both Klitschko's, whereas the US Boxing media has nothing but bad.

Klitschko looked awesome. He shook off his ring rust in the opening minutes, and made Peter look like an amateur. His last three fights have all been stopped in the 8th round, and all have been complete dominance. He silenced the media today, who will now portray Peter has a bum, and the division as even worse. But the truth is, the division hasn't been this good in a long time!

As I searched ESPN for the fight summary, came across a pre-fight article written by Eric Raskin

Helisted reasons why a Vitali defeat would be good for the sport.

(snip)

Members of the media aren't supposed to root for one fighter or another, at least not openly.

But rooting for Peter on Saturday night isn't about rooting for one fighter over the other. ( No, of course not, it has nothing to do with rooting for the blackover the white.)

It's about rooting for the sport. It's about rooting for the once-proud heavyweight division to take a small step toward respectability again.

(Once proud, when blacks were on top of course. Let's see now, Peter wins and he brings respectability back to the sport..)

I was just about to write my post and prediction for this fight but I thought I would check the schedule on another site first. Too bad I was too late. This fight was very predictable and I kick my own ass for not posting sooner. "That's what they all say," you are probably saying. Well, my fight predictions around here speak for themselves. Last year I only predicted the Hatton/Mayweather fight wrong. Damn. Anyway, even though I haven't seen the fight yet it is pretty clear how Vitali beat Peter. Peter has no defense and no means of getting in on Vitali to try and slow him down with a body attack. Vitali just lands and lands hard from the outside and eventually Peter just can't take it any more and gives up.

Vitali is the best heavyweight of the post millenium era. I personally think he is the best heavyweight of all time and I constructed an analysis as to why in a thread well down below.

Great to see whites as kings again. White boxers are back and they are back with a vengeance. What happened to all of that black superiority crap?

Great to see you got it right West. Keep up the good work and don't be shy to predict for whites in the future!

To put this fight into perspective, Muhammed Ali came out of retirement in 1978 after just one (1) year of a lay off and lost to a Leon Spinks who was just 6-1 at the time and weighed less than 200 pounds! f**k me and they call Ali "The Greatest". Bull f**king sh*t! What a load of sh*t! Vitali would have pounded Ali out of the ring! Vitali comes out of retirement after four years and takes on the number one contender who was 30-1 and weighed 250 pounds. You will not hear that on ESPN or any other bald-nuts homo sports cast.

Awesome to hear, unfortunately that sort of spoils things because I just logged on and I'll be watching it later.

Two white, multi-lingual brothers with doctorates are both champions of their respective boxing organizations now. Both are tall, strong, and fast and both have knocked out nearly every man that has stepped into the ring with them. No wonder boxing is "dead" to the media now. Sports are boring when it's more about skill and character than crack, cannibalism and animal abuse.

They were getting so painfully obvious of their anti-white hatred in their pro-peter agenda too, too bad that couldn't have been played up a little more so that more people might have taken notice to the fact that the disrespect shown to the Klitschkos has little to nothing to do with their "not being American". They wanted that NIGerian blubber butt to win so bad it's funny...Edited by: nopictures

Thanks, Mapleleaf. Great analysis on your part regard the myth of Ali. Don't worry I will be more forthcoming with predictions and analysis on our White Warriors.

I love it. I expect to read about this heavyweight championship fight on page 96 in the lower left hand corner.

If Samuel Peter had knocked out Klitschko you would have seen Vitali laid out on the front page of the sport section . The title would probably say "THE HEAVYWEIGHT DIVISION IS BACK"

Thank god that didn't happen and the Steelhammer humbled the Nigerian wetdream and his loud mouthed Afro/American manager.

Fu k Peter! The fight ended a bit different than I predicted (didn't think Samuel would quit on the stool.)Vitali walked the milk dud around the ring with ease. The jabs were superb. Vitali could have fought this with one hand. It is a great win and one for the ages. Perhaps Kimbo can fight Nightmare in a battle of the bums.

Just finished watching the telecast of Vitali's win. Man, this was a glorified sparring session. An "A" fighter schooling a "C" club fighter. It appears that Peter was over hyped club fighter with power and no heart.

Based on Vitali's performance and skill I don't see any fighter white or black beating him. Its funny, while watching the fight, one doesn't see the devastating effects of his jab and overhand rights, until its replayed on slow motion.

Other than Vitali's win, the best scene was both White brothers holding four Heavyweight belts. Man, the blacks and white traitors(NFL fans,GMs and Head coaches), Jews and White self loathers must of hated seeing this watershed moment. The media in USA will attempt to down play this. I wonder if HBO will dedicate a show to the Wlad and Vitali like they are With the Usain Bolt. I don't think so.

The salt to rub into the wound will be Pavlik and Calzagde's wins over washed up blk superstars looking for a payday. Looking forward to them.
