The university of Mass football team is goin D1 in the year 2012. As you know the have a white starting running back who is a junior and just recruited Brian Dowling who is a very good running back from the state of New Jersey. I'm sure their coach will be given the "D1 Handbook", which spells out the demographics requirements for football teams at the FBS level. He'll be allowed to burn through the players he already has on the roster, but he'll have to meet the minimum 51/49 black majority within 3 years. Also, this is Massachusettes we're talking about here. That state can't trip over itself fast enough to prove how 'Diversity Enlightened' they are.

I know however their roster is less black friendly so you never know.
