The teams that automatically qualified from the big countries:

Spain - Real Madrid, Atletico, Barcelona,

Germany - Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Schalke,

England - Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea

Italy - Juventus, Roma,

France - PSG, Monaco,

Numerous playoffs have already started. Celtic are extremely fortunate - too fortunate in my view - to be allowed into this stage. They play Maribor of Slovenia and Lille host FC Porto. Leverkusen will probably be the fourth Bundesliga representative in the group stage - they won 2-3 away to Copenhagen. Besiktas and Arsenal played to a 0-0 draw and Napoli v Athletic Bilbao 1-1 - including a goal by Higuain:

Most notable absences this year will be Manchester United and the two Milan teams.

Well, that's certainly an understatement. For the benefit of our members who aren't football (sorry - soccer...:icon_wink:) fans here's the story...

Celtic faced Poland's Legia Warszawa in the third qualifying round. Legia won both matches (4-1 in Warsaw and 2-0 in Glasgow) to complete a 6-1 aggregate belting. Yet despite that 6-1 scoreline, Celtic are going through to the final playoff round. Why's that, I hear You ask? Please read on...

Legia defender Bartosz Bereszynski had been sent off in the Polish club's final Europa League game of last season (at home versus Cyprus's Apollon Limassol), for which he was handed a three-match suspension from European competition. Bereszynski therefore duly sat out Legia's initial two matches against the Republic of Ireland's St. Patrick's Athletic in addition to the first leg of the Celtic tie. That's a total of three matches, correct?

However, Legia had failed to register Bereszynski in their squads for the matches against St. Patrick's Athletic. This meant that in UEFA's eyes the suspension had technically not been served.

So when Bereszynski came on in the 86th minute of the second leg in Glasgow - with Legia already 2-0 up - he was still technically an ineligible player. This activated Article 21 of UEFA's Disciplinary Regulations which states that "a match is declared forfeit if a player who has been suspended following a disciplinary decision participates in the match". The punishment for such a breach was a 3-0 walkover in favour of Celtic - which meant that the aggregate score changed from 6-1 to 4-4. As Celtic had scored an away goal during their 1-4 loss in Warsaw the Scottish club, er, "won" on the away goals rule!

In short, Legia have been eliminated due to a clerical error. Celtic clearly lost a two-leg tie to the tune of 6-1 yet have been handed a pass into the final playoff round. By now, everyone here is probably aware of my Polish background so I'll readily admit that I'm not exactly a neutral in this matter (and am still incandescently fuming that Legia displayed a glaring lack of professionalism by stupidly omitting Bereszynski from their squads for the matches with St. Patrick's Athletic...) but I'll wager that if the situation was reversed and Celtic (or any other so-called "big club") had commited such a clerical error, UEFA would have "deliberated" before simply imposing a fine. After all, Celtic are a "brand" with a massive global Irish and Scottish fan base which will pay to watch their team cop repeated beltings in the money-milking Champions League. Because football is a business, don't You know...

UEFA can pucker up and kiss my arse - for a fee, of course...

Yes, punishment is supposed to fit the crime. This is like giving a long jail sentence for a minor fender bender in which no one was hurt.

I agree. And unlike Rebajlo I am 100% neutral:icon_cool:

Everyone thinks Lille goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama is "such a great guy" because of the conversation he had with the referee before the 2nd half of the World Cup match against Argentina. My commentator just said "he plays with a smile on his face". I can imagine under certain circumstances such a statement about a black man being considered racist. (Of course everything is racist these days).

I can't thank Demba Ba enough for ensuring Arsenal's safe passage into the Champions League proper, from yesterday's CL playoff at The Emirates:

:hail: If that^^ goes in,Arsenal would've been knocked out!
Even the thought is scary....

If the gif still didn't make it clear how horrid a miss it was, read this excerpt from here:

Through some frantic defending and an inexplicably missed header from Demba Ba, Arsenal survived, and will take their place in pot one of UEFA's Group Stage draw on Thursday

There are countless terrible black strikers around the globe, but Demba Ba is certainly on the short list of the absolute worst. The fact he played on an elite team like Chelsea shows what a disgrace the BPL has become and how piss poor the talent evaluators are. This goofy negro has the coordination of a marionette puppet and the smarts of a sand gnat. What any team sees in this guy, talent-wise, is beyond me.

The Champions League draw:

http://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/season=2015/draws/index.html

Most groups appear to have two obvious favourites.

Despite their weaknesses Liverpool might make it. They've got Real Madrid (Balotelli v Ronaldo!) but also relative minnows Basel and some Bulgarian team (Ludogorets).

Group E looks interesting. Bayern, Man City, CSKA Moskva, and Roma.

Arsenal will need to get by either Galatasaray or Dortmund. I'm assuming the other team, Anderlecht, are the group's weakest.

Poor Arsenal, third time in four seasons now, that they get the same group as Dortmund.Atleast this time, they only have Galatasaray and Anderlecth besides Dortmund.

Group C,having Benfica,Zenit,Leverkusen and Monaco is tough to call.I'll back Benfica for sure.Leverkusen above Monaco as well.Zenit might have a huge advantage at home in the winter,so can't rule them out.

In group H,Porto is a shoo-in,not that I like it.Hopefully Athletic Bilbao will see off Shakhtar Donetsk, who I hate for obvious reasons(Jewish owner, black teams).

Hopefully in group E,Roma can see off ManCity and CSKA Moskva and qualify with Bayern(who are in the same group as Mancity for two seasons in a row now).

Welbeck misses a sitter against Borussia Dortmund,in the first round of the group stages:

While it wasn't quite the easiest chance to score from,it surely deserved better than that pathetic attempt.

I'm glad to see the Swedish team Malmö FF (MFF) lose to Juventus with 2-0. It's a despicable team with left-wing supporters and having pedophiles on the team (Miiko Albornoz, convicted for having intercourse with a minor) who they didn't let go until now to Hannover 96, even though it happened back in 2012. Earlier this year, an immigrant leftist named Showan Shattack and a group of extremists, attacked a group of Swedish nationalists who had been at a pub. The leftists attacked with knives, but Showan wasn't apparently very good at fighting, because he got stabbed with his own knife by a nationalist, who from the beginning had tried to flee from the bloodthirsty leftists. Of course, he was seen as the victim and in the following cup-match against Hammarby IF, this is what the tifo looked like:

http://img.cdn.svenskafans.com/Image/7/429822/preview.jpg (The banner reads: "MFF-family is standing united against nazism")

A purely despicable team through-and-through and I hope they lose every single game.

Less than ten minutes into the Roma v Bayern Munich match Arjen Robben scores because Ashley Cole allowed him a curling shot on his left foot inside the box. We all know Robben cannot shoot or cross with his right foot. He can barely even make short passes with it! Cover his left at all times, especially inside the box when he's trying to move to the inside, even if it gives him a gap to his right. What makes it even worse is that they played for the same team so you'd think Cole would've been prepared for this.

He also screwed up the 0-4 goal and was substituted. The web had a field day - Ashley Cole marking Robben:

Balotelli subbed at half time with Liverpool trailing Real Madrid 0-3. Some bad Liverpool defending in that half, especially during the third goal. Also, Benzema looked unmarked (Glen Johnson?) when he headed in the second goal.

Balotelli subbed at half time with Liverpool trailing Real Madrid 0-3.

Balotelli is nothing more than an embarrassingly sub-standard clown act, whose very presence in top-level football is rapidly souring into a bit of a nightmare for the leftist fanatics who artificially elevated him to such dizzying heights.

Just as the flatulent "cultural Marxists" of FIFA, UEFA, et cetera were recovering from their collective, arse-scorching atomic diarrhoea triggered by "Super Mario's" Italy-scuppering pseudo-football at the World Cup, the useless asphalt git turns up at Liverpool (orrai't...:icon_wink:) and puts in "performances" which are startlingly amateurish even by his own dull "standards"...

If he had been born in England, France, or the Netherlands Balotelli would be relative unknown for - unlike Italy - such countries are crawling with "native" black footballers and their national teams have constantly fielded Negroes for over twenty five years. But as he happened to be spawned on Sicilian soil Balotelli has been thrust forward as a crass, almost comical embodiment of the relentlessly anti-White policies assiduously propagated by the sport's governing bodies, whose long-term aim is to establish Negroes and other non-Whites in all European national sides, particularly those of the "major powers". Italy, of course, was the traditional "major power" which just happened to lack a non-White presence so Balotelli consequently became one of the most pitifully obvious propaganda vehicles in sporting history.

At his "very best", Balotelli is a second-tier (i.e. League Championship, Serie B, et cetera) player. The media has always worked overtime to paint this ugly, coiffure-challenged :scared: black prick as some kind of misunderstood genius whose quirky caprices frustratingly prevent him from harnessing his supposedly limitless "potential". With the passage of time, however, that manure-based disinformation job has become virtually impossible as the now twenty-four year old Balotelli's continual on-field helplessness has unambiguously exposed him as a complete footballing fraud.

Not only "sporting" history. After scoring those two goals against Germany in the EURO 2012 tournament, Balotelli instantly became a poster boy for the benefits of mass-immigration and his image was repeatedly used as a proof of how "new Italians" are contributing to the country. And it continues to this day. As recently as several days ago (when Balotelli was already repetedly exposed for the fraud he is and not even the dumbest DWFs is willing to buy the "super Mario" media garbage) - Italy's cartoonish "centre left" prime minister Matteo Renzi brought Balotelli up on a TV talk show when promoting his fast-track citizenship program for the children of immigrants. Something along the lines "if we give them citizenship fast we will get more "Balotellies"). The evil this prick brought to his "adoptive country" goes well beyond football.

Porthos -

Of course Balotelli's "role" extends far beyond the realm of mere sport. The systematic promotion of Negroes and other non-Europeans in sports and "entertainment" has obviously always primarily served as a vehicle for the wider, long-term aim of "selling" non-White immigration to the gullible White masses. Here in Australia, the A League now happens to feature Muslims and Negroes galore, while the NRL is crawling with Islanders and Maoris. Who would have thought... :icon_wink:

Despite those negative effects which Balotelli's presence has had in Italy, the entire painstakingly plotted "Super Mario" campaign is curdling rather hilariously. In their rapidly tumescent haste to insert a "controversially charismatic" Negro "superstar striker" into the Italian national setup the multiculturalist puppet masters overlooked the fact that Balotelli is just too ****e a player for the job.

Both of Balotelli's "reputation establishing" goals against Germany in the Euro 2012 semifinal where squarely down to defensive mistakes. The first was a consequence of Antonio Cassano's work out wide followed by Holger Badstuber's flat-footed gaping which gifted the Negro an unchallenged soft header. Manuel Neuer's failure to move helped as well. I reckon You or I could have put that one away without any problems. The second was admittedly a decent strike but Balotelli only managed to beat the offside trap due to a combination of Riccardo Montolivo's excellent pass and - just as significantly - Phillip Lahm's sluggish indecision.

Baotelli's embarrassing stuff-ups at the World Cup coupled with his crap play at Liverpool are making him one of the biggest - if not the biggest - jokes in the sport. His performances this season have been so bad that even the most inventive leftist football journalists are struggling to brew up any excuses. "Potential" indeed...

manchester city need to get rid of this kind of player if they want to go further in champions league:

Suárez’s opener came when Kompany tried to head away a Lionel Messi delivery from the right and steered the ball into the Uruguay striker’s path, with Suárez subsequently finishing past Hart.

In the opening moments a mistimed clearance from the Belgian had been close to an own goal and Paul Scholes, working for ITV as a pundit, also blamed Kompany for Suárez’s second.
“I think Kompany’s at fault here again,†said the former Manchester United midfielder. “Barcelona midfield players, they want somebody to come and dive in. Kompany dived in first. He got back but he hasn’t got a clue where Suárez is. He hasn’t protected the space at the front post.â€

by the way i hope barcelona wins this year
they have a nice team, no africans, ofcourse neymar is annoying bit he's not really shining and now they have a goalkeeper
