well, if you ask me that's one caste system coach less in the league... and Vikings need someone to purge and then control this team...
here's the article

He'll be back, those caste supporters never go away. His love of an all black line-up will ensure he gets another offer.

About time. As a lifelong Viking fan, I've been waiting for this race-traitor to go since his infamous "He's too White" comment regarding why Todd Bouman was traded to the Saints (inferring that the fans liked Bouman because of his skin color not because Culpepper sucked and needed to be benched).

Word in Viking circles is that Brad Childress of the Eagles is the leading candidate, not sure if he is a negrophile or not, but I guess he can't be much worse then Tice.

My hunch is that they wanted to fire Tice right after the massive embarrasment that was 'the negro boat trip' but for some unknown reason waited.

It seems odd that this year all the firings happened right after the season was over, as if there is some new unwritten rule that coaches can't be fired until then. (oh wait they did fire Maricuci though) I remember in years past coaches would get the axe and one of the assisstants would have to coach the team... sometimes for like the last six weeks!!!

They waited because Brad Johnson took them on a six-game winning streak. He made Tice look like he could actually coach.

I'm glad they tossed Tice overboard. Maybe the front office and
team owner realiyzed that it was Johnson and not the big man with a
little head that won seven out of six games. Now if they would
only get rid of some of the other Vicekings. How racist by
the way to have an almost all black team with a Nordic moniker.
What would people think if the team was renamed " The spear
chuckers" and fielded an all white team? No that would be
RACIST!

I am verry glad to see him and his ways gone from Minesota, but in all probability he will just pop up somewhere else to carry his torch of diversity.

[I would't doubt for a second that half of all the white coaches fired aren't replaced by Black coaches]

Brad Childress is in as the new Head Coach in Minnesota. The big question now is did they do it because he is expected to do for Daunte what he did for Donovan? Which is what exactly? lol...

Maybe it's because Johnson exposed Culpepper to be the fraud that he is.
Tice should have reeled Johnson in.

Mike Tice is reuniting with Jack Del Rio in Jacksonville. Talk about a perfect match. The two played with each other when they were Vikings. Tice will probobaly coach the offensive line, however he doesnt have any white players to get rid of--oh wait, I forgot about Kyle Brady. Anyone want to bet on what team Daunte Culpepper ends up on?That is if they can out-bid Denny in Arizona. Culpepper is from Florida and lives there in the off season. Its too bad if he leaves Minnesota, I was getting used to him turning the heat off in his house every winter-causing the pipes to freeze and burst.

Sounds like a match made in heaven for believers in black supremacy -- the two most dedicated Caste System coaches working together on the same team.

It'll be interesting to see if the Jaguars, already the blackest team in NFL history, get even blacker for '06. Tight end Kyle Brady is getting up there in years and will probably be gone. Matt Jones may be the only white starter -- if he is even allowed to start, though Meester the injured center may be back. We could be looking at the first team to have all 22 starters be black.

In a perverse way, a freakishly athletic guy like Matt jones might stand out more on a all- black team like that. He is so far head and shoulders above anybody else on that team that he may shine in comparison. They did invest a first round pick in him and hopefully that and his talent will earm him more of a chance to be a star.

I think Culpepper is headed for the Bay to reunite with Randy Moss in Oakland. Moss said in an interview that he has already spoken with Culpepper over the phone about it and they want him to play for the Raiders.

The Jags already have 3 black QB's. They don't need to bring in Culpepper to blacken their QB position.

Given that we're just past the MLK national holiday and starting into Black History Month, it's only fitting that the Caste System "Dream Team" of Del Rio and Tice are making progress toward their apparent objective of an all-black team. Black center Dennis Norman has just been signed to a four-year contract. Norman replaced Brad Meester after he was injured, so it looks like Norman may remain the starter. Tice may be on the horn right now trying to locate Donald Igwebeke (sp?), the Nigerian ex-NFL kicker who was busted for trafficking in drugs. Del Rio may be negotiating with the punter the Rams drafted last year who was such a bust.

Matt Jones? Maybe they can trade Matt as their piece de resistance.

Won't don't they just put blackface on their four remaining white players and hope it fools the media? It's really hard to tell with those helmets on anyway.

I see an interesting socialization pattern in some of the former-pro-players-turned-coaches...those mentioned here (Tice & Del Rio) as well as guys like Fisher, Mularkey, Ditka and others. Maybe it's been mentioned before on this forum, but I don't recall.

I suppose athletically unexceptional guys like Tice and Del Rio have been conditioned to the prejudice of non-Black athletic incompetence as a result of being little more than ponderous big-bodies and try-hards all of their playing days in College and the NFL. Mularkey seems sort of intermediary in his prejudice (it's appropriate for a former moderately athletic Tight End to field so many Whites on the D-Line.) Fisher is, of course, the paragon of equal-opportunity employment in the NFL, having played at a high level as an athletic DB (even as a PR in his first two seasons.) Ditka seems to have fit in this pattern.

I've followed Football only some 10 years, so maybe someone a little older and with a better understanding of the League's history could add to this.

Del Rio had an excellent NFL career, including making the Pro Bowl. Bill Cowher is a much better example, a linebacker who played almost exclusively on special teams. When he became head coach in Pittsburgh he immediately patterned them after the blackest teams in the league, but he has mellowed in recent years. I don't think there is a pattern in a league where there are virtually no white skill players and defensive players.

I sort of recall Del Rio making the Pro Bowl when he was well into his thirties and I don't remember the guy seeming especially ultra-athletic...just a sort of tough, smart journeyman with pretty middle-of-the-road physical tools who happened into the right defensive scheme in Minni. I'd have characterized the guy as less athletic than, say, Ted Bruschi or Zach Thomas, who've gone multiple times, and those guys aren't really the sort of gifted specimens along the lines of an Urlacher or even a Brooking or Simoneau.

Fisher has consistently given White dudes fighting chances at WR, LB and DB for years, and during Ditka's short tenure in NO I recall him having guys like Keith Poole, Rob Kelly, Jared Tomich, Chad Cota, Kyle Turley, Brady Smith, Cam Cleeland and even Brett Bech (and a couple others who's named elude me now, maybe LBs or DTs.)

I always thought something kind of strange happend in NO after Ditka left, beyond the normal purging of a former Coach's marginal players...Poole, Kelly, Tomich and Bech were pretty much run out of the league instantly and Turley soon after. Some sort of internal NFL politics, I suppose?Edited by: JerveyGotGypped
