BBC lists the 100 most overrated "politically correct" movies of all time and calls them the best:

If you look through the list, pretty obvious who they were chosen by. They get points for:

1) Gay theme (Brokeback Mountain) or the kind of movies gays like (Moulin Rouge!)
2) Jewish director and/or screenwriter (A Serious Man, The Act of Killing, etc)
3) Having an anti-white male theme (Far From Heaven, 12 Years a Slave, etc)
4) Female director (Zero Dark Thirty, The Hurt Locker)
5) Illogical and depressing (Mulholland Drive, Children of Men)
6) Negro director (Shame, 25th Hour)
7) Sick and Depraved (Let the Right One In, Requiem for a Dream)
8) About a Jew (The Wolf of Wall Street, The Pianist)

Easy Rider is easily one of the most overrated movies of all time. It's a heavy handed propaganda piece and a lot of it is pretty stupid. It presents a fantasy version of reality. It's anti-Christian and negatively stereotypes Southern men. It promotes two scumbag drug dealers as heroes. The final scene where a guy fires a shotgun from the passenger seat of a pick-up truck so the muzzle blast is right in the face of his driver is an example of truly awful film making.

I looked at the list of 100 movies. I haven't seen a single one of them. I gave up on modern movies. Even setting aside the racial and leftist propaganda, most modern movies are badly written and have no connection to reality.

Lawrence of Arabia, talk about a PR campaign to promote an actor who was overshadowed by about every other actor in the movie. I'll just assume the blond haired blue eyed handsome Otoole was the goy toast of Hollywood's gay scene.

Some I can agree on as good to great movies, but Wolf of Wall St was so bad that I made it thru about 2/3 way then wandered off to go trim my toe nails or something interesting. Good lord I ask how could it have been possible for Jews to become our overclass? There are small African countries ran by some fat slobs from some illiterate goat herding tribe that have a better class of elite than 'Murka.

These are all ridiculous (but sadly I did like “A Serious Man”. The rest of them are just unwatchable.

I can’t believe Wolf of Wall Street was made by the same people that made Goodfellas.
