I just saw on twitter Hopkins is complaining about Kovalev's gloves, saying there are loaded.

That's one of the head games Ward used on Kessler before they fought.

Wow, out of nowhere Ali scores another knockdown and fight is stopped.

Im very impressed with Ali... he was in trouble but boxed well and scored the KO. Great win for him and a great fight...

Abregu is a very good opponent. Great win by Sadam Ali, by stoppage no less... Impressive. I thought Abregu was getting to him then out of nowhere he turned it around with big punches.

Abregu is a C+ fighter who got KO'd by a B level fighter. Abregu never touched the body. And he stayed out of the ring over a year. Ali fought a intelligent fight and pressed through after getting rocked a couple of times. Abregue blew a big opportunity tonight. Congrats to big win on the big stage for Ali

Kovalev is beating the **** out of that n'r! Meanwhile the Atlantic City judges probably have it scored a shutout for the n'r. ;-)

I dont know man. There wasthe knockdown and Sergey has been dominant.

This is too much dominating for even the crooked judges to screw him.

British feed has 8-1 Sergey after 9

Hopkins got the absolute sh1t beat out of him

He should retire if he values his brain...

I dont like Hopkins and I was hoping Kovalev would win...

But the end was brutal. Hopkins just getting brutalized. Time to retire buddy.

kellerman cheered as hard as he could for hopkins, though. even gave him credit afterwards for not finding a way out once he began losing. go away, kellerman.

120-107 x2. 120-106, Kovalev wins a UD.

I thought Kovalev won every round. At best, there were 1 or 2 even rounds.

This is the worst anyone has ever beat Hopkins.

Btw, wanted to say the ref did a fantastic job. Dave Fields, great ref.

Im very happy for Sergey, an amazing win, my favourite boxer :)

Hope Hopkins retires for sake of his health. That last round was brutal.

Jones and Kellerman were doing their best kissing Hopkins ass babbling about him being able to take a beating and reacting to every little punch he landed but Lampley reminded them that he's getting the sh*t beat out of him in a very lopsided fight.

I am amazed that they didn't give the decision to the n'r! The British announcers are just as bad as Kellerman and company. Even after rd 7 they said that Kov won but the n'r landed a couple of good shots. The n'r won zero rounds. The n'r was a punching bag.

The one round Hopkins won it looked like Kovalev was just bored. I think Kovalev could have finished him but decided to play it safe.
