Time will tell but I agree the Broncos made an idiotic trade considering what was given up. I used to think Wilson may be the very rare Black QB who plays well into his mid to late 30s (Warren Moon is still the only one) but I'm not so sure after watching him last season as he already looked to be declining. He'll turn 34 during the '22 season and if his running ability and elusiveness declines he's just an average to above average quarterback.

Also, the Broncos rave about their receivers but they're still unproven. Jerry Jeudy was supposedly the "most NFL ready" receiver in the '20 draft and he's been a bust so far. In fact, that happens a lot with players given the "most NFL ready" tag going into drafts.

Will the Seahawks give Lock a legit chance to start or will he continue to be passed over in favor of Black mediocrities as happened last year in Denver?

Talking heads are claiming Seattle will sign another QB, Bridgewater or perhaps go after Trubisky.

*Seattle only had 3 picks last season!

Cowturd also guaranteed Wilson would win a Super Bowl for Denver. He thinks he can play another 7-8yrs there..

Seattle made out like Bandits with that trade.

Shelby Harris is really going to put them over the top lol. he had a career high 6.5 sacks last year - his aged 30 season. So great that he got 6-7 seasons to prove he is just about average.

They did at least recoup some draft capital from their idiotic Jamal Adam’s trade. It all depends on what they do to rebuild. But yea on paper they certainly made out better. I don’t think Wilson is putting the Broncos over the top.

I hope Lock gets a fair shot at the starting job. Supposedly Seattle really likes Matt Corral as well.

I really wish bridgewater, Smiff and idler arm would just disappear from the league - especially Smiff. Bridgwater and Idler arm are decent backup options.

Cowherd is a joke - I’ve listened him more than I have ever wanted to over the past 7 months as a co worker will play his show. The guy is just a loser.

Those 3 will have Josh Johnson level staying power. It's ridiculous!

I've listened to him more than normal during "quarantine". Sadly only thing he has going for him is lack of ebonics. He's a stereotypical Leftist from West Coast.

At minimum it looks like Seattle has 3 starters and some wiggle room Draft wise after stupid Adams trade. Maybe they'll actually play some of the White LBs they've stockpiled next season, HA!

After this trade, it is possible that the Broncos end up being blacker than the Seahawks. They’d have to draft an Olineman or two, but Seattle could improve. Denver just seems to get worse and worse.

I always follow Josey Jewell as closely as I can. He's the only notable White player left on the Broncos now. The Denver media is speculating about whether the Broncos will re-sign Jewell or not as his rookie contract is up and he's coming back from an injury-ruined season. He's been a very good inside linebacker for them as even Pro Football Focus ranks him very highly, but he's been crapped on since he was drafted. The DWFs and fake news media will never forgive him for running a 4.8 at the Combine, as if that perpetually negates all the good things he does in the NFL. "He's athletically limited," they whine over and over.

If Jewell is purged then they'll be down to whatever White o-linemen start for them, so yes the Broncos are definitely becoming reminiscent of Pete's Plantation. Maybe Elway has been hitting the sauce extra hard these past few years, what a cuck.

George Paton is the GM of the Broncos now. Elway certainly blackened the roster but Paton is putting the icing on the cake (he brought in Bridgewater last year).

Elway is still the president of football operations, and he's the legendary John Elway after all, so I'm sure he still exerts influence on the direction of the organization. At any rate this is the Seahawks thread and we're getting away from it.

I agree that Seattle got the better end of the trade. They can rebuild for the future through the draft. Lock is a good quarterback with the potential to become even
better if a team will just set up an offense around him and be patient. Trubisky would also be a nice addition for Seattle. We will see how it all plays out.

Rumor is that the Seahawks may be going after Watson - replacing a quota with a quota

Borghi is mocked to go to seattle constantly and he met with them… awesome fit because they want to run the ball a lot this year and every other RB on the roster is INSANELY injury prone. Like guys who are only good for a handful of weeks.

If I were Seattle I would trade for Baker Mayfield. I'd offer a low draft pick and ask Cleveland to pick up part of his salary. Then I would draft Matt Corral in the draft, if available. If Corral wasn't available I'd draft Kenny Pickett.

This would give them three shots at a franchise quarterback.. Lock, Mayfield and Corral or Pickett.

I think Mayfield makes the most sense. He's a proven starter in the league, turned around an awful Browns franchise. The drop off between a healthy Mayfield and Russell Wilson wouldn't be terrible.

As a Seahawks fan, give me Max Borghi late (they met with him and like him), Carson strong, and Leo Chenel and that’s the perfect draft imo. They can easily stink it up by reaching for some shitty black edge per usual or drafting one of the black QBs

Laugh of the Day:

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Geno Smith is "still ahead" of Drew Lock in the team's quarterback competition.
Carroll added the caveat that "it’s not going to be too much for Drew to be caught up." “By the time we get through camp he’ll be there," Carroll said of Lock, continuing an offseason of effusive praise for the QB Seattle acquired in their blockbuster trade with Denver. "He’s really bright. It makes sense to him. He’s really sharp in the huddle and at the line of scrimmage and all of that. So it’s just time that he needs, and there’s nothing we can do but gain some more of that.” Smith was passable in 2021 as the team's starter while Russell Wilson was sidelined with a finger injury. Smith had the NFL's fourth highest completion rate over expected during his month-long run as the Seahawks starter. The fantasy prospects for Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf would be far brighter with Smith under center in 2022.

I'm predicting 2 starters on Pete's Plantation. Their Center and possibly Barton at LB. Geno Smiff benefiting from that Black Privilege. Sticking around for a decade in the League, despite being terrible. Yeah America is so racist.

* Also I'd avoid taking any Seahawks in FF. Let's be real here.

WR Cody Thompson is on the Seahawks roster. He clearly has the talent to play in the NFL. Let's hope he gets a fair chance in Seattle.

the author of this dribble is a beta white cuck.

Geno Smith playing the race card is absurd. He’s been one of the worst QBs and a grifter that has been gifted backup jobs for years when he should be out the the league.

I’d post the whole article here and tear it apart however I’m on my phone and am unable to do so. I’ll probably end up tracking down the beta’s email address and destroy this article for him.

Tim Weaver, author of Leonardfan's piece. Lol. The man looks synthetic. It could be that tonight they will infuse his servo motors with more synthetic androgens in the Westworld warehouse.

That's funny. He looks like a prototype of the coming "Great Reset Man" if Klaus Schwab and the rest of his merry band of soulless psychopaths have their way -- part NPC drone, part android. And being from Seattle, he just may be.

Even with Klaus Schwab, who doesn't look at him and think of Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies? From comedy to real life horror. These guys like Gates, Schwab, Soros, Fauci, etc.etc. also remind me of the villains in the James Bond movies.

Meanwhile, Cody’s teammate in college, Dionte Johnson, is asking for nearly 20 million per year......Look up their stats lurkers.....Cody is bigger, just as fast and had similar stats in college......Who wants whitey? It’s a short list, for sure.

Dionte also has one of highest drop rates in football. But he's very explosive on 1 yard routes! lol

What a surprising endorsement, not:

(thehuddle) Seattle Seahawks QB Geno Smith got an endorsement for the starting job from former teammate and free-agent LB K.J. Wright. 'I'll tell you not Baker Mayfield,' Wright said. 'Not Drew Lock. We ain't gonna play those games. I'm team Geno all day.' Wright went on to explain why Smith is his choice. 'Geno was good.. He was scout team quarterback. The dude has a cannon for an arm. He's intellectual, you know, having those two-minute drills during practice throughout the week, the man can play. Just trust him, just trust Geno.'
