Sabby had a nice game last week, he even managed to scoop up a fumble and score a 26 yard TD. i hope he stays healthy, and shows his talent. Bucs need their white safety!

Sabby is a BIG safety. I think he is what 6'3 225? He ran in the 4.5 range too look for him to be big in the near fututre.

I remember watching the combine two years ago and seeing this kid. HE's 6'3 220+ and was chiseled as hell! I'll try finding it, not to sweat him just for his body, but to be that big and chiseled, and with that much speed its scary. I hope him and Tommy Z both have great years along with Leonhard in NY!

The mandatory hatred of the media and DWFs for any white defensive back on any teamnot named John Lynch is already being evidenced in Tampa with the scapegoating of Piscitelli after exactly one game of the regular season:

Bucs' Piscitelli knows he has target on his chest

Man alive! How many black DBs get burned every week for TDs? It would be more than I could count on both hands, I'm sure. I hate the Caste System and the DWFs that help prop it up.

I saw a bit of Playbook on the Ocho Cinco Channel tonight, and Sterling Sharpe lit into Sabby, blaming his solely for the long Dallas TD to Roy Williams. If I remember correctly, he opened the attack by saying, "This is the only time you're gonna see Sabby Piscatelli on the highlight show."

Same old tired song, and so, so obvious.

Sterling Sharpe is a bumbling moron. Noone wants to listen to his ebonics. The fact that this idiot was hired as a commentator shows you the power of affirmitive action.

You're confusing Sterling with his brother Shannon. Sterling is quite well-spoken. Shannon is the one who doesn't speak English.Sterling refused to talk to the media at all as a player, but obviously the folks whodo the hiringat the Ocho Cinco Channel don't hold grudges against that sort of thing, though I don't think we'll see the MLB Network show any interest in hiring Steve Carlton any time soon.

I hope he doesn't get the same treatment that Kevin Kaesviharn got with the Saints. The guy was a huge upgrade at the safety position over Josh Bullocks allowing the Saints to run more zone coverage, covering up some of the cornerback's bad play, (of course you can't cover them all up, just reduce the amount) and the fact that the Saints had two overpaid overweight defensive ends didnt help. It gave opposing quarterbacks all the time in the world to find an open receiver.

He gave up one big play that technically cost The Saints one game, but the reason why it was so close is that numerous other black defensive back's gave up big plays and touchdowns, yet his mistake stuck out in people's minds. He was released after last year.

Somehow he was responsible for all of the Saints defensive problems, along with Scott Shanle (who Saints fans swear he gave up big plays but cant remember any, just vague mentionings of "missing tackles left and right" and "making tackles 12 yards down the field" (he won the defensive MVP for the Saints last year and had a very good season), along with Scott Fujita, who was nicked up all season but still played well.

This is what happens when Whites rarely get to play skill positions, every single mistake they make is magnified despite black skill players being horrible all the time, plenty are much worse.

It is like they have to be near perfect to have fan approval. It is either pro bowl level or not allowed to play (I think most of the starting White defensive ends in the league have all been to the pro bowl, or at least played on a pro bowl level). John Lynch is a future hall of famer.

If the Bucs have a losing season I am sure many drunk white fans will mention this one game and Piscitelli. I hope he shakes it off and plays on a very high level.

I can't believe there are multiple articles on this. If only I could get paid for having a newspaper or magazine that just wrote about every single mistake an afflete made that affected the outcome of the game. It would be a very long list.Edited by: dwid

so far Sabby's getting some of that treatment from fans... read here, if you search for Sabby on Bucs boards there's a lot of complaining... now, i haven't seen a game so i don't know how justified that is, but it sure as hell started.

there's more

A white safety in the NFL is responsible for cleaning up terrible corner play by the negro. A black safety in the NFL just has to do his job and needs support from the negro corners. Sabby is in a tough situation, because if he stops a receiver or runner that gets behind a lousy defense then no problem, but when he is constantly put into disaster mode because his corners can't cover anyone, the fans will blame him for not stopping the play becasue they can't fathom the idea that their negro gods are incompetent.

I guarentee all the black defensive backs on the team are against him. This is another reason why I think white skill position players get demoted. The blacks on the team turn on him and blame him for the teams losses. Then the coach has no choice but to replace him with an afflete. If you add the DWF into the mix you have a perfect example of a disaster for a white player.

Oops! I guess I did confuse the two. I pay so little attention to the commentators because of their negative comments about white players.

By the way here is SI evaluation of Sabby. Overall it seems pretty fair to me.

POSITIVES: Opportunistic free safety who flashes brilliance. Displays good awareness facing the action, is fast to the flanks in coverage and gets vertical to defend the pass. Displays sideline-to-sideline range, diagnoses the action.

NEGATIVES: Not efficient, takes poor angles to the action and is not a sure-handed tackler. Occasionally blows coverage assignments in centerfield.

ANALYSIS: Offering outstanding size/speed numbers, Piscitelli has the measurables to be a first-round choice yet seems capable of much more on the field. Will generate a wide variety of opinions with most thinking he must turn up the intensity to have an NFL career.Edited by: whiteathlete33

This reminds me of some DWF posts in some thread saying,
"Eric Weddle can't cover for his life."
One fan mentioned that,
"Weddle leading the Chargers in tackles shows how bad he is."

"Hello moron, he's a safety not a CB!"

Safeties don't usually cover a WR man to man (they occasionally cover the slot WR and they sometimes cover the TE), but they often have to come up to help stop the run or to blitz. I watched Weddle a few times last year and he made lots of saving tackles on running plays and made tackles after a TE or WR beat SOMEONE ELSE. He didn't have a lot of big plays, but he did get a good number of pass deflections and was only a rookie."

It's considered a fact in sociology that the first thing people notice is a person's outward characteristics (race, gender, if they're short or have a disability). This "proves" that the things fans see the most with white players is their race. Whites are so few and far between at most positions. We actually have a literal "text book" sociological argument on our side here. Most fans don't even watch the defense much they just follow the player with the ball, so when whitey makes the tackle it's,
"get that damn white boy off the field!"

As Martha Stewart says,
"you just don't fit in."
Well actually Martha, maybe you would (GM of decorating NFL stadiums?) most of us aren't convicted felons, but you'd fit in just fine in the National Felon League...lol!

from rotoworld...

The Buccaneers will host free agent S Sean Jones on Thursday.

Coach Raheem Morris is intent on replacing incumbent SS Sabby Piscitelli. The Bucs have also been connected to Gibril Wilson and Brodney Pool. Ideally, Piscitelli would be the Bucs' third safety while focusing on special teams.

Yeah, we wouldn't want Sabby to have to focus too much on SS duties, when he can primarily focus on being a "special teams demon" which is where his caste places him.

I had Sabby on my CF-LL Fantasy Football team. He's a solid Safety, so I'm hoping he doesn't get the old caste-shaft.

Piscatelli'sfate was sealed in his very first game as a starter last season when he was beaten on a play or two. He was immediately made the scapegoat for the awful team he was playing for (see the headlines in the 5th post above). He was given no learning curve, instead becoming an instant whipping boy for the DWFs and media, and also apparently head coach "Raheem."

Yeah.. Raheem's dream team is in the process. Hopefully Sabby can take his talents elsewhere and start.

Gibril Wilson was a bust last year for the Dolphins...but that's OK because he's an afflete...Brodney Pool is nothing special either...

Here's hoping Sabby can land on a team that actually has a chance to make the playoffs!

I hope that Sabby gets out of Tampa altogether, and that Raheem can then put together his all-afflete dream team, with not a single white player. They can then go for the 0-16 to match the Lions of a couple of years ago. I would LOVE to see the ALL black Tampa Bay team, and see them suck, which they would. It would be a fantastic example and argument for us.
