He is alright but nothing special. The men he has been fighting a very marginal fighters at best, or, to be more polite, they are fighters that are closer to the lower levels of boxing qualifications.
He throws his jab like some kid's boxing toy. I watched him actually "place" his jab straight out without the rest of his body moving with it. Honestly, the jab and right that follows it looked amateurish and he stands too sqare to his opponents. I am not saying that to be provocative -it is just what I see. And he needs to start a very serious calisthenics regime for he looks soft and weak.
The good side of him is he is very tall, has a long reach, seems to have good hand speed, and can move a bit on his feet. The top big men in the division would all drive right over him and the good smaller men would deflate him like a baloon. I would say he needs a good trainer who can work with him in a creative way and teach him professional boxing skills for the tall, big man. Good luck to him and I wish him well as I know he is going to need it.
