Wow! That didn't take long.

Rick Sanchez lost his job at CNN on Friday, just 24 hours after giving a satellite radio interview in which he called Jon Stewart a "bigot"Â￾ and suggested that Jews run CNN and other media companies.

"Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company,"Â￾ CNN said in a statement. "We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well."

CNN said it would broadcast CNN Newsroom from 3-5pm for the foreseeable future.

The CNN host has been the frequent butt of "Daily Show" jokes, which may have contributed to his ill-considered comments yesterday on Pete Dominick's satellite radio show.

First, Sanchez called Jon Stewart a "bigot,"Â￾ though he walked the comments back a bit later.

Dominick: "How is he a bigot?"

Sanchez: "I think he looks at the world through, his mom, who was a school teacher, and his dad, who was a physicist or something like that. Great, I'm so happy that he grew up in a suburban middle class New Jersey home with everything you could ever imagine."

Dominick: "What group is he bigoted towards?"

Sanchez: "Everybody else who's not like him. Look at his show, I mean, what does he surround himself with?"

Then he suggested that CNN is run by Jews.

"I'm telling you that everybody who runs CNN is a lot like Stewart, and a lot of people who run all the other networks are a lot like Stewart, and to imply that somehow they, the people in this country who are Jewish, are an oppressed minority? Yeah," Sanchez said.

CNN fired Octavia Nasr this summer for a tweet expressing respect for a Lebanese cleric tied to Hezbollah who had died.

He's right. The Jews are overrepresented, but they most likely support Sanchez's views on things like immigration and affirmative action. Jon Stewart is no Tea Party supporter. I haven't watched Stewart's show lately, but from past viewing I am sure he makes fun of the Tea party and is a big supporter of Hispanics and blacks.

I'm glad this cornholewas fired because he'sanother of those rather obscure, over-caffeinated pitbulls on the cable networks, much like Dylan Ratigan, who love to smear anyone to the right of GOP's so-called conservative wing. He's a pro-totalitarian type so it's good to see him get a taste of his own medicine.

Maybe he thought he was untouchable as he was a handsome "minority". I don't get how he thought he could talk about the "special minority", that is at least a plurality if not a majority in his business.....

I don't watch CNN and have no clue who Sanchez is, but one thing is for certain, you cannot point out the PTB in this country without repercussions.

A useful service to Mr. Sanchez and others would be a chart listing relative status and corresponding limits to criticism and complaint. We could call it the 'Some Are More Equal' chart. Suitable for framing.

A white Cuban with higher status than a Jew? What was Mr. Sanchez thinking? He demonstrated some understanding of hierarchy by his reference to 'little Puerto Rican' but failed to see the larger picture. Who can blame him though? It's getting very complex.

At least I know my place. Way, way down at the bottom of the chart. No complaints. No criticism. Life is so much better that way.

I just heard Sanchez's views and while they aren't pc, there is no way he was talking about conspiracy theories with Jews pushing buttons and gentiles at their bidding. All he said was Jews haven't been an oppressed minority in about 2 generations. Not really that earth shattering, but he talked out of turn and threatened the establishment. For that he lost his parking pass and his keys to the ivory tower....

Doesn't firing someone for alluding to Jewish influence kind of prove their point?

I agree, if he accused Irish Americans of running the news media would this have happened?

I'm glad he pointed out the Jews in the news media, but fortunately the regular news media is losing its status day after day to the uncontrollable internet!

Sanchez getting fired for such a tame comment (on satellite radio, which has no liseners) is more evidence of how intolerant the Ruling Class has become to even the meakest of criticisms.

As Don said, it's always so beautifully ironic when an "Anti-White Professional" is victimized by their own set of race-based "rules."

Only tribesmen can allude to the (true) control of das juden...without repercussions. I also wasn't familiar with this Sanchez mug, so I'll defer to Don's analysis (on him). Dare ye not call out the Zionist power!

Yes, "jews have no power," thats' why if you suggest that they do have power, you either have to make a groveling apology or get fired.

No Jewish Power here...skyeah...right

Yes it does. No, we don't run the media -- and just for saying we do, you'll never work in media again!

If only he had railed against "white Americans" in terms of disproportionate power. He could have called Stewart a "white boy" or a "suburbanite Caucasian" with little fear. Oh, he may have had to endure a raise in pay!

I'm actually wondering why he even brought the subject up. He had to know the consequences. Did he think he was safe because of his ethnicity? Or did he think no one would hear the remarks? Or was he dumb enough to think class antagonism trumped angering the Jewish media establishment? Anyway it is amusing to even have the multi-culti hacks pointing this out.

He did rail against Stewart's upper middle class background. He said Stewart has never endured the hardship he did because his father was a professor, while Sanchez's father was a labourer. I think his eluding to Jews being 30 percent plus of upper management in the media was his downfall.

Your right he said they ran CNN and virtually all of the other media outlets. Really I think he was talking in generalities. Or at least I hope he was...

Rick "Dirty" Sanchez and Helen Thomas should co author a book titled,

"How to make Enemies, Alienate Yourself whilst Speaking the Truth About the Tribe, then Lose Your Job."

A top ten best seller for sure.

Rush "I Am NeoCon, Hear Me Roar"Â￾ Limbaugh kept calling Sanchez an "anti-Semitic bigot"Â￾ on his show yesterday. He agreed with his instant termination from CNN. Rush, despite knowing the truth, was "bought and paid for"Â￾ long ago.

Rush is a fiery liberal with concern to racial matters (and almost everything else)....and the little corporate drug addict thinks he's the "voice"Â￾ of conservatism. What institution remains to "be conserved"Â￾ anyway? Certainly not Limbaugh's hilariously titled "Excellence In Broadcasting Network."Â￾

Hey Thrashen, I listened to a bit of the Limbaugh show yesterday and didn't hear any of that. Rush apparently didn't really care what Sanchez said, he just laughed that he was turned out by his fellow "libs". Rush also carries a grudge as Sanchez was one of the many who spread the falsehoods about him when he was joining an ownership group trying to buy the Rams. Here is the transcript of the segment about Rick Sanchez. The only place where he refers to Sanchez as a anti-semitic bigot is the last line concerning Sanchez' future job prospects: "We're not gonna be keeping a sharp eye on it, but this is just one of these sweet justice kind of things. There are plenty of anti-Semitic, bigoted news outlets on the left that would welcome an anti-Semitic bigot, plus an idiot. I mean you gotta be an idiot to be in the Drive-By Media these days and he fits totally."

Thanks for finding the transcript, FBD.

So according to Rush, there are plenty of "Drive-By"Â￾ news agencies that are Anti-Semitic? Perhaps in a parallel universe such lunacy would accurate. His lies are getting more preposterous as his bank account swells.

I remember when the loud-mouthed Reverend Jeremiah Wright was quoted as speaking ill of "Zionists,"Â￾ and Rush came the rescue"¦once again, denouncing the iniquity of Anti-Semitism.

Rush is so dedicated to "old fashioned conservative values"Â￾ that he's been married four times (divorced 3 times) and has produced exactly zero white children. I suppose he was too busy "saving"Â￾ us simpletons from the evils of liberalism, feminism, Marxism, etc. He has allowed himself to become a victim of all these -isms.

Yes I never understood why Rush never had any kids, especially when you have that kind of money and you could definitely afford them. Like others have mentioned, I will give him credit for bringing up issues that others don't touch, and says things about minorities that others won't dare to. But yes he is very much in favor of Jews and thinks they are oppressed, and reeks of being somewhat of a DWF as well. Though he did correctly say the media wants to see black quarterbacks succeed.
