Listening to 610AM Sport Radio in Philly, it appears most of the callers are placing most of the blame on McNabb for coming up short, literally. He underthrew or overthrew are the big complaints. The defense is 2nd to blame for the loss. Not much being said about Curtis, Celek or Akers. Funny but the talk show hosts still need to dig on Kevin Kolb, as not being a reliable backup QB. huh???
Deion Sanders, who is friends with McNabb, is stating emphatically on the NFL Network that McNabb won't be back with Philly. He went through the poor ol' Donovan routine, saying how the fans have subjected McNabb and his family to too many indignities and McNabb will tell ownership he isn't coming back. He added that McNabb is in the same company as Peyton Manning and Tom Brady and they would never be subjected to the same type of criticism as poor ol' Donovan is put through.ÂÂ
Steve Mariucci of course agreed with Sanders that McNabb is right there with Manning and Brady. Rich Eisen then piped in, repeating the absurd media mantra that Kevin Kolb "can't cut it," after playing all of one half of one game against the tough Ravens defense.
Mariucci and Sanders also both agreed that there was no pass interference on Kevin Curtis on the 4th and 10 play.  The NFL Network is nothing but Caste clowns.ÂÂ
