I guess he figured out that Paterno likes his QB's dark.

Delaware will welcome him with open arms, and Penn State will probably miss him. Devlin has shown that he clearly has ability.

I think he made a smart move.
 
Deleware=QB-University. They make a living out of giving ex D1 qb's a shot! I like it great choice with Flacco's NFL success
 
Delaware is always a good team they should move to divsion 1 and replace Temple.
 
Delaware crushed South Dakota State, 26-3.

When Delaware faces their Atlantic Coast rivals, I really hope Devlin has monster performances.

Aaron Corp's Richmond -vs- Devlin's Delaware should favor Devlin, IMO.
 
Devlin had zero TD passes, but he had a nice game: 14-21 for 240 yards and an INT.

Delaware won 34-13.
 
Devlin is back already!

He was 20-36 for 283 yards and a TD pass, as Delaware defeated Maine by a score of 26-7, to remain undefeated.

I bet JoPa is missin' him about now... Devlin made a smart transfer, a smart transfer!
 
After defeating Rhode Island, Delaware is now 7-0 on the season.

And, in other FCS news, James Madison lost (at home) to New Hampshire.
 
Devlin had a big game (23-32 for 293 yards and a TD), but Delaware lost at William & Mary...

Delaware demolished an overmatched Towson team, 48-0... Devlin was 29-38 for 318 yards and a TD pass; he also added a rushing TD!

Good luck in the FCS playoffs!
 
EXCELLENT game for Devlin as Delaware defeats UMASS... he was 16-22 for 240 yards and 4 TD passes!

And 8 rushes for 55 yards (34 long).
 
Thanks for the updates deadlift...Devlin is really being forgotten as a prospect...nice to see he is playing very well.
 
In a 42-20 win over Lehigh, Devlin was 19-26 for 256 yards and 4 TDs and ZERO picks!!
 
Congrats to Devlin for taking Delaware to the FCS Championship contest!
