The worst thing about last night was that I wasted an entire evening messing with junk streams trying to watch some boring trash hyped up fight between two little shrimps that I wasn't even interested in in the first place.

Same here. The only reason I "watched" was the miniscule chance that Manny would win. I predicted a Floyd UD and Manny actually did better than I thought he would.

I too regret having watched it.

My better judgment told me to go to bed after the Lomachenko fight (I had to get up very early on Sunday morning to do something important). I thought the "main event" would very likely be not worth seeing, because Mayweather would be given a decision win, even if he doesn't deserve it.

But like the above poster, I thought there was a tiny chance Manny might stop the woman-beater.

Pretty much all Mayweather did during the fight was RUN. Pacquiao was unable to break through his defense but should have been awarded more rounds for at least trying to make a fight of it.

Yet notice the huge disconnect between how the media portrays him and his level of support from the crowd at this event. The crowd at this event were vociferous in their support for Manny and just as vociferous in their disapproval and dislike of Mayweather. It was very palpable.

Remember, this was an event that was held in Amerika, where Mayweather was born, against an opponent from a foreign country...and probably 95% of the people in the crowd were rooting adamantly for the foreigner. I'm hoping this is a further indication of "negro-fatigue".

Yes, I noticed the exact same thing. I watched the fight with some Filipino friends at a British pub in Banff, Canada. The patrons were mainly British or Australian guys and it literally seemed like every single person in the pub was supporting Manny.

I think Floyds only fans are other black Americans and hardcore wiggers/ Jewish supremacists.

Even Teddy Atlas said after the fight "you can take those ridiculous punch stats, and throw them in this swimming pool behind me. I KNOW who threw more punches, and I KNOW who landed more." Of course he then explained how Mayweathers punches were the "eye catching" "more flashy" punches.

The greed and marketing of this fight as the fight of the century when it wasn't really better than other top PPV caliber fights or top non PPV fights like Klitschko vs Haye actually reminded me of a long con movie like the Sting. There never has been a compelling fight from two 35+ competitors in the history of boxing. At times Maneee seemed too gassed to do anything but follow Mayweather around the ring like a lost puppy, until he got his energy levels up. Also ever since Mayweather moved up to welterweight he has become the classic stinker. He is basically Hector Camacho with less colorful clothes. IMO the fight played out like I thought it would, Floyd will only fight guys he is 90 percent certain he can beat.

Whenever I hear about "pound for pound rankings" I get angry. "Pound for pound" rankings were invented as a space filler in Harry Fleischer's Ring magazine, as if the giant font and pictures didn't waste enough space. This bookie website already has the rematch listed for Dec. 31st and the odds 4 1/2 to 1 in favor of the little Las Vegas anthropoid. It says 12/31 2016 but maybe they meant 2015. Do they know something we don't know? I can't wait for this great event, and I will be perfectly willing to pay the same amount I paid to see the first one to see this one, that is nothing at all.
