Ought to do some heavy conditioning

I think people here should do more heavy
conditioning and training. Obviously, we are not all going to
play football, but maybe we should try triathlons and such. We
should also work on improving our own 40 yard dash times and bench
presses, not to play in the NFL but to give the site a new aspect that
is beneficial to white athletes(and all athletes).

Starting tomorrow(it is 10:00 pm now) I am going to
post my specific workouts for the day and see how fast I run.

Today, I ran(not jogged) 5 miles and did plyometrics with
windsprints. My 40 yard dash(after the 5 mile run!!!) was
5.5.

Whites should certainly get more exercise, especially weight training, since strength is an area where whites tend to be genetically superior to other races. But only if you train! I notice how the young ******* bucks mostly seem to be rather muscular, while alot whites seem rather skinny. Now it can't be genetic, as whites win most strength events, rather, it's the fact that the blacks, whatever their other faults, actually will get on a weightpile religously.

Also, all whites should train in effective martial arts, from a young age if possible, because that's the most important aspect of athletic superiority for maintaing our race. Being able to fight and make our racial enemies pay for abusing whites is if anything more important than being able to outsprint 'em.

I agree with everything said here. As far as blacks being more muscular than whites on average, that's true, but one thing I've noticed is that a significant portion of those muscular looking blacks aren't as strong as they look. For example, when I was attending graduate school I sometimes saw Olympic gold medal winner Roger Kingdom in the main university gym. He was cut, but man he couldn'tmove much weight at all.


Young whites who are alienated from the system are often the spindliest looking. Their anger and cynicism is usually directedtoward self-destructive lifestyles and modes of behavior. If only a lotmore would takeout their frustrationsby working out like warriors and pursuing sports and knowledge with a vengeance.

June 22: Benched 10 reps at 185. Benched 5 reps at 195. 1 rep at 205.

Squatted 10 reps at 225. Squatted 3 at 300.

Various Dumbell exercises/



June 23: I ran some today( about 2 miles) and then I hit the
track. I ran a 5.5 forty again. I also swam a mile.
Plyometrics for one half an hour from Adam Archuleta's "Freak of
Training"



June 24: same as June 22.



June 25: Not much. Went sailing and played golf. Hey, I didn't take a cart so that's something.

Martial arts are a very common pastime for whites I
have noticed. A lot of people take Akido and Judo classes.
They do not train to be UFC guys, but they take it for fun.

June 26- Hit the bench press. 3 sets of ten reps at 185. 1 set of 5 reps at 205. I am improving.

Ran 6 miles in 50 minutes.



June 27- Did plyometrics. Cannot due low-squat footjumps for 1
minute. I did them for half a minute twice. Did altude
drops and Full squat jumps. Did 2 sets of 50 pushups and one set
of 60.



June 28- 3 sets of 5 bench press at 205. One rep at 210.

&nbs p; Ran 3 miles with no time.



June 29- Tried military press. Did 3 sets of 50 sit ups. I also did 100 crunches.



June 30- Not much. Its raining.

June 30, drove most of the day, really worked the steering wheel and gas pedal.

Watched TV, good aerobic workout from laughing at "Everybody Loves Raymond" rerun.

Surfed the web for a couple of hours, got heart rate up by reading posts from "fistfighter" and news stories about white hate crime of guys defending themselves from theives.

Carbed' up with chips and beer for 9 hour "fast" (sleep)

Looking to take it easier tomorrow.

Just joking, keep up the good work, lift some weight for me too!

Lifting weights is great in addition to sprinting and
plyometrics.One of the best workouts is to just run
the stairs at your local high school or college.This
separates the men from the boys.Running hills is also
very good for endurance and strength.I have always
believed that basketball and tennis are great all around
workouts for the body.Keep up the good work guys.

I have been eating better over the last month, and have shed a few pounds. Still walking regularly and beginning to feel healthier too. Getting some compliments from the ladies isn't hurting either!

Looking to start running short distances soon. With light asthma, I'll have to ease into it, but I'll overcome that.

For those looking to improve the 40 yard do not run laps or jog miles first. This is not a good warm-up but will slow down progress. Instead follow a dynamic warm-up system that involves lunges, butt-kicks, frankenstein walks, and step and reaches to name a few. These rev the body up and prepare the nervous system for what you are about to do. Then do five 10 yard runs with left hand forward and then 5 with right hand forward. Then dofour 20 yard runs with your strongest side. Then dofive 40 yard dashes while being timed. When your time starts to decrease stop running and rest. It wont improve your speed to burn out but may improve your conditioning.

It is true blacks do follow their workout more religiously than whites. Most are poor and have uneducated parents and don't have the money to go watch movies and eat out. They know the only way they can make it is to excel at sports and this means weight training.

My goals for the new year is to drop from 260 down to 230, improve my forty from 4.85 to 4.7, and improve my vert from 30 to 35 inches. My position now is defensive end but at 5'10I dont have the height colleges want.IfI meet all goals I'll try to move to tailback. So far I've only got intrest from D-3 schools. The problem is I did not get my game tapes from my former college until a few weeks ago well into the recruting season.

I am going to start lifting and running again. Hopefully, I can get down to 140 lbs but be even stronger. I am about 165 right now.

I am going to concentrate more on reps and speed then pure strength and maxes this time. Now that my football career is over, I can start thinking about just being a good all around athlete. As an undersized lineman, I really felt pressure to put on weight.Edited by: Freedom

Good afternoon gentlemen.

I'd just like to say that it's my belief that the best workout in the world is just plain walking. When I went in the Marine Corps (many yrs ago now), I thought we'd be doing all sorts of calisthenics (this was long before weight training). I was really surprised when we hardly did any calisthenics at all and no stretching (unheard of then). What we did do was get out on the parade deck every morning about eight and do close order drill until the early evening in the South Carolina sun (July, Aug. and Sept.) The few times we did do strength contests, pushups, pullups, standing broad jumps, etc. we found out just what incredible shape we were in and all do to walking with a rifle everyday in the heat. Plus, 95% of everything we did was outdoors of course. I strongly suggest that whatever method you choose to work out, that you do as much as you can outside.

After boot camp, we went on to "grad school" in S.E. Asia. The big difference was that we did even more walking under a much hotter sun with 50 lbs on our backs and stayed outdoors for most of a year.

There is no conditioning that could equal that. Everything else is childs play.

That's all anybody has to do is get out and walk and they'll be in superior shape, plus it's free. Maybe you could walk to work.

Its the same in germany with the arab immigrants, most of them are muscular, they box, lift weights etc. Us white guys all look like scrawny losers by comparison.

The reason for this is because the white kids actually spend a lot of time reading and studying. Reading and working hard in school ( and especially college) is much more important than working out. Having big arms aint gonna get you a mercedes. Any idiot can hit the gym every day and get big and ripped. It takes a real man to control yourself and force yourself to read and study. Its much more difficult to excel in college and the workplace than it is to excel in working out. Because working out is fun. Studying aint.

For every black guy ( or arab in my case

) with a good body you see, theres a white kid sitting at home working out his brain, and in 5 years time that muscular black kid is gonna be washing the white kids SLK.
My kids are gonna be nerds first, jocks second.

Well, I started the long road back into shape. I've continued to play basketball and do a few sets here and there since graduating high school ten years ago, but my diet has been poor, and I had a few years there where I really hit the bottle. At 18, I was 5'6, 165lbs 360 squat, 210 power clean, 230 bench, 210 incline and ran a 4.5 40 - decent. Now, same height, 200 lbs. Bench 200, incline 200, squat around 250 or 260, power clean about 190, scared to check the 40 but I'm the quickest fat guy around.

It's ridiculous. Did a "buckeye" squat workout today, 3 sets of lunges, 3 sets of calves, abs, and played 1 hr. of basketball. I've got a long way to go, but I'm going to give it a shot.

I am going to start a new all around fitness program aimed at all around conditioning, tomorrow and I think bodybuilding.com is a pretty good site. There are some really inspiring stories on that site.

I lift 4 times a week, train for Football on Sunday's and do cardio once or twice a week, at the moment i am only 5'10 191lbs and i just turned 18, my goal is to weigh 230lbs at under 14% BF. Does anyone have any good tips for packing on muscle mass and weight (not fat).

im not sure, but 230 at 5'10'' sounds a little big, i dunno if you can get there without having some fat on you. like if you looked at the rbs at the combine, most of the ones at that height who were over 215-220 had some fat around the stomach area (except for chris henry and brian leonard from what i saw). but i guess it depends what position you're training for that would determine if its better to have the extra weight or the extra speed

Well i am a SS/LB tweener, i really just wanna pack on as much bulk and muscle as possible, if it is impossible to get that heavy so be it, but i want to get as big as possible. London Fletcher is 5'9 and weighs 230-240 and so is John Abbate, i dont mind that much if i carry a little xtra fat.
