An article entitled "Obamacare To Cost American Families $15,200 A Year"

With the November elections coming up fast, it would be a good time to take another look at Obamacare and what a burden it will be â€"right in the middle of a serious economic Depression. Despite the illusions of many people in America, Obamacare is nothing less than FORCING most working Americans to buy health care insurance. We're already shelling out a lot of money for mandatory car insurance even though people somehow got by without car insurance until about 1975. The insurance companies however buy crooked politicians and hence we have mandatory car insurance and soon mandatory health care insurance. How much will this wind up costing us? A lot. Below is an article from CNS giving some alarming details. â€"James Buchanan

An article entitled "Huge Defeat for Obamacare"

For years, I've been telling people to be optimistic. The enemy is not all powerful and we can defeat them on a variety of issues. The latest victory doesn't come from Congress, where the Tea Party just gained an impressive foothold. It comes from a federal court and a federal judge, who actually has some respect for the US Constitution.

If you couldn't pay for the newly mandated health care, the Obama regime was going to "generously"Â￾ let you get away with a $1,900 fine every year â€"which assumes that all the people who couldn't shell out $1,000 per month for crappy HMO-type health insurance, will have an extra $1,900 laying around they can give to the insatiable federal black hole.

i want Obamacare just so i can get a better picture of who the biggest liars are. i will say this, if the cost goes down i'm giving up on all the tea party and Republican doomsayers who claim the CBO is lying. regardless of what happens i want to see the HMOs kept on a short leash. the "for profit" model is great but i have misgivings about it being applied to the health of americans. if left to their own devices HMO's would raise prices every year and deny any claim til the patient is dead.

I must fail. If the federal gov't can dictate that one must by health insurance, what is the next thing the govern
ent will "demand" u buy? It is the beginning of the all powerful government, hence less individual freedoM
in the future. I believe obamacare will cave in on itself, if not funded by this congress.

i hear you Westside. but i will judge Obamacare by what happens. i'm thru speculating. i can't get a good read on it at all. i don't trust Dems with the financial numbers and i don't trust republicans because they offer ZERO in terms of alternatives. the other day i saw an interview with Michelle Bachman and she was asked what recourse would those americans that have pre-existing conditions have if Obamacare was revoked. she just said that the free market would find free market solutions. i thought to myself, this woman is an idiot! the free market solution is to deny healthcare to anyone that needs it. that's what happens when you're too old and too sick. HMO's try to drop you like the plague. that doesn't seem right to me.

(NaturalNews) If Obamacare is everything the administration claims it
to be, then why are government officials secretly handing out exemption
waivers to friends and insiders
?

A Washington Times report
explains that since the health care bill was passed last year, the U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has issued at 733
exemptions-and-counting to friends of the White House in order to
shelter them from the massive insurance rate hikes that the rest of
America will get stuck paying, that is if the bill is not overturned or
declared unconstitutional.<div style="border: medium none ; overflow: ; color: rgb0, 0, 0; : transparent; text-align: left; text-decoration: none;">

You're misrepresenting the market process. No one "gets dropped" if they have a contract. Otherwise they can sue. In your arguement you went from saying the for profit model is great to saying it shouldn't be applied to medical care. Then you said old and sick people should be covered by the taxpayer. Why? What part of a free society says that the burden of others should be heaped on the taxpayer?

I agree that the republicans offer little in response because they are welfare statists too. The response should be that a person is responsible for their own care, not the government.

Of course it will fail. People get sick and die, and they always will; and man's resources will never be a match for this. But in failure is victory, because there is then always a reason to be involved and tinkering to "fix" it.

Gentlemen,

This latest ruling in Fla, seemingly a victory for us is just another defeat in that the judge didn't issue an injunction against implimentation of obamacare. Therefore it proceeds on course. Once the case comes before the supreme court, there is very little to no possibility they'll do the right thing and declare obamacare unconstitutional.

I would advise not getting yourselves involved in discussion about anything this government does or doesn't do at this point. They've made it clear for many years now that they (all three branches) aren't out for the good, or the rights of America or Americans.

Conduct yourselves accordingly.

If one thing separates the two party snake, its Obamacare. Not one Repub congressmen or senator voted for it.

This is a grand scheme to get government hooks into everyone that is a common scrub. Its government's chance to regulate everyone. It surprises me, that some can not see this end game.

There are interesting times ahead for the next two years. It seems BOs faux facade is starting to crack and the house of cards above it will come crashing down.I just hope most of us will not suffer due to him and his cohorts as well the misguided cheerleader MSM.

I think there is a good chance that the Supreme Court strikes it down. There is still a "conservative" majority on the court with several strict Constitutionalists left. They opened up the 2nd amendment, something that would never have happened if there was an agenda from that branch to not look out for the rights of people. However, yes, the Court is usually not worth a damn.

0bama and the Leftist elites have a small window of opportunity to wreak havoc upon the America they despise. We may well hang on, but the damage being sustained is substantial. Their goal is setting as many fires as possible with their scorched-earth agenda.

On the other side of the coin, Bush and his globalist NWO elites rolled out the red carpet for 0bama in helping cripple the sovereignty of the US.

It's hard to say whether there are enough patriots within this g'ment to withstand and reverse the onslaught of non-stop propaganda and agenda of the Marxist Left and Bankster Elites.

The Kelo decision was a declaration of war against the people of the United States. There's no way the Supreme Court has gotten any more conservative since then.
If Obamacare is ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, it's because that particular piece of legislation doesn't fit the master design for global government. In which case, something new will be introduced in the near future that better suits the needs of "those who would rule us".

Found this article by a former actress who had to leave acting due to health problems. She appears very naive.

An article entitled "'ObamaCare' Saved My Life -- a Maxim Cover Girl Shares Her Storycans"

http://www.lemondrop.com/2010/11/02/obamacare-saved-my-life-maxim-cover-girl-speaks-out/

This woman, stage name Jennifer Sky (birth name Jennifer Wacha http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jennifer_Sky) , may very well discover that if Obamacare ever kicks in she can't afford insurance and ends up paying a fine and doing without. Hopefully, she'll be able to get on her feet and be able to afford health insurance but ironically the more she needs it the more she probably won't be able to afford it, but it is in general that way for everyone. All Obamacare is about for Whites is paying more and getting less. Except for the actresses fame at the time of her major illness, which might not have been enough, if Obamacare had been in effect she might have been denied lifesaving surgery, even though she was still young, in order to spend the money on nonwhites especially Illegals. Obamacare is all about government control and rationing not about providing more healthcare for but less.

Obamacare is worse than unconstitutional, it is unworkable.

I don't think the issue is being able to afford so much as it is the complete inability to get insurance with a pre-existing condition. She sounds like a fairly responsible person who payed into a health insurance plan for years...only to be totally thrown out of the system due to circumstances totally beyond her control. There are many aspects of "Obamacare" that I do not think are workable i.e. the 68 year old black homeless person is somehow going to be forced into paying into the "system".....LOL. So to the extent you argue its simply about whites and self-sufficient folks dollars being spread around.....I understand. Having suffered a fairly significant health care episode last year ($500,000+ in medical bills) I am attuned to the "pre-existing" issues in Obamacare as well as the elimination of lifetime family maximums. We need health care reform in this country, but I agree with you that we simply can't do it on a European level because of our underclass that has no intention of participating in any plan other than sapping off whatever system is in place......

Just wanted to add my 2 cents in. Don't know how obamacare will be/work. Since I retired from the army I get what's called tricare. Very low premium and copays and while it's not perfect I have no complaints. Ecspecially when I see what my coworkers pay.

I know she is a responsible person but still "naive" in that she does not see that Obamacare is not about helping the working and middle class but taking more from the Whites and given it to the nonwhites. As for the being able to "afford health insurance," it is believed by many that if Obamacare (OC) goes into effect rates will soar as high as the market will allow as insurance company executives will reap massive bonuses, as healthy people are forced to get insurance, but when people get sick their income often goes down so they can't afford higher premiums so they lose their insurance right when they need it the most, and like a piece on a TV news show where an old woman was in danger of being kicked out of a nursing home because she made four dollars too much to get Medicaid. The White working and middle class has been to responsible so they are denied help when they need it most, but the leisure poor (underclass) and the leisure rich (overclass) will have everything paid for directly and indirectly by the White Working and middle class taxpayers who will likely in time have trouble getting penicillin to save their child's life while the leisure classes get free cosmetic surgery.

I feel sadness for Jennifer and for you for you are both trapped in a time and place where before long what some people call "death Panels" may decide your fate. Do you believe a panel made up of a black, a nonwhite "Hispanic" and Jew would think it was worth spending half a million dollars to keep you alive? Jennifer chances might be slightly better but still slim. I hope you don't need major medical anytime soon but if you do hope OC doesn't exist.

Liberals represent the interest of old money and neocons new money but of course there is a mix of new money and old in both. Populism, national socialism and probably labor (except labor is almost always taken over by liberals quickly and turned into the exact oppose of what it started as) represent the interest of working and middle classes interest. The forces that support the working and middle class are part of the life force while liberals and neocons are part of the death force. From the life force a workable economic and medical systems will come from the others only chaos and suffering.

Hope you are doing well. Both you and Jennifer are in my prayers.
